Skylar came out to do an emergency service on our ac unit. He contacted us and gave us a realistic time frame and did show up in that time. He was professional and very honest in saying the warranty covers what was causing the issue and fixed up our system within the hour.

I originally left a 1-star review due to a number of frustrating issues we experienced after having three AC units installed for our business earlier this year. At the time, we were dealing with persistent problems, multiple service visits, and poor performance from the system.

Since then, the company has worked hard to make things right. They thoroughly investigated the issues, identified significant problems with the existing ductwork, and provided a fair proposal to fix it—without any profit to them. They've been responsive, transparent, and clearly committed to turning the situation around.

I appreciate the effort they’ve made to resolve everything and restore our trust. It’s clear they care about their customers and their reputation. I’m hopeful that our system will now perform the way it should, and I’m glad we were able to move forward on better terms.

This company "installed" my brand new AC unit a few years back, the installation was a nightmare, the drain was not installed properly and the coil ended up corroding and leaking after a few years. The exhaust for the furnance was never installed making it a big fire hazard. Long history short, the unit need it to be replace after just a few years of service. Untrusty.

Great people! Charlie answered all our questions and gave us the best deal on our two systems. Mike provided outstanding service in helping us submit and receive a rebate from SRP. We are very happy with our units.

We were told our heating and air, was on its last leg and decided to replace our system. When we have a major project, like HVAC, we get a few quotes. We interviewed 4 contractors, and they all had different comments and pricing, and we decided to go with Mike at Simply The Best AC. Simply not the best.. Been holding off on this review but i feel it’s time to be honest. Used this company to replace 3 AC units for my business, this was back in March of this year. since then there have been dozens of technicians coming back to fix issues we’ve been having. for someone paying so much to have new working ac units, we’ve had completely the opposite. still to this day i’m trying to get someone out to the shop to repair the issues we’re having with the AC, which is now heating the store above 80 degrees, ruining the product we sell, and making my employees miserable. We paid them $28,000 for three whole units and just the other day we found out one is not installed properly and hasn’t been running the entire time! simply the Worst!
