Over the years, I have interacted with numerous service providers across Arizona in the HVAC industry, but none have come close to delivering the level of professionalism, honesty, and exceptional service that Mike and his company provide.
From the very first interaction, Mike stood out with his straightforward, transparent communication. It was refreshing to meet someone in this industry who not only speaks honestly but also follows through on every promise made. His willingness to educate me on the system I was purchasing, as well as his dedication to ensuring that I fully understood how it would benefit me, truly exceeded all expectations.
In a profession where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Mike’s integrity shines. I never thought I’d encounter a professional in this field who operates with such an unwavering commitment to honesty, but Mike and his team have restored my faith. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a home service company. I began by nicely requesting a maintenance call pursuant to my purchased maintenance agreement. But, what I received was misinformation and then silence. To date I have received nothing and plan to request a refund of the money paid for my maintenance agreement -- which has proven to be useless.

My A/C stopped working, while it was 110 degrees, on Tuesday evening. My "usual" A/C company couldn't send anyone until morning - at which point I would have had to leave my home because it was too hot. I started calling every company and Simply the Best had someone (Charlie) at my house within the hour and my A/C fixed within 2 hours. It was a minor repair and they didn't charge a fortune. Needless to say, they are now my "go-to" A/C company! Highly recommend

Chris was a very nice technician. I appreciate the time he took to ensure everything was running smoothly.
*Update - June 2024* Charlie came for a routine yearly maintenance visit. While Charlie was here, the AC started blowing warm air and he came inside to make sure I knew that. He then tells me that I needed a brand new system and proceeded to create varying quotes (at my request). I informed him that I needed to speak with my wife, who was out of town.
"Well, if you could pick one right now, which one do you think you'd pick?" ..... That's when I knew his sole purpose was to sell me a new system. I got a second opinion and come to find out, not only was it just a faulty capacitor, but Charlie never did the maintenance work! He didn't clean the coils and he didn't clean the drain line! My second opinion cleaned a completely clogged line that had a pan ready to flood my garage!
Charlie left my home and within 10 minutes my AC was blowing cold air again. What an amazing coincidence!
Stay away from this company.

Summer time is very stressful for everyone. I rent the home that was serviced today by Trevor Mccloskey. Its was scheduled for repair maintenance 5/19/23. But issues came up that needed resolution today. I was expecting someone to do a stop gap till the date arrived. But instead trevor came out an installed what was scheduled for friday, Today. To say thank you is not enough. One party in the home is not in the best of health.

We've used Simply the Best for years and always been satisfied with their service. This last year We've been fortunate to have Trevor as our service tech. Last year he installed the clean air system. He's done our Spring and Fall checkups. And today he installed an Ecobee thermostat. We have been very satisfied with everything he has done for us.

I've use this company since about 2010 when my old system needed help. They were able to limp it along for a few years until I could afford a new one. The install was OK, but have learned that it was below par. Before my recent check-up by Trevor I felt I was getting decent service for the money. After Trevors visit I feel better about renewing the service contract for another 5 years. He corrected a miscalculation from a previous tech along with an issue that was left over from the install.
