I am thrilled with my experience with Sol-Up. When I decided to proceed with a solar system in November 2024, their team demonstrated exceptional dedication and efficiency. They promptly conducted a site survey and are working to finalize a customized design, seamlessly coordinate with my HOA, and manage the permitting process. Their commitment will ensure that we are connected to NV Energy and have our monitoring and activation set up by the end of the year, allowing us to take advantage of the IRA rebates next year.

A special mention goes to Mary Lorenzo, Sol-Up's showroom director, whose expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the process. I'm also highly impressed with the quality of their products, particularly the Meyer Burger panels, which are known for their superior efficiency and durability.

Beyond their exceptional service, I've noticed that Sol-Up is a deeply engaged local business that invests in our community, which I appreciate. I've heard their sponsorships on Nevada Public Radio KNPR and seen them involved in various community initiatives.

Sol-Up is not just installing solar panels; they are paving the way for us to fully electrify our homes and power them sustainably with solar energy.

I'll update this review once our panels are installed. After a great experience, I'll likely contact Sol-Up for additional work, including windows, doors, and a home battery system.

These guys are awesome Ralph Jones he saved me from a lot of headache which I still have a lot of headache from Brand X not refunding my deposit which they couldn't legally charge me they charged me $4,907 and legally they can't charge over 10% or $1,000 anyway I'm trying to get my money back from them and these people have been awesome they came out and did a review on my roof and they went inside the Attic and inspected in the rooms and everything where the other outfit didn't do anything that and they didn't even allow for vent pipe to come for the roof so Mary's been awesome to work with and same thing with Robin and Steve has helped me out with contacting the Nevada contractors labor board and getting this taken care of I really appreciate these guys and looking forward to moving forward thanks so much, Mike

Initially, I considered purchasing Tesla solar panels. However, after consulting with representatives from Sol-up, I became aware of the numerous negative reviews and concerns regarding the quality of their products, particularly those originating from China. Consequently, I made the decision to purchase Sol-up solar panels, and I am very satisfied with my choice.

Such a great experience with Mary and Robin at Sol-Up. I have been trying to get my husband to consider buying Solar for our home for 13 years with no luck. Today he finally agreed to go sit down and get a quote, and we chose Sol-Up based on the outstanding reviews they have. We got a tour of the showroom, and we were introduced to all the associates in each department which was nice. They seem to have a great group dynamic, and the place is very calming which I appreciated. Mary did a great job of explaining products, pricing, and the steps involved in the whole process. Robin broke down the contract in an easy to understand way, making sure to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend Sol-Up if you are thinking of going Solar!
