They have provided top-notch service, especially compared to my first experience with another company when I received the first part of my solar system in 2019. Sol up was great. Starting with John and continuing with Jaclin Keaton and others and ending with Emmanuel Salcido I am very happy. Two minor issues with EMU and one panel were addressed and corrected within 24 hours. Highly recommend this firm if you’re interested in adding solar. Rigo checked are roof inside and out and our electrical box. Very professional and filled me in on what was going forward. Excellent work. Installed panels today all went well. Brendan was great. Can only speak so far in regards to sales, coordination, and installation. Had a Tesla powerwall with additional battery installed by Sol-Up. Sales was reasonable that went through all the options of payment. Coordination was outstanding. There are several steps involved, from home inspection, to planning installation, to getting city approval. The coordinators kept be informed throughout the process and did not over promise on timelines nor did hold back any information. they were prompt and accessible by phone and text. installers were well prepared and worked diligently on installation. no problems so far.

Sol-Up took care of all the applications and made it an easy process. Their service was fast and professional, from purchase through installation and they kept us informed throughout. What an amazing experience! I am a first time solar user and it was great having a showroom to visit locally and see the equipment and talk with knowledgeable sales and technical folks about the system. The whole process was clearly explained and there were no surprises along the way. Only 2 days for install and then a few weeks for inspection and system activation. Every step of the way our project coordinator kept us informed. The final activation was helpful to know how the use the system and how it will be reflected on future electric bills. Our solar ambassador, Emmanuel Salcido, was very helpful in getting us started. I’m so glad we went with Sol Up.

From the upgraded electrical panel work by David Madrid and David Vazquez to the solar panel installation the next day, everything was handled with skill and efficiency. They also addressed wiring and grounding issues that could have easily been overlooked, which really showed their expertise.
Project manager Nora Zamarripa did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and making sure every detail was handled properly. Helene Martin also played a key role in closing the project successfully, while Gerardo Casas ensured the system passed city inspection without a hitch.
