Solar Energy world did a great Job. Especially Nick Eury, their representative. Nick was very responsive. If I had any questions, he got back to me quickly. The install went smoothly. Solar Energy World had someone on hand for the electrical inspections. From start to finish I was pleased with all the work and follow up support. Also, the apps used to monitor your system are easy to use.
What i really like about their install is that they put a “Trim” piece on the bottom of the row of panels. It’s a much cleaner look from the street and gives it a finished. If you look at other companies installations, you see the mounting hardware and wires. Their installations look like it’s tacked onto the roof. Solar energy Worlds install looks like it is part of the roof . (See the picture.) I have not seen this from other companies.
Also worth mentioning is that they are owned by Comcast, so I know they will be around for a long time.
It was a smart decision for us, especially considering how much my electric bill in NJ has been going up the past few months.
My friend had a price quote from another large solar company. When he asked him if he could match Solar Energy Worlds quote, the other company dropped their price significantly but still did not match Solar Energy world. That tell’s you 2 things, 1) Other companies may be taking advantage of you and your wallet, 2) Solar Energy World will give you a great price to start. They don’t treat you like a used car salesman. My representative was great.

I planned to purchase solar panels for my home, so I did my homework and contacted several solar panel vendors, ranging from national to regional to local contractors. Each one presented their sales package remotely, including aerial photos of my roof, the proposed layout, and estimated power production. Of the three, I spent the most time with Carson because he took the time to answer all my questions, address different solar products, and explain how the entire process works. I was not aware of all the steps involved with my utility, local and state officials. Signing a contract is just the first step, fortunately Carson and Solar Energy World took charge of my application through various reviews. The installation was also easy and my system is going strong for the last 1.5 years. I have an easy app to monitor its production. A couple times it has disconnected from wifi but still producing power. Very simple to reconnect the app with no gaps in data recording. Overall very pleased with the support and the final product.

Had the pleasure of working with Bryan who was a great help and wealth of information from the beginning of the process to the end. You can tell he's really passionate and knowledgeable about solar, and he worked closely with us to make sure we understood all of the options available to us when making a decision on what system to go with. Even after contracts were signed and install was underway, he still remained in contact to ensure the process went forward smoothly. When I had questions or concerns, he was always a text or phone call away, very responsive. I appreciate everyone at Solar Energy World accommodating the tighter timelines all solar customers have been pushing for in late 2025, they worked as quickly as they could and got the project done.

Had a great experience with Solar Energy World. Carson was my sales rep and did an excellent job—straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The whole process went smoothly, the system’s been performing great, and it looks good on the house. Would definitely recommend.

False deals to get you to sign up.
Is it horrible customer service if you don’t get any customer service? Totally nonexistent. Aka being ignored and months without resolution to complete the deal.
My husband and I signed up for solar energy from this company. After a lot of back and forth between them and a few other companies we agreed on a deal along with a $1,200 gift card vs the other companies same deal but a $500 gift card. Who doesn’t like a free gift card that can be used towards the monthly bill?! It was like an additional bonus for “free electric” if we decided to use it towards that, whatever we choose etc. however, we got it installed in April 2025 and should’ve gotten the gift card issued by June. It is now October! We have yet to receive it even after multiple attempts to resolve this with Steve F. The guy who signed us up, and directly with the company! They always say “checking in on it” and never reach back out unless we do. We’ll be even lucky enough to reach someone. They also DO NOT return voicemails if it’s about matters like this which is really shady lol. Overall! I will be calling again, tomorrow and the day after and the day after. It’s about the principle and I don’t like the fact they used this to gain leverage to close the deal when they realized we were leaning towards another better competitor. 0/5 stars, I hate being lied to and tricked.

I had an amazing experience with this solar panel company. The quality of the panels is top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. The installation process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!”

We couldn't have asked for a better company to do our solar. Everyone was do great to work with from the beginning to completion and afterwards too. John Roberts, Field Energy Advisor was exceptional, returning calls, answered and assisted with all our inquiries even helped with the PECO issues. Way above customer service.
If you are looking for solar company, look no further than Solar Energy World, top notch.

Great experience from start to finish with Solar Energy World. They made the process super easy and they handled all permits and inspections with the township. The installation team did a great job as well
Our sales rep Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has great response and follow up to any questions we had. Their customer service is very easy to contact and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solar system.

Did a fair amount of research on solar installation and finally chose Solar Energy World. Lots of negotiations back and forth, in true good faith. The deposit monies. 12 month interest free "loan" is a crucial deciding factor to take advantage of any tax benefits.
The crews were quick installing 24 panels on 4 parts of our roof. Did so in about 2 days. Had a little issue with some interior wall damage but management addressed everything quickly.
So far the system is producing energy and I can actively monitor it via the Enphase app (each panel is tracked).
Edited after 2 weeks of usage to a 5 star, after some added discussion with leadership. I find they are open to improvement ideas, some of my recommendations included: The training on the system utilization and operation is lacking. Most of the communications are via email. My observations are that SEW has a fair amount of assumption that a customer might know/expect about timelines, interactions with the crew, communique with utility company, etc. Do not be afraid to ask questions and be proactive.
You do have to do a good bit of self-teaching on the system, the Enphase app and it's functionality.
Will be very curious to see how much energy is produced in the summer months at the sun's max trajectory.
