Worked with Alex R from SolarEnergyWorld for the last few months of 2025 to get my solar panels up before year-end. Alex was great to work with - knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. As we worked through the process, he let me know the panel choice I wanted was unavailable, but they managed to get me a different panel for no extra charge and also added some time to the warranty period. When you are putting a power plant on your roof, this is the kind of partnership you want. The staff from the admin office were also very helpful when I called to check on the status of applications and paperwork that SEW took care of for my utility company, HOA, and township - I didn’t have to lift a finger. Would recommend their team if you are looking to add solar to your property,

Steve Fulginiti made our solar purchase stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final account setup, his expertise and friendly approach were exactly what we needed. He was incredibly patient with us regarding our project's timeline and was ready to hit the ground running the moment we were. Dillan Straabe and his installation team were absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job with our solar panel installation. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I absolutely love my solar installation. With the recent rate increase from Met-Ed, my return on investment will happen even sooner than I originally expected. Carson Landis was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions along the way. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

I planned to purchase solar panels for my home, so I did my homework and contacted several solar panel vendors, ranging from national to regional to local contractors. Each one presented their sales package remotely, including aerial photos of my roof, the proposed layout, and estimated power production. Of the three, I spent the most time with Carson because he took the time to answer all my questions, address different solar products, and explain how the entire process works. I was not aware of all the steps involved with my utility, local and state officials. Signing a contract is just the first step, fortunately Carson and Solar Energy World took charge of my application through various reviews. The installation was also easy and my system is going strong for the last 1.5 years. I have an easy app to monitor its production. A couple times it has disconnected from wifi but still producing power. Very simple to reconnect the app with no gaps in data recording. Overall very pleased with the support and the final product.

Had a great experience with Solar Energy World. Carson was my sales rep and did an excellent job—straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The whole process went smoothly, the system’s been performing great, and it looks good on the house. Would definitely recommend.

False deals to get you to sign up.

Is it horrible customer service if you don’t get any customer service? Totally nonexistent. Aka being ignored and months without resolution to complete the deal.

My husband and I signed up for solar energy from this company. After a lot of back and forth between them and a few other companies we agreed on a deal along with a $1,200 gift card vs the other companies same deal but a $500 gift card. Who doesn’t like a free gift card that can be used towards the monthly bill?! It was like an additional bonus for “free electric” if we decided to use it towards that, whatever we choose etc. however, we got it installed in April 2025 and should’ve gotten the gift card issued by June. It is now October! We have yet to receive it even after multiple attempts to resolve this with Steve F. The guy who signed us up, and directly with the company! They always say “checking in on it” and never reach back out unless we do. We’ll be even lucky enough to reach someone. They also DO NOT return voicemails if it’s about matters like this which is really shady lol. Overall! I will be calling again, tomorrow and the day after and the day after. It’s about the principle and I don’t like the fact they used this to gain leverage to close the deal when they realized we were leaning towards another better competitor. 0/5 stars, I hate being lied to and tricked.

Poor customer service/ service department. Seven weeks and counting on an 18 month old solar system!
