Flexible financing plans and a trusted partnership
We understand that investing in solar energy is an important decision. To make this transition more accessible, we offer multiple financial options tailored to fit your needs.
Purchase
Purchasing your solar panel system outright is an excellent option for homeowners looking to maximize their long-term savings and increase the value of their property. By owning your system, you can take full advantage of federal and state tax credits, rebates, and incentives.
Benefits:
- Ownership: You own the system and all the energy it produces.
- Tax Incentives: Eligible for federal tax credits and state incentives.
- Increased Property Value: Solar systems can increase the resale value of your home.
- Long-Term Savings: Enjoy significant savings on your electricity bills over the lifespan of the system.
Lease
Leasing a solar panel system is an ideal option if you want to enjoy the benefits of solar energy without the upfront costs. With a solar lease, you pay a fixed monthly amount to use the system, and SolarTech takes care of the installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
Benefits:
- No Upfront Costs: Start saving on your energy bills immediately without a significant initial investment.
- Maintenance Included: SolarTech handles all system maintenance and monitoring.
- Predictable Payments: Enjoy a fixed monthly payment that makes budgeting easier.
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a financial arrangement where SolarTech installs and maintains the solar panel system on your property, and you purchase the electricity it generates at a predetermined rate, which is usually lower than your current utility rate.
Benefits:
- Lower Energy Costs: Pay only for the electricity you use at a rate often lower than your utility's.
- No Upfront Costs: Similar to leasing, a PPA requires no initial investment.
- Maintenance Included: SolarTech takes care of installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Flexible Terms: PPA agreements are customizable to fit your energy needs and financial situation.

Homeowner Reviews
We paid for work in December 2025 and materials have not been completed or delivered, which does not align with California CSLB requirements or SolarTech’s contractual obligations. This is illegal under CA state law.
At this point, we need a firm timeline for the missing parts, a confirmed completion date this week, and a meaningful credit reflecting the ongoing delays and unfinished work.
If SolarTech cannot provide a concrete plan and complete the installation promptly, we will need to consider additional avenues to ensure the project is completed in compliance with state regulations.
We are asking for immediate leadership attention to resolve this. We have been patient, have attempted on numerous occasions to work with the team on our project to get this completed and no one is communicating a completion timeline or taking us seriously. We are making payments on a $60,000 project that has zero value to us right now. Incredibly frustrating given the promise of completion in 2025 and collecting money in full before the project was completed.
Everything they did was excellent, communicating clearly with me about their progress and dealing with the manufacturer to ensure the proper installation.
Great job Solar Tech!
Customer service, communication, response to my email from their manager, Very bad…We had been ignored until installation date that we had to give them all the money.
The person that is assigned to me also ignored me and I had to try to find him. He never contacted me until I did.
The installation was completed after Christmas 2024, & began producing energy for our home & sending excess power back to APS. Soon after being told the system was up & running, we received an email from the solar company stating they needed to return & install additional MCIs because our solar panels were producing more power than the system could handle.
After this first repair, we were contacted again & informed that more MCIs would need to be added, as our system still was not performing as expected. Despite these interventions, we received a notification from Tesla that our PV string was out, indicating a significant issue with our solar production.
We attempted to contact SolarTech multiple times to address this problem. On one occasion, a technician was sent out, but we discovered he did not have the proper certification to work on our system. Subsequently, workers returned to add MCIs once more. During this visit, we captured video evidence of the contracting manager instructing the crew to lie to us about a problem affecting six of our solar panels, telling them to claim the issue was fixed without disclosing the truth.
Following this incident, we spoke with the service manager, scheduling manager, & contracting manager. They scheduled service appointments on six separate occasions, but each time, the crew failed to show up & did not call to notify us. After each missed appointment, we were never proactively contacted by the company; it has been up to us to call repeatedly & leave voicemails until someone finally responded. When we did reach someone, we were given excuses for the missed appointments & told we would simply have to wait until they could address our issue.
Throughout this entire period, we have been receiving APS bills because our solar system has not been generating the energy we were promised & paid for. Despite informing the company of these ongoing financial impacts, we have not received the level of support or urgency that was promised at the time of purchase.
We are still trying to get properly reimbursed for the time and money that we spent, just trying to get it properly working. Our install was scheduled for September and we didn’t have a working system until May, 8 months later, which is outrageous!
The installers put the panels in the wrong place then we had them moved, the job was done so sloppy we had to have them redo it multiple times because wires were hanging all over the place. The system was done installed wrong multiple times so we weren’t receiving the amount of energy that we were producing. People would just show up at random to fix certain parts without any notice from the company, multiple times. Communication was terrible and still is to this day.
Sadly, we had some roof damage from the storms and have to have roof replaced. In order to keep our warranty we are asking the company to cover the cost that they have to remove and replace the panels during the work and they won’t even compensate us for that. We lost hundreds of dollars throughout this process because we were still paying $400+ power bills in Az summer. We paid outright for the system, over $30,000, and it’s insulting the amount that they have offered to reimburse us for the money we lost let alone the time and headache that it has taken to install it properly.
SolarTech has since fired/let go our installers and our project manager so obviously they know things were done wrong, but yet they gave a 12% discount to remove and replace a system for repairs.
