Great experience with SHS! Great communication throughout the process. They use quality products (Pela) and they worked with my budget- windows can be a very expensive project. The install team was quick, respectful of my property and friendly. They literally left 0 trace after they left. Actually, I think the area around my windows was cleaner when they left then before! I highly recommend this company for your windows!

Great customer service. Communication and project management was easy and thorough from beginning to end. Our project manager was patient to answer our questions, and worked to ensure we purchased the product that best matched our needs and budget. Contract compared to the work done was spot-on with no surprises. The crew that did the work did so effectively, on time, and in the amount of time that was communicated to us - actually took less time than anticipated. The crew cleaned up the work area and left everything just as it was before they arrived. A good company to work with...which is a refreshing change in our experience these days. Many companies are not this easy to work with. This company did what they promised, and we had no surprises. They were efficient, communicated well, valued our business, and treated us with respect. I have been waiting for it to rain a couple of times so I could make an honest review of how the gutter replacement went. Honestly, it went great. The entire process (replacing the gutters) took place in about an afternoon. I also had their team add two rain barrels purchased separately to also add to the gutters for the backyard. I should have asked one of the barrels to also be elevated on bricks (we had some lying around from another project for the other barrel) because it is difficult to get the water out of it. I can't blame SHS because I am the one that didn't know it would be an issue.
I am happy to say that the puddles of water we had around the house from our old gutters are no longer there. The sound and spilling of the rain on to our back porch is non existent. I didn't realize how loud everything was before. Now I barely notice the sound of rain.

My wife and I would like to extend a “Job Well Done” and thank Rob, Travis, Ramon, Carlos and their crew, and Dante on the residing of our home. Everyone was very professional, courteous, patient and informative. The project was started when initially estimated and took nine days (thank goodness for perfect weather). Throughout the process, we were kept informed. Our initial contact with SHS was to inspect our roof. Luckily, the roof did not have any problems. At that time, I asked Rob to provide an estimate to reside the house. We also went to the James Hardie website to research and gain knowledge. We had three other contractors come out to provide quotes on the project and chose SHS. I would recommend that others do the same since each contractor provided some suggestion that we incorporated into our project. This is where Rob made a big positive impression. Rob came out several times to discuss these considerations and promptly provided a new quote (great customer service).
THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT. We have received compliments from neighbors walking by.
Once you do your research and have several contractors quote on the job, I am sure your will select SHS.
