I had a really good experience with Statewide Windows and Doors. The entire process was seamless, from signing the contract to the installation. I was a little skeptical when the windows were not ready on time, but they were delayed just one month. The project manager Michelle Garza was a dream to work with, she was very responsive. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. Brandon even helped us get additional frames that we were missing and Jordan was a master of his craft. Our new impact windows look amazing. Nowadays it’s difficult to trust contractors, but Statewide delivered on quality and service. I will definitely recommending them and will be calling them again for my front door when I am ready.

From start to finish.
After years of back and forth on whether or not to install impact windows, I finally pulled the trigger. Originally, I was only interested in changing out the front, side, and rear sliders however, after meeting Dalton and a couple hours of taking measurements and discussing different options I decided to change out the entire house to receive the most bang for my buck.
Once Dalton, John (owner) and I agreed on the price I was happy to sign up and start the process. John (Owner) showed up a few days later to take final measurements in order to move forward with ordering the windows. John was also very professional answering any questions I had.
I then received a very nice email asking for our HOA information only to find out it was available online for me to complete. Statewide sent me all the necessary documents the next day, and I submitted the information in a matter of minutes and received approval the following week.
From this point I was turned over to my new project management team of Sashana and Robert. Sashana was very informative with emails regarding window delivery and timing of the install once the windows were delivered. After speaking to Sashana on the phone, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. She made me feel at ease through the entire process from start to finish and met all her deadlines as agreed upon months earlier.
Jose and his team showed up as scheduled and hit the ground running. They were very cautious during the install and took the time to cover everything in plastic to help cut down on the dust. Unfortunately, this is a dusty process since we changed out all windows and doors at the same time. I was very happy to see his team working hard after returning home from work. They finished around 8pm that night with only one window to finish the following morning.
The French doors on the side of the house required a little more chiseling to make sure they properly fit, resulting some additional stucco work to be completed prior to the inspection. Unfortunately, it rained the following day and we had to postpone the stucco work to the following week.
The stucco team showed up the following week on time and completed the work in a matter of hours. The Stucco team did a phenomenal job and the exterior of my house looked great.
I had a few areas that required additional work, so I emailed Sashana and Robert regarding these areas. Robert asked me to submit some photos and he quickly approved the additional work to be completed.
Unfortunately, I missed another area during my inspection of the exterior and again emailed Sashana and Robert asking for the Stucco team to return and finish when possible. Robert approved the additional work and Sashana sent me a confirmation email shortly after.
That was a week ago and once again the Stucco team showed up as scheduled and did another outstanding job.
Statewide had a team of two there during inspections day to remove all stickers, and install all screw caps once the inspection was completed. The inspection was passed and completed in 10 minutes. The statewide team completed there portion of work and the project was completed and paid in full.
The entire Statewide team met my expectations and we now have beautiful impact windows and are prepared for the upcoming season.

I would like to share with you that Statewide made the process of changing out my windows and doors very easy. Statewide just finished the installation of hurricane doors and windows on my house the week, and I can't say enough about how how fantastic our experience was with them, start to finish. Exceptional! From sales through the final inspection, Statewide Windows has proven to have best customer service (better than I've experienced in a very long time.) 01/27/2025 - Update - Stateside have now completed our installation. The last 2 installers that came were very professional and very polite and completed the job to a good standard. We did receive a call from the owner checking that everything had been completed and to see if we were happy with the outcome which was very much appreciated.
Fantastic service to start with. Installation occurred 5 months later, installation team were very messy and didn’t clear up properly. Some of the window frames are scratched. 2 windows have leaked but we have been told that that is normal for that design. Where they have done sealing, I think a 5 year old could have done better. There are gaps all over where the trims have been added. We are now maybe one month after installation, paid in full and the job still isn’t finished. Not happy with this especially after how much we have paid! I will say that our new doors and windows do look good from the outside, we just want the job finishing and things tidying up internally!
