My job was done in July 2025. I got hurricane windows and doors. Everything was measured. I picked the doors, beautiful. I had to ask questions about the status of everything and when I did it seems like there was a problem. So I felt like I would have never known nor told anything had it been for me asking. Well my doors were discontinued color wise. That was a heart break. Quickly I picked another. Then weeks later I got lucky because some how my doors were back on. Yay!!!
Then came the day of the job. So many ppl to get the job done. Well then I was told that they have to cut my entry because the doors are too big😱. Again all of this was measured months ago. The doors came from another job where they didn’t want them. But I should’ve been told of this major piece of info so that I could decide better. I went with it, though my ocd was going to be high knowing the symmetry was going to be off. And it was.
Well they installed everything and finance called asking if job was completed. I said no. Well when you stop other people bottom line they hear the squeaky wheel. I got calls about the stucco guy and how he does an amazing job and was going to correct it. I also asked about the screws that were visible from the inside and it throws the color off. I was told after inspection I’d get caps to cover it. Fine, cool.
Inspection guy came, stucco guy came and did a phenomenal job and saw other things and corrected. Again phenomenal stucco guy!!!
Here it is Dec 24, 2025 and I’ve called left messages and haven’t heard anything back. I even said I’ll drive and pick these freaking screw covers. Still zero, zilch, nada as if the company doesn’t exists!
It looks beautiful but seeing this grey screws stick out like a sore thumb. I know they make a living just like I do. I pay attention to detail and everyone else should as well. This isn’t chump change that I spent. It’s an investment in my home, my peace and my family’s peace.
I just want the damn covers to hide the 25 screws!!!!!!

We had a great experience using Statewide for our new hurricane impact windows and doors. The process was seamless from start to finish. My Project Manager, Sashana, was very responsive regarding follow-ups, and the installation crew was excellent. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They installed 27 windows, an entry door, and two sliding doors, finishing the whole project in only two days. I am very impressed with their efficiency and quality of work. The service was truly exceptional. If you are looking for hurricane impact windows and doors, definitely go with Statewide.

I truly did not want to write a another review, but this company has left me no other option- we are in Fort Myers areas but now been dealing with communication with HQ in Boca Raton.
We hired Statewide for what should have been straightforward work, and months later it is still not finished. We have asked repeatedly for a clear timeline for the remaining items and have received no response. We even provided a firm deadline of December 1, and they still failed to follow through.
They have now come out three separate times to fix the stucco around the new windows they installed, and it is still poorly done. Even the painter we hired said it was the worst stucco job he has ever seen. He told us he couldn’t even use a paintbrush because the stucco texture was so uneven — he had to use a special roller just to make the paint go on at all.
To make matters more concerning, one of their subcontractors showed up and told us he had been “warned about us” before coming. When I asked what that meant, he said the company told him we had filed a BBB complaint (which is true) and that he needed to “be careful.” This is incredibly unprofessional, and it shows how this company treats customers who simply want the work they paid for done correctly.
On top of that, one of the newly installed window panes has a visible crack, and Statewide has not acknowledged it or offered to fix it.
Despite all of this, we still owe them approximately $1,400, and they offered only a $400 credit, which doesn’t come close to covering the issues their work has caused. We’ve requested a timeline for finishing the remaining items — the broken soffit, the interior wall texture repairs, and the cracked window — and have received nothing.
I am filing a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) because homeowners need to be aware of what they are walking into.
I honestly do not understand how this company has a rating above 4 stars on Google. It does not reflect the quality or professionalism we have experienced.
I never wanted to post a review like this, especially as a person of faith, but I also believe in telling the truth to protect others. Please learn from our experience — I strongly recommend you do not use this company.

I had my impact windows replaced recently with new, Vinyl CWS windows through statewide. The windows look great, especially my new impact sliding glass doors. All in all, the job was done well as i still have a few minor follow ups that need to be made due to a manufacturer issue. Statewide has been great with follow up to ensure my satisfaction. Their technician Mike M. Is so knowledgeable and courteous and I just wish more people in the overall service industry were like him. What a gem! I'm still in progress fixing a few issues, so will update when all is complete but I'm quite satisfied with Statewide and would definitely recommend them!

Installing 26 impact windows and 3 doors is a huge decision and investment, as such I did my homework. I am pleased with the decision of hiring Statewide to perform services. The windows and doors are absolutely beautiful! Jordan W. my salesperson did an awesome job in assisting us with our design choices, the owner of Statewide John stood by his word, Drew the GM, Jimmy the measurement person, Robert M the Project Manager, Aaron, Jasmine in scheduling, Mike M and lastly but not least, the heavy lifting team i.e. actual installers, are hard workers. DuJon was a fabulous installer for Statewide Windows and Doors. He rescued a difficult job in its final stages. He texted the night before and also as he was in route. He arrived on time. He was prepared with all materials needed and was very knowledgeable. He was very skilled, polite, respectful, and hard working. He was a great communicator and explained all I needed to know about the job. He was meticulous in cleaning up and keeping my home free of dust and debris. I want to give a special thank you to Robert Marciano and to the entire Statewide team. Working with them was a pleasure from the start to the final punch out items. It was comforting to see them correcting our openings bucking them out and waterproofing all around the openings. Doors and windows have been water tested and weather tested absolutely no water intrusion, they took every precaution to protect the frames glass and this house. I would recommend Statewide to anyone that is interested in replacing old windows or new construction
