This entire process has been a joke.
Salesman did his job, this was the middle priced quote that we received and to be honest the quality of their work and installation it should have been the lowest priced. Salesman and his pitch was great.
The amount of attitude and lack of communication throughout this entire process has been a joke with the rest of their ‘team’ from their finance department to project manager to service team and manager.
2 months since install and door still does not close properly due to an improper install. We initially raised concerns about the door not closing properly, kept getting brushed off from installer to the service department back to service back to service department. Their ‘service’ has been out to replace parts that were missing from the initial install. Parts that If they were there from the beginning would have shown issues that were there from the beginning. One of the installers removed parts to make door close properly which led to other issues along the way. They never reinforced the concrete sill, nor replaced the wood surrounding the door. One of the main reasons for replacing the door was due to a leak around the sliding door. When the brand new door began leaking the installers initially tried to blame it on another issue somewhere else in the house which we had to prove was not the case. They then replaced the mortar stucco around the outside which solved the leaking issue. Issue that is still not resolved is that the door doesn’t close properly. But at this point, it’s a joke, and to get it fixed we don’t have faith that it will ever close as a brand new impact door should close. There was never clear communication. Jose who was listed as the installer was not the actually installer, and everyone at different points that we dealt with had an unprofessional attitude and found an excuse as to why the issues are what they are.
Two of the upper transom windows were installed crooked. The overall workmanship was sloppy and unprofessional. Glad that we only did half of our windows /doors at this time because we will most definitely be shopping around more thoroughly before doing the second floor windows and doors next year.
Highly recommend shopping around and using other company for your project especially if it’s a big one.10/10 don’t recommend this company.

My experience — nearly 10 months in, door still unresolved
I hired Statewide for a roofing + windows/doors project (Job #7884), and in my experience it has been a frustrating process.
Communication & scheduling. From my perspective, customer service was disorganized — a lot of back-and-forth with little that felt concrete. Scheduling was a recurring problem: their crew did not appear for scheduled city inspections on more than one occasion. Recently I was told an inspection was canceled, and the city inspector arrived as scheduled anyway.
Quality control. My door was delivered damaged, and both panels are now being replaced. As of now, that replacement still hasn't been installed.
Workmanship. When the city inspector reviewed the work, he raised a concern about how the door threshold was left relative to the interior floor and indicated it should be corrected. I don't install doors for a living — I relied on the contractor's expertise and assumed it was done correctly. What disappointed me most was that, rather than addressing the inspector's concern, the contractor responded dismissively. In my opinion, that was unprofessional: when an independent inspector raises an issue, I'd expect a professional to take it seriously.
Property & responsiveness. They left their ladder on my property multiple times, and in my experience they were slow to respond and resolve it when I called.
Bottom line (my opinion). Nearly 10 months in, I'm still dealing with a door that isn't finished and delays that have affected my other projects. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend this company.

Statewide Windows & Doors delivered an incredible experience from start to finish. Their installation team was hands‑down the cleanest, most meticulous crew I’ve ever had in my home. They treated my space with real care, and it showed.
My four huge slider doors turned out absolutely gorgeous; smooth, solid, and beautifully installed. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship or the professionalism. Highly recommend Statewide to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly respects your home.

The windows took a few months to be made. But it was well worth It. The insulation was perfect. Came with plastic to partition off most of the dust. The workers were very respectful and worked very well together. Five of them showed up to install the windows. Only took a few hours To install the three large windows. They were very respectful of the property and the home. Cleaned up the mess and did a thorough walk-through.

My experience with Statewide Windows & Doors turned out to be a positive one. Initially, there was some confusion regarding their “Buy One Impact Window, Get One Free” promotion, which was not clearly explained during my appointment. It seems the misunderstanding was simply due to the salesperson not fully explaining the details of the offer.
After I raised my concerns, the company’s management reached out promptly and showed genuine care and professionalism. They took the time to clarify that the promotion is indeed legitimate and provided the proper explanation, which I truly appreciated. I am also thankful for their willingness to make it right, as it reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Although I did not proceed with the purchase, I would recommend ensuring that promotional details are clearly communicated from the start. That said, based on this experience, they will definitely be a company I would consider doing business with in the future if the need arises.

My job was done in July 2025. I got hurricane windows and doors. Everything was measured. I picked the doors, beautiful. I had to ask questions about the status of everything and when I did it seems like there was a problem. So I felt like I would have never known nor told anything had it been for me asking. Well my doors were discontinued color wise. That was a heart break. Quickly I picked another. Then weeks later I got lucky because some how my doors were back on. Yay!!!
Then came the day of the job. So many ppl to get the job done. Well then I was told that they have to cut my entry because the doors are too big😱. Again all of this was measured months ago. The doors came from another job where they didn’t want them. But I should’ve been told of this major piece of info so that I could decide better. I went with it, though my ocd was going to be high knowing the symmetry was going to be off. And it was.
Well they installed everything and finance called asking if job was completed. I said no. Well when you stop other people bottom line they hear the squeaky wheel. I got calls about the stucco guy and how he does an amazing job and was going to correct it. I also asked about the screws that were visible from the inside and it throws the color off. I was told after inspection I’d get caps to cover it. Fine, cool.
Inspection guy came, stucco guy came and did a phenomenal job and saw other things and corrected. Again phenomenal stucco guy!!!
Here it is Dec 24, 2025 and I’ve called left messages and haven’t heard anything back. I even said I’ll drive and pick these freaking screw covers. Still zero, zilch, nada as if the company doesn’t exists!
It looks beautiful but seeing this grey screws stick out like a sore thumb. I know they make a living just like I do. I pay attention to detail and everyone else should as well. This isn’t chump change that I spent. It’s an investment in my home, my peace and my family’s peace.
I just want the damn covers to hide the 25 screws!!!!!!
***Update: Posting this review made them contact me. A gentleman came out and it wasn’t as simple as putting caps on. It was 3 entire pieces that go on top to hide and complete the look.
I am happy now with my doors❤️

Window installation team was wonderful! Love all the help from Sashanna and Steve, our project management team. They were awesome helping us get our grant from the Florida Home Safe program. My sister just signed with them and we tell everyone how wonderful the experience was, including the price. Our salesman Dalton was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Statewide Windows & Doors.

Had a good experience with Statewide. Really like the quality of the ESW1000 windows and sliders plus the style is a modern look compared to other brands with a more traditional look. Statewide did a great job re-framing the windows to hold the weight of the new windows and sliders. Also, like the double locks on the windows - adds a lot to the security and longevity of the windows. Best part was they completed the entire job in 2 1/2 days. Would highly recommend.
