Christian’s crew did an awesome job on our new windows. They look beautiful! Guys were all very courteous. They covered everything and left the areas where they worked cleaner than before! Our house has several gates/barricades due to pets, and they were accommodating and patient. All in all a great experience!

🌟🌟🌟DO NOT use this company, paid deposit on Dec 5th, 2024, still waiting for job to be complete. The installation took a whole day only to find out the installers installed several pieces incorrectly. It was quite obvious that the installers did not know what they were doing. Still waiting on resolution, poor communication ( almost none Jana ) the door quality, installation quality and communication/ customer service non existent. $11,550 price for the door not worth it, asking for a partial refund to equal quality of door, service and installation.

Oliver from Storm Tight Doors and Windows came by to take a look at my current back door. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We first went over what i currently had, what i wanted and then went over all of the different options they had to offer. Colors, trim, hardware, etc. and he explained everything to me in great detail. We are currently getting other quotes from different companies and was not going to rush into anything. We were guaranteed the price quoted while we continue to shop some of the other companies. In the end for us though. It's more about the quality of materials, warranty offered and the next door we purchase hopefully being the last door we need. They certainly fit the bill.
