I’ve dealt with this company personally and can say that they take a lot of care in making sure the customer is taken care of and is happy with their project. The installers have all been amazing and take great care in their quality of work. And they are all super nice!! Overall I can say it’s been a real pleasure from start to finish!!!

Such a good company, I have to say I am happy every day at work. Coworkers are super pleasant. The customers have been happy. Every day I leave work feeling good. I am a believer in the products, and I love the way the employees love getting more knowledge about what they do. Definitely a company that wants to see you succeed, and they will help you get there if you want it.

Normally I don’t answer the door to the people that come around knocking, but this time I’m glad I did. The next day when the Billy Thomas to give the sales pitch and he showed me the problems with my home exterior, then proceeded to explain how and what his company could do to rectify all the cracks in the concrete I was surprised. As a result of repairing damage I am happy to say the workmanship of Allan and his helper was excellent. I highly recommend Sunbelt Home Solutions if you need there expertise in home improvement/repairs.

Update: as of 5/18/24, we are at 99% solution, with just touchups to the front door remaining. The painting was otherwise very well done. The stucco patches to the foundation were blended unevenly, but are mostly covered by mulch. There was apparently a large disconnect between what the sales team promised and what the labor crew claimed was realistic and we the customer were left out of that conversation until we voiced complaint. Not a huge deal but either the duration of the project or the trenching technique left our grass in a rough state. No other damage or messes, the workers were very considerate about our and our neighbors vehicles being close to some of the project.

So disappointing. Pictures taken today (5/16/24 at 1pm) and white is not one of our paint colors, it is primer. We were told this would be a 4-5 day project to apply coolwall texcote to our 1st story stucco. Our house was prepped (pressure washed and windows taped/draped) over a week ago (5/8/24). Since then we don't even have a full coat of any of our 3 colors. We can't access our back door/porch. And someone had the nerve to come here (5/14/24) (late) and misrepresent their "walkthrough" and then claim that the project was completed and just needed touchups. They didn't even do the walkthrough with us, just grabbed a signature and drove off before we could get shoes on. Now the financial team is erroneously claiming the project is done and requesting payment. They keep only sending out one person at a time, are not keeping to the promised schedule, and were deceitful with the walkthrough.
