Despite clearly posted No Soliciting signs at both our home and throughout the neighborhood, Sunbelt Home Solutions rang our doorbell anyway.

After answering and politely stating that I was not interested in new windows, the representative continued to press the issue instead of respecting our response.

I understand companies need to generate business, but ignoring posted signs and persisting after being told “no” feels intrusive. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the company considers being more respectful of homeowners’ boundaries going forward.

I am so happy about the job done in my home. My house looks beautiful and fresh and the ugly damage stucco was repaired beautifully by Alfredo Bonano and his crew. This exceeded our expectations. Sophie did and exceptional job of communication and keeping us informed about what was going to be done, when it would be done, and who was going to do the work.
Marty scoped out the work and then verified that it was properly done. Marty made sure that we were pleased with how this project was completed.
Jonny was the lead of the worker team and explained each step to us before his team did the work. He wanted this job to be a quality job and it was.

Thank you Sunbelt for my beautiful windows. Replacing our windows was a long time coming and we put it off too long. Also, thank you so much for your help and giving us the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. I dread dealing with contractors and honestly expected something to irritate me at some point in time, but it didn't happen. Everything went so smooth, from the initial sales rep contact to follow up, Neal's help getting started, communication, install, the team that was out here was courteous and efficient, project management, etc. Jeremy was excellent and made sure we were satisfied every step of the project. I've added 2 before and after photos. Everything was great. We are very happy.

When we started with first contacting the company we were treated like top customers from the start. From the initial contact by Mr Hickman who came out and gave us the sales pitch with excellent display support, to the pre visit by Jeremy to get the accurate measurements. The windows were built to specifics and not just factory sets pre bought. The installation crew were professional, extremely polite and knowledgeable. We are a manufacturer built home and they went the extra mile to replace rotted plywood inside our walls from storm damage. Everything fits well with no wobbling or shimmy when operating the windows. They slide cleanly and easily. Highly recommend you select this company if you wish to replace your windows with high quality hurricane rated windows.

While it all went pretty smooth. They all look great. But, after the job was done talking to the installers asking if they saw any rotten wood, they said no. A couple weeks later we had to remove the iron tub out of our bathroom and lo and behold all the rotten wood that they installed the window on. I don't know how it was standing. Also replacing the outdoor siding around my back window in my bedroom, you can see all these gaps from the old window frame. The screw is just sticking out, not holding onto anything once it went through the existing wood frame. Not sure if ok but a big gap is seen. They did not put in new wood frame for the window install. We have an old house. So I'm wondering if this was properly installed now. Also, two of the windows don't operate properly and we had somebody come out and check. He said they had to order parts and it's gonna be a while. These windows are hardly used and I'm wondering why this wasn't caught in the beginning.Well over six months later so we haven't heard nothing. And our windows still do not operate properly.

Love the new color on my house! It feels like a literal doll house with bright, vibrant colors, that have a double lifetime warranty and will never fade! Before painting they power washed my house, filled in all the step cracks, primed it, then cleaned up afterwards. Half the time I didn't even know they were here working. Quality, fast work! The crew was nice and hardworking, and Cody came to inspect everything to make sure it was perfect! Amazing job all around, from sales to production.
