Jacob G was incredible. I called Swan after initially getting an assessment and quote from another company that completely got the problem wrong. Jacob performed an independent review of my system, assessed the issue differently and had my system up and running before the other company could even source the right parts. Incredible customer service! Patient, knowledgeable, thorough and most of all HONEST! I’ll be a customer for so long as I live in Dallas!

Jacob G. Was very courteous and professional. He communicated at each stage of the repair and installation. Although, we could not get it repaired on the same day (we needed a part that was not available at the time), He explained why, he kept in touch, and he accommodated my schedule to get it completed when it finally became available.

Swan representatives for heating/cooling, plumbing and electric are the most professional technicians I have ever encountered in my life. They are informative and helpful with David the electrician being the best. In December 2025 I had an encounter with heating/cooling, plumbing and electric and they were all great inspections and jobs. Their estimates were fair and accurate without a bunch of things I didn’t need. If asked to give a recommendation I would recommend Swann every time. I started using Swann after a bad HVAC installation and they have been my go to company ever since. Keep up the good work. I do not give good reviews for nothing. Swann is the best!!

Charles C. was exceptional. He explained everything and very efficient.
Not only was Charles exceptional, but his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain technical details in layman’s terms made the entire process easy to understand. He took the time to ensure I, as the consumer, fully understood the work being done and the necessary repairs.
When repairing the pipes with gas leaks, he documented everything with before-and-after photos and reviewed them with me so I could clearly see the completed work. He also went above and beyond by helping expedite the permitting process and ensuring the gas was turned back on quickly.
Charles was so efficient and thorough that I specifically requested him to handle the plumbing work at another property as well. He is truly an asset to your company!

10/28/2025: I called Swan yesterday to come by the house because we suspected a leak. I spoke to Andrea and she said someone could come over as soon as the next day. I was thrilled to hear this, since I had called other plumbers who were not available until a week later, didn’t answer my call, and didn’t service the house’s area.

Dustin and Carlos arrived this morning to check out the area in question and found an in-wall leak from the shower. Dustin provided a reasonable estimate to do the work and I quickly agreed to get the issue resolved.

I’m a new home owner and I could not have gotten luckier with my electrician. David Campbell and Ryan came to service my home and they deserve all the praise in the world. The most helpful and kind people I’ve worked with. They explained everything they needed to do with great detail. They also addressed all my concerns. I will be using Swan for ALL of my home projects going forward. I could not recommend David and Ryan enough. 100/10. I hope this reviews gets to their managers so they get the recognition they deserve.

Exceptional and courteous service from Jacob, who methodically checked and serviced my AC unit in my home and provided detailed documented reports and patiently answered all my questions afterward. We always call Swan Electric, Plumbing, and Heating for any service we need, because they always get the job done right.

We just recently called Swan for an installation of our Security System. They sent licensed technicians David Campbell and Joe Martinez, and WOW, they did not disappoint.

David and Joe arrived on time, and were both very personable from the time of arrival to the time of departure. They did so much work so quickly, it was incredible watching their level of efficiency. Their workmanship and the completed installation was beyond exceptional! It was even better than we’d expected. Before leaving they made sure we understood everything, and were completely happy with the results.

As homeowner we’ve had various companies in our home for repairs, deliveries, installations and set ups, and unfortunately some installers take shortcuts, try rushing customers, exhibit lest than charming personalities, or leave shawty work behind, requiring us to call their company, complain, and to endure the inconvenience of a new appointment with another technician to fix the issues left by the original technician.

However, We’ve never encountered a negative experience with Swan, because they send out technicians that exhibit the highest level of caliber like David and Joe! They both represented themselves and Swan incredibly well!! We’d trust either of them to do any electrical work in our home any time.

Very nice and great customer service. Explained everything in detail to understand. Robert is great & personable. Seen things that needed attention and jumped to it, on our newly installed entire ac unit. Will be waiting on cover piece to cover control panel. Thanks Robert!

Fantastic service. Dawson came in and found out the source of the leak and worked in a methodical way. His helper was also very good. They resolved the problem and were very courteous and helpful. I ended up signing a yearly contract with them.
