Great truly transparent in pricing.and when it came down to looking into the problem he was not tunnel vision in his approach! I suspected leak under slab and why he listened. saw my bucket with another test i was doing took that test further determined i had worn out 3 handle mixer valve!

Felt I made a good decision. Dustin and his helper, we’re wonderful. Took care of my hot water leak that I thought was going to be a fortune, it was reasonable and quickly and professionally repaired. They’ll be my fist call for my future plumbing issues. Thanks guys!!

We are new home owners and wanted to go with a company who could take care of all our homes needs. So we went with SWAN as they provide plumbing, electrial and hvac services. The customer phone rep Sara was polite and educational. We signed up for the yearly SAM plan. The plumbers Wes and Seabastian came out today. Our water heater is newer but seeing as i am not a plumber, i wanted it inspected by a professional. They gave me great tips and drained my water heater. To my surprise, sediment was already building up. Very grateful for the team coming out and helping.

This company is awesome! The customer service is perfect. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and are hard workers. We will continue using Swan for ANY and ALL of our plumbing and electric needs. They installed a very nice toilet, repaired and capped all of the old gas lines, detected all of the leaks, replaced the water heater and did an excellent job with the gas line in the kitchen all in 2 days. I will recommend Swan to anyone for their services. On a scale of one to 99 you get a 100. Thank you for everything. You guys are great!

A friend of the family recommended Swan. Roy came after the friendly call center people confirmed my appointment. Roy diagnosed the unit quickly. He was educational. Our landlord is not ready to replace. But we got the unit fixed and signed up for the SAM plan to protect our system. Thank goodness for Swan. Now our children and us have cold air.
