We had an issue with our sewer backing up and I had hear about Swan Plumbing from a neighbor and they were very happy with the service they had gotten from them. Since it was Sunday, I contacted Swan and thank goodness they do have an emergency service that was able to come out and in a very timely manner. Kevin Gonzales is the service tech that came. He was very professional, courteous and friendly! He kept us informed of everything he was doing to try and clear our trouble. Unfortunately it was determined that the trouble was due to a broken pipe. Kevin took care of getting everything set up for a crew to come out the following morning to replace the broken pipe. I’ve got a new plumbing company after this! Thanks again Swan Plumbing and Kevin!

I am very happy with the service provided by Kevin and Miles! They were knowledgeable and courteous. They answered my many questions and came up with an effective solution to my problem. I also appreciated them wearing shoe covers in the house without being asked.
Our guest room tub was completely stopped up. I called at 8:30 am and spoke to a person, who was very cordial. There were openings that day and I scheduled an appointment that morning. They notified me when they were coming and were there promptly. Shawn and his helper were very helpful and friendly.
I had a great experience with Matt from Swan Electric tuning up my HVAC system. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit. Unlike a previous technician who came out to inspect my unit, Matt took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and explain what he was seeing.
What really stood out was that he provided pictures along with his recommendations, clearly explaining the reasons behind them. What a great experience! Jacob our ac tech came out with the most positive attitude. Explaining exactly what he was going to do and why. Then once he was complete with all his findings came back and explained what he found and what needed to happen next. We have an older unit and he did not try and sell me a new unit he gave me options! Thank you Jacob for a great experience!
Kevin and Colin came out on time respectfully and professionally with their shoe covers on and went right to work. They allowed me to explain what was going on with my water heater and detected the problem immediately. They both were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what was needed and what they could do. The job was done fairly quick as it wasn’t a major problem. They stayed to educate me about plumbing and water, even had a casual conversation about the Texas heat lol. I highly recommend this duo and there is other work I need done and will look forward to working with this company again. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you

He signed me up for a very affordable (and I mean affordable) service contract that left me at ease with the comfort of knowing I have the best service on hand! Michael, Carlos and teams were absolutely fantastic!! We have used Swan over the years for our plumping needs, Michael Terry Has really got to know our house pretty well.
This time we had a main sewer line collapse and working with Michael Terry We agreed upon a full home, sewer, waste, water pipe replacement to get our house, brand, new plumbing, and up to code. Two years ago, we also updated all our hot and cold water lines.
This has been the absolute best decision and best experience, Michael, Carlos and their teams Took excellent care of everything from start to finish Always in constant contact with us and keeping us updated on the progress and work being done.
I also want to make special mention to Eddy and his digging team, They worked extremely hard trenching, all the new trenches for the new piping. Eddy Also kept in constant contact, always updating on work been done and progress.
Our house is 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms with kitchen and laundry so we had a lot of plumbing.

Had ruined floors due to water leak and Dustin was able to identify the issues, and excluded all other possible leaks so we can address our issue. Much appreciated help for our piece of mind.
