I’m a new home owner and I could not have gotten luckier with my electrician. David Campbell and Ryan came to service my home and they deserve all the praise in the world. The most helpful and kind people I’ve worked with. They explained everything they needed to do with great detail. They also addressed all my concerns. I will be using Swan for ALL of my home projects going forward. I could not recommend David and Ryan enough. 100/10. I hope this reviews gets to their managers so they get the recognition they deserve.

We always call Swan Electric, Plumbing, and Heating for any service we need, because they always get the job done right.
We just recently called Swan for an installation of our Security System. They sent licensed technicians David Campbell and Joe Martinez, and WOW, they did not disappoint.
David and Joe arrived on time, and were both very personable from the time of arrival to the time of departure. They did so much work so quickly, it was incredible watching their level of efficiency. Their workmanship and the completed installation was beyond exceptional! It was even better than we’d expected. Before leaving they made sure we understood everything, and were completely happy with the results.
As homeowner we’ve had various companies in our home for repairs, deliveries, installations and set ups, and unfortunately some installers take shortcuts, try rushing customers, exhibit lest than charming personalities, or leave shawty work behind, requiring us to call their company, complain, and to endure the inconvenience of a new appointment with another technician to fix the issues left by the original technician.
However, We’ve never encountered a negative experience with Swan, because they send out technicians that exhibit the highest level of caliber like David and Joe! They both represented themselves and Swan incredibly well!! We’d trust either of them to do any electrical work in our home any time.

The workers are extremely nice and caring, but on a second note, I was expecting them to come back to finish the job today that they had started last week so therefore I had took off a day of work which I lost wages and now I’m having to take off again tomorrow for them to come They never reached out to me to let me know they were not coming today and they know they were supposed to run the drain underneath the deck all the way to the back alley and they didn’t. They were taking a shortcut which they need to run the drain all the way to the back alley This is a very expensive project more than I anticipated. so the technician did not measure correctly, knowing you gotta run the sewer line underneath the deck. So at this point, I’m not very pleased. I’ve not been able to run my washing machine since last week and there’s three people living in this household..

First I would like to say they were on time. I truly enjoyed Kevin and Bryce coming to evaluate and repair my A/C drain and my kitchen sink. They also recommended me to have my hot water heater replaced due to the condition. I really appreciated that but mostly I appreciate the fact that they worked with my finances. Absolutely the BEST group we have used for plumbing services!! We had a gas leak and Michael and his crew came out the same day.
After he and his team evaluated the leak, sat down with us and explained ALL options needed to “fix” and the process and cost all up front!!! He and his team are, professional, courteous and HONEST( very refreshing)!!!
Has been excellent experience!!!
Will have a back generator placed by these outstanding people-IMPRESSED!!!!
