Tadlock Roofing

After sustaining damage to the shingles on my roof from Hurricane Milton, my 30 year old roof was in rough shape. No leaks, but a lot of torn shingles. I called and had a blue tarp placed on my roof, then I started calling roofing contractors hoping for a fairly fast repair. With the scope of damage that Milton left in it's wake, roofing contractors were going to be very busy, for quite a while. I spoke with several roofers who made promises, but did not follow through. Finally, I found Tadlock Roofing advertising online, and I called for an appointment. My estimator Ken called me right back and set up an appointment for the next day. He came out and looked everything over and got the quote back to me the next day. The job scheduled quickly, the contractors were prompt, and neat. They were in by 7:30 am and all done before 4:00pm. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how the roof looks. Great Job all around, as far as I am concerned!

Tadlock roofing was recommended to us by our dear friend and handyman. They had done his roof as well as roof for other friends. I had several estimates from different companies, and wasn’t sure of all the questions to ask, or how to do evaluation of the estimates. I recruited my handyman friend to help do a comparison analysis with the other roofing companies. He called each company and asked each the same set of questions regarding what each estimate included, whether or not galvanized nails were used, nailing technique, wood replacement, workmanship warranty etc. He put it all in a spreadsheet and the choice was clear! Plus his own positive experience with Tadlock was reassuring. Even though the price was comparable between most of the companies, the big selling point for me was the lifetime transferable workmanship warranty Tadlock offered, as well as what was included for the price. The overall experience working with this company was great, and they had great communication throughout. The roof was completed in two days time, with one half day for some finish work. Plus they cleaned everything up! The roof is beautiful and I feel so much safer especially now being in hurricane season. Highly recommend this company.

Tadlock Roofing is a very professional and experienced contractor. I was fortunate to have worked with Rob Shoenback and Rob Shays on reroofing a good friends home that needed some help coordinating the project. Tadlock did a great job repairing damaged and rotted wood prior to installing their Owens Duration Shingle system. Mike's team has replaced my roof. His team was efficient, planned well, prepared the roof day before , material delivered on time and they used owens corning peel and stick Rhino and Owens corning shingles, starter shingles too. As a result I got Owens corning platinum warranty. They were not the cheapest but not most expensive. For their thorough job, I felt I paid right price. After the job was complete they came twice and picked trash, fallen nails and installed wall to roof- joint for waterproofing. It has been 3 months we had rains but no leaks which shows their quality of work.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tadlock. Brooks Trabold was our rep, and he took the time to explain everything and made us feel really comfortable with the process. He made it all very easy, and the work was done with quality at a really fair price. Would highly recommend!

Chose Tadlock to replace the roof in my mothers home a few years back (2022) We’ve had a few named storms, wind events and hail strikes since. I used Tadlock to implement repairs for one those events where a problem occurred. Fast forward here to 2025. The roof sprang a leak and I have no warranty due to the prior weather events.

When I found a leak this year, without a warranty, I was pretty worried about how I was going to pay for repairs but this story has a happy ending.

I called Tadlock and spoke with Rob Schoenbach. He quickly walked me through the process and explained FL law on roof warranties and provided the hail trace report. After he had a chance to review the history (new roof, storm damage, repairs by Tadlock) he said he was going to work with his leadership to make sure the repairs were diagnosed quickly and repairs implemented at the lowest price possible. Rob and Tadlock delivered. I’ve never been more impressed with the sales and service process. They were fast and fair. They set a realistic expectations and beat them. Rob is a rare and very much appreciated honest broker. 5 stars, would recommend.

Rough start, however the end expectation that was agreed on by all parties was met. 5 star because the GM Michael C. understood the situation we were left in. He was the only one in management that cared enough to hear us out, come to our home, and see the situation. He followed through with the commitment of getting us made whole. Thank you Michael C. !

I also want to thank the 2nd roofing crew that took on the challenge and made us feel comfortable. Adan reassured us on their abilities to meet the expectation set forth. They did a fantastic job, showed up on time, cleaned up properly, and followed through with what they said they would do.

I was happy with the quality of their work. They replaced the roof in 2 days and replace the gutter the following afternoon. They cleaned up well so I followed up with a leaf blower and found a handful of roofing nails in the grass.
They broke one sprinkler head with their ladder but in truth the sprinkler heads are a bit hard to see in the bushes.

I would recommend them and would use them again. Faith in their office was outstanding with the paperwork and Brooks, the sales guy, did a great job of answering my questions and keeping me informed with the project every step of the way.
