Team Enoch

Team Enoch did an amazing job with installing my Tesla wall charger. The original quote was off, which was not thier fault. They were quick to adjust it and explain it to me prior to starting the job. They did a very thorough and clean install without any issues. I would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, the entire experience with Team Enoch was smooth, professional, and easy. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything felt organized and customer-focused, which really stood out compared to some other service experiences I’ve had in the past.

Out of 5 stars, I’d honestly give my technician Brandon 6. He’s one of the most straightforward and informative technicians I’ve ever had in my home. He represented himself and Team Enoch really well. You can tell he takes ownership of his work and takes pride in what he does, and that’s the kind of thing that keeps people coming back.

He explained everything clearly about my system and answered all the random HVAC questions I threw at him patiently and honestly. Service I’ve had with other companies has definitely been hit or miss, so it was refreshing to work with someone like Brandon.

I’d recommend Team Enoch to anyone who needs their services.

I want to give a strong shout-out to Jason from Team Enoch. He has been to my house three times now for various service calls and seasonal maintenance, and every visit has been excellent. Jason is incredibly polite, respectful, and very thorough in his work.

During his most recent visit, he took the time to answer all of my questions and successfully troubleshot why my auxiliary heat wasn’t coming on. The issue turned out to be related to programming that hadn’t been set up at the original installation (a separate Team Enoch issue), but Jason explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on.

Jason consistently elevates my experience with Team Enoch. Because of him, what would otherwise be a three-star experience has easily become a five-star one. He’s a great representative of the company, and I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

Enoch has been wonderful, I’ve been using them for 2 years and highly recommend. Most recently, one of our outdoor AC/Heat units broke from the recent ice storm. Enoch was able to come out next day for inspection and ordered the parts for replacement which was covered under my warranty, then Brendon came back out next day after parts arrived to replace the out door unit. We had our older water heater go out on the weekend right before Christmas! We had used other plumbers on our house on other things. But I decided to go to Angi’s List and came across Enoch Plumbing. They within hours on a Sunday got me a quote. We then got a couple of others including one from previous company. Enoch gave me the best price for a brand new Rheem water heater and even included 4 more years on the manufacturer warranty for a 10 year warranty. The other companies were all higher on price. Also Enoch scheduled their technician/plumber for the earliest time to replace compared to others. Zack was our plumber on site! He was awesome, knowledgeable, personable, and professional! He took care of us and left everything working and clean. I am in construction as well, and really appreciated his help fixing our problem and ability to communicate with us. All in all I would recommend Enoch and Zack. If plumbing issues ever come again for us I will call them first. I believe in creating relationships, and Zack definitely did that for us! Thank you Enoch.

Took 2 months to get parts needed to replace our HVAC. The day it’s supposed to be installed gets pushed back.

FINALLY get relief in my business for my customers and team and next morning we come in to ceiling tiles on the floor. Water actively dripping from the ducts.

Call their company, get call center people who can’t help. They can pass on the same contact information — had to do this 3 times in an hour to get a call back from another call center letting me know the can’t get out to help until Monday. UNACCEPTABLE.

I cannot recommend this company less. I’m hopeful some miracle turns this experience around and I can update this review but as it stands. EPIC FAIL in the customer service department for ordering, installing and follow up maintenance for improper installation.

My water heater went out late one evening and I needed it replaced. Team Enoch contacted right away and got me on their schedule next day. My technician Caleb got here right when they said he would. He was super friendly, explained thoroughly everything he would be doing, and took time to answer all my questions. The new unit Team Enoch installed far exceeded my expectations. After he finished, Caleb showed me the new water heater and explained all the new safety features they installed, which were all included as part of the standard installation - BONUS!. It is such a blessing to find a company like Team Enoch that goes above and beyond the customer's expectations, and has such great people like Caleb. Oh, and the price I paid was A-MAZE-ING! This is the third time I have used Team Enoch, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thank you Caleb and Team Enoch!

Honestly, this was so easy! I have never hired a plumber or a plumbing company with such ease. Zach was courteous and was an hour early — and finished within an hour, which allowed me to get on with my day. The thing that surprised me the most was that they would send me an invoice via email. So many other companies want their money upfront or on the spot. They definitely go by the honor system. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I strongly recommend Enoch!

They started promptly at 8am. The process was seamlessly meaning we sent in pictures and told them the situation and the gave us a quote based on the information provided by us. Their prices were better than their competitors. They installed a 1 stage Carrier AC/Furnace.

Excellent job by David. He is very professional and descriptive about everything. He installed the 240V outlet for my EV. Not only he did the good job but also answered few questions I had regarding EV. Would definitely recommend this team for any electrical work.
