After we upgraded our master bath it was time to replace that old builder installed basic fiberglass shower. We'd had a couple close encounters with other similar services but working the design through with Caitlyn was just comfortable. She was friendly, well prepared, factual, and not overly pushy. Our installer, Brian L, was excellent - personable, open to suggestions, very neat - and an outstanding craftsman. A high quality result that we'll enjoy for many years.

Very pleased with the experience. Sales was willing to work with me and even came back out for a re-design when I had a different idea 24 hours after ordering. Solid surface shower install completed as planned in one day one month earlier than expected. Old shower removed to the studs and new shower installed- absolutely gorgeous. Alex and DJ did a great job- on time, professional, and courteous.

Nate was awesome at walking us through the whole consultation process. He truly worked so hard to make it work for us and stayed over 2 hours at our house truly making sure we could make this project work for us.

Kenny and Dave did an incredible job on my install. Bathroom exceeded my expectations. I was rescheduled for install last minute and it feels like a blessing in disguise cause these guys were awesome. Busted their butts to get a two day job done in one without cutting any corners. Took an incredibly outdated 70’s bathroom that’s never been updated and brought it into the 21st century- thank you guys! I did go through a similar hassle as others that my salesman certainly misled me with leadtimes and communication wasn’t great from him at times post contract signing. As someone who also works in contraction, I should have predicted this delay but I would have appreciated better communication on tracking my materials. However, for my final price I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I give a lot of credit to my installers who made sure this job was done right.

I am updating my review at 154 days post install. The shower continues to be an issue. The base is not level and water sits in the back corners for the shower - the caulking is molding and chunks are starting to pull away. A tech came out over a week ago, took pictures and stated the shower would need to be replaced and is clearly not level and we would hear from management. We have called and emailed and no one is responding. Do not waste your money using The Bath Authority. It will be a nightmare experience. Photos added are of water 14 hours post shower. Also of the water that leaks through the shower seal.
I am updating our review now that we have had the shower for a couple weeks. The door seal leaked and the person who came to fix it reversed it and said it’s just how the doors are. It made the leak worse so we found a new seal on Amazon that worked much better. The shower also leaks into our basement causing flooding. Water drips from the ceiling. We have used the shower a total of three times. We want our old shower back. It may have been old but at least it didn’t leak. Customer service has yet to call us back. Definitely not worth the money.

Love how our shower remodel turned out. Pete and Brian were a fabulous install team - very knowledgeable and paid close attention to details. George our sales person answered all our questions.

We just purchased our new home and needed our primary shower redone. The shower is definitely an upgrade from what we had which is the only reason i am giving 3 stars, BUT the quality of the work paired with the astronomical price tag are giving us buyers remorse. $21k for just a new shower should not have any issues. We had to call for them to come back out because the seal around the floor was messy, the drain pools, glass door didn't meet to close and left a 2 inch gap, the water pressure was non existent, and they had the hot and cold switched. The 1st crew were in and out in 8 hours because it was a Friday and they were rushed to get to their plans for the weekend. The 2nd crew who came out where able fix all but the drain since the drain is standard and they don't offer any other options. Overall, we are not satisfied with the work or the quality of the product and will not use them again.

Received a coupon in the mail and gave them a chance. The design process seemed smooth at first and we were excited about the 1-2 day install promised, but multiple changes had to be made once it got to production as there didn't seem to be clear communication between sales and production.
The install was ROUGH. They didn't use their own contractor, but subcontracted it out. Multiple parts of the project were done incorrectly and others were not as described. Many parts of the install were not done according to manufacturers instructions. Water lines had leaks. One guy fell (only partially and he was ok thankfully) through the ceiling into our laundry room. We had to call them out MANY times to try and fix the crooked and sloppy install and caulking job, but it usually ended up worse somehow. After weeks of struggle and many no call/no shows and missed promises, we finally decided with Bath Authority that the entire project needed to be started over from scratch. Luckily they did come to the table here and ate the cost of the new parts/labor. When the BA's own contractor came to do the install, they did a good job and we ended up with the shower we wanted.
A few peripheral parts of the project (mainly drywall) never got fixed or cleaned up properly and they never offered anything for the month and a half of delay in the project to get it completed instead of the promised 1-2 days. I had to spend a ton of time working with them to get it fixed, move around work trips, and patching things after they "finished". I've been trying to follow up with them after the project with 0 response.
If you use them, I would strongly suggest not to let them use a subcontractor hired out, but only their internal team. This was the source of most of the issues. Also, get some things in writing for how to be compensated if they do not live up to their end of the contract.

I loved the professionalism and transparency of the secondhand hired contracting company that was assigned to us! Great group of guys, efficient, on time, worked non stop and explained everything. Not affiliated with the bath authority. However I would not recommend the bath authority to overcharge you by 40%, make you wait months and not include a complete remodel in the contract as discussed,. Always go local! Live and learn.

Our “full bath remodel “ was just done today and we are frustrated, sad, and disappointed with the results. This company blatantly lies about what they offer and swindled us into agreeing to a bathroom that is less functional than it was before. Here are the lies:
1. We were told that they would be taking the walls”down to the studs” and replacing the drywall. We are responsible for finishing the drywall and painting, however they insisted that it was a simple DIY project that could be completed with a basic patch kit from the hardware store. All we need to do was tape over the tiny seams and finish them. What they actually did was cut the drywall half way up and leave a ragged gap that will require a professional to finish. This gap is so large in some places that I’m not sure it will look good after it’s fixed. Also, because we now have unfinished drywall, we can’t even use the shower until it’s finished. Some parts of the drywall have large pieces of metal sticking out, which will end up rusting as it did before, this is one of the reasons that we had the bathroom redone.
2. The salesperson said the remodel would be done in May, it was over 2 months behind schedule. This would not have been a big deal, however no one reached out to us to communicate anything. We actually thought at one point that this whole thing was a scam. They hung up on us multiple times when we called in. When we finally got someone on the phone they just said there is nothing that they can do and that we were unable to cancel (this is when we were pretty sure we had been scammed).
3. We were told by the salesperson that the financing did not begin until the remodel was completed. What he failed to mention was that the interest accrued the whole time that our order was back ordered, so $1000 down the drain because they are a failure of a company that can’t figure out the logistics of supplying their materials. They definitely have a sell first mentality, without prioritizing the customer.
4. Other than the drywall, several things were not completed or simply don’t work. The stopper for the sink is unusable, it doesn’t fit in the space and pulling it up is nearly impossible. There is no toe kick on the vanity, so that’s just left unfinished.
The crazy thing about this is, we lowered our expectations when it came to our materials because this place had such good reviews. There were only 3 choices for flooring (gray, darker gray, or a fake looking oak) and only one choice for a vanity. You would think that by limiting the choices as they do, that everything would work. Well, that’s not the case. This company is a joke. I can’t believe I fell for this 30k+ scam. How they can just lie and say that they offer full bath remodeling and deliver this should be criminal. I intend to tell anyone who will listen to avoid this company.

Still waiting for my tub trim after 3wks being installed last 3rd June. They forgot to order it the first time. Until now almost no update. Not even a call from them when they plan to install.Sealant application not consistent with some not properly wiped. Shower head and faucet are loosely connected and not rigidly fixed.
