Jason and his team exceeded all my expectations, not only with quality work but taking the time to explain the installation and how everything works and what I need to do to maintain the system. Phones at the office was answered promptly and professionally. Got an appointment time for next day service. Received updates on timing, with photo of person doing the service. Omar Johnson did an amazing job. Showed up at time said, performed drain cleaning and cleaned up entire area before leaving. Thoroughly impressed. I signed up for their Home Care Club, because of the service provided.

We have had an amazing experience working with this company. They have been prompt, punctual and professional. The process from our initial phone call until our install was overall amazing. I cannot say enough about how smooth it has all gone.

Update we had our complete hvac redone by them and are fully satisfied!

Update #2 We had an issue with our gas lines and had to have them replaced. We turned agin to Thorton and Groom's and they can through with flying colors. Real professionals.

Update #3.. We had another issue in our home, this time electrical. It was fairly complicated but our technician figured oi the issue quickly. Hats to to everyone we have had to work with.
