Lead installer, Jack Nolta appeared on schedule the initial day of installation of our new Navien boiler system. As the work progressed, Jack kept us informed and we never felt overwhelmed by details and technicalities. Once complete, Jack was diligent about the final adjustments needed to acheive maximum performance.
We are now a couple of days (nights) into flawless, comfortable and quiet performance.
All along, the Thornton & Grooms organization has been immediately available for information and support.
Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Nick , removed and reinstalled a toilet for us due to our flooring getting replaced. He also disconnected and reconnected our water line to our icemaker. He corrected the venting from our hot water heater. Nick also made sure our connection was to code. Nick was very thorough and knowledgeable. Was able to schedule a drain unclog service and have it fixed within 24 hours for just $99. Brandon R. was the individual that came over to perform the service and he was incredibly professional, thorough and polite. Every step he performed was explained and the final price was given after his initial investigation before the work was even started (no hidden cost or fees!). A lot of care was taken to keep the surrounding areas clean (drop cloths, boot covers, and wheel covers on equipment brought in). Would highly recommend!

First Class excellent service! Jason and his team exceeded all my expectations, not only with quality work but taking the time to explain the installation and how everything works and what I need to do to maintain the system. Phones at the office was answered promptly and professionally. Got an appointment time for next day service. Received updates on timing, with photo of person doing the service. Omar Johnson did an amazing job. Showed up at time said, performed drain cleaning and cleaned up entire area before leaving. Thoroughly impressed. I signed up for their Home Care Club, because of the service provided.
