Everyone I delta with was nice and friendly. I was respected.My requests were met. I needed time to put my dogs somewhere so the dogs wouldn't get upset, the let me know ahead of time they were almost at my house.
I was listened to, my concers were addressed with me and plans were made it help my needs both on the phone and in person.
When instalation was done, the work was brought to code. The technicians respected me, my family, pets and our home. When their work was completed, they made sure everything was working correctly and that everything was cleaned in the area they were working.

Ricky and the whole team were very professional and worked with me the entire project to make sure everything was installed where we were comfortable with. They might not be the cheapest quote, but well worth the price for the high quality work.

I really appreciated the great install of my new AC/furnace and service I got from Sidney Grey, Joe Eckert, the head installer and the electrician, Luis Purra. There was 2 others on the job also. They were on time, polite and efficient. Joe explained how the furnace and AC works and walked me through it so I understood how to take care of it and how it operates. I’m confident to say I chose the right company for the job. They also removed my old swamp cooler and repaired a loose vent without making a mess. Very happy over all.

Update, after the clean up, we needed all the old cast iron pipes replaced. Inside AND out. They did it in one day!! Meho is a gem of a project manager. Everyone was so helpful. I don't know how the crew did it but we were back to using water freely in one day. Highly recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing need. 😁

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Tipping Hat. When our A/C unexpectedly stopped working, their team was out the next day to diagnose the problem. Within just three days, we had a new, upgraded furnace and A/C system installed and running.
From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and felt they genuinely cared about making sure we understood our options. The installation crew was awesome, very friendly, respectful of our home, and did an amazing job. Replaced conventional a/c and furnace with heat pump installation. Tyler did the outside work and along with the inside crew the project was completed in just over 6 hours. Very efficient and knowledgeable and answered all questions concerning features and operations. Cleanup and respect for my property was excellent. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Tipping Hat Plumbing and Heating absolutely deserves more than five stars. We discovered that our main-line drain was not only plugged but had collapsed underneath our finished basement floor—a nightmare situation for any homeowner. Thankfully, the team from Tipping Hat handled it with incredible professionalism and skill.

Jordan, Finn, and Dan spent two full days jackhammering, rerouting, and rebuilding the main line. Jordan was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic—communicative, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Despite the size of the job, the team completed the work on time and kept everything moving efficiently.

All three guys worked hard, respected our home, and made sure everything was put back together the right way. I truly appreciate the effort, professionalism, and quality of work they delivered.

When i bought my home in 2023, I knew there were some ... imperfections. No AC, and a 30 year old furnace. I hemmed and hawed over replacing the furnace and adding AC, and this year started getting quotes. Tipping Hat was my final quote, and not only the most affordable (about 10k less than my highest quote) but also ... the vibes were just better? Dan came to my house, gave me a really clear run down of factors to consider, quoted me four different options at different feature levels and price points. He was fantastic. Warm, patient with my questions, and clear about the risks and benefits of my options (heat pump, traditional heat/ AC, just replace the aging furnace etc etc).

We went with the heat pump heat+ AC, with backup furnace for the super cold days. He quoted me the full price right then and there -- including duct work, electrical, new smoke detectors, and a top of the line thermostat. Their team even take ownership of submitting paperwork for Xcel rebates! THEN he got me booked for *the following morning*.

The team arrived promptly at 8:30a and they were AWESOME. Tyler, Sean, Vasily, and Joe were all individually fantastic - and clearly worked well as a team. Warm, transparent, careful and respectful of my home and my family. They worked all day, and the job was completely done, and they had cleaned up after them selves by 3:30. I am thrilled. These guys are all class acts.
