We had a wonderful experience with Cameron and Will. They went above and beyond in my eyes. They cleaned everything up after a horrible back up.. Thank you, thank you! Update, after the clean up, we needed all the old cast iron pipes replaced. Inside AND out. They did it in one day!! Meho is a gem of a project manager. Everyone was so helpful. I don't know how the crew did it but we were back to using water freely in one day. Highly recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing need. 😁

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Tipping Hat. When our A/C unexpectedly stopped working, their team was out the next day to diagnose the problem. Within just three days, we had a new, upgraded furnace and A/C system installed and running.
From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and felt they genuinely cared about making sure we understood our options. The installation crew was awesome, very friendly, respectful of our home, and did an amazing job. It’s hard to find good companies these days but they have earned our trust and will be our first call going forward. Highly recommend Tipping Hat to anyone looking for a dependable company. Replaced conventional a/c and furnace with heat pump installation. Tyler did the outside work and along with the inside crew the project was completed in just over 6 hours. Very efficient and knowledgeable and answered all questions concerning features and operations. Cleanup and respect for my property was excellent. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services.

When i bought my home in 2023, I knew there were some ... imperfections. No AC, and a 30 year old furnace. I hemmed and hawed over replacing the furnace and adding AC, and this year started getting quotes. Tipping Hat was my final quote, and not only the most affordable (about 10k less than my highest quote) but also ... the vibes were just better? Dan came to my house, gave me a really clear run down of factors to consider, quoted me four different options at different feature levels and price points. He was fantastic. Warm, patient with my questions, and clear about the risks and benefits of my options (heat pump, traditional heat/ AC, just replace the aging furnace etc etc).

We went with the heat pump heat+ AC, with backup furnace for the super cold days. He quoted me the full price right then and there -- including duct work, electrical, new smoke detectors, and a top of the line thermostat. Their team even take ownership of submitting paperwork for Xcel rebates! THEN he got me booked for *the following morning*.

The team arrived promptly at 8:30a and they were AWESOME. Tyler, Sean, Vasily, and Joe were all individually fantastic - and clearly worked well as a team. Warm, transparent, careful and respectful of my home and my family. They worked all day, and the job was completely done, and they had cleaned up after them selves by 3:30. I am thrilled. These guys are all class acts.

This hole crew from top to bottom did a wonderful job. Very nice group of people always keeping you in the loop. And clean and well organized. The reason for the 4 stars is the price. But it was done well and fast.

I can't say enough positive about this company! It was my 1st time using Tipping Hat. Corbin and Mike came out 1st to check our garbage disposal. Upon assessment, there were concerns that it may also be an electrical problem. Kyle and Zach were called in due to several tripped circuits. I was alone, and these four men were so professional, experienced and personable that I was comfortable working with all of them. They resolved the issues and replaced the garbage disposal. They were upfront about pricing and gave me a solution that was significantly more affordable, had I gone that route. I appreciated their transparency. They also provided a military discount and looked at another electric concern which they resolved on the spot.. I highly recommend Tipping Hat!! I am sold and we will use them for our future heating, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs. For nine years we have used different HVAC, plumbing, etc... companies and this company by far is the BEST in our experience. All four men deserve a five star review!

I am extremely happy with the service we received from Tipping Hat Plumbing! Josh G , Corbin and the rest of the team were very professional, polite and friendly! Once they figured out our main issue, they did not pressure me into making a decision on the spot . I was explained everything detail by detail as it was happening. Josh G was the main person dealing with communication. We ended up having our main line pipes replaced. Josh G was on site early in the morning waiting on the rest of the crew . He continued communication with us throughout the process. He had to go to other jobs ,but always returned throughout the day to check on the progress and us

I called and spoke with Shannon, who was friendly and set me up with an appointment to look at my plumbing issue. I was impressed that they were able to come out next day.

Leah sent me a text message asking if I was available earlier than my appointment window (a welcomed surprise) for the tech to come out.

Cameron came to my house and quickly assessed that I had a leaking pipe. He was able to provide a quote on site and get the repair completed quickly and (most importantly) correctly. I no longer have a leak and I can sleep at night again.

The cost of the repair was reasonable and I am thankful that Tipping Hat was able to come out so quickly.

Tipping Hat delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Our sales rep took the time to walk us through every option and recommended a system that fit our home and our budget. The installation team was excellent. They respected our home, explained each step, kept us updated throughout the day, tested everything thoroughly, and left the space spotless.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked around our schedule, answered every question quickly, kept us informed about arrival times, and even matched competing quotes without hesitation.

I called Tipping Hat because they had a $49 come out special and I needed to know what was going on with my furnace. Joe was sent out with his assistant to check the furnace and to tell me what was wrong with the furnace and what needed to be done plus the cost. He stated to give them a call back and they would get it done. I called them back to let them know that I wanted the work done. They came at the time at the time that the appointment was set for. They were very professional and polite. They tested the furnace to make sure that it worked correctly. I would gladly call Tipping Hat back for any furnace problems that may occur in the future. Great company to work with.🙂
