Edgar was professional from the time he and his coworker came into my house. As they did work they cleaned up the mess. I did not see or smell any dust. They explained everything they were doing and both were very friendly. I would definitely use total rebath again if I need to have something like this done again.

I recently decided to move forward with a new shower project through Total Bath Systems, and my experience so far has been excellent. The consultation process was very thorough and informative. The team took the time to walk me through different layout options, materials, and design features, making sure everything aligned with both my preferences and budget.

I especially appreciated being able to review detailed simulations of what the finished shower would look like before committing. That made the decision process much easier and gave me confidence in the final design. There was no pressure — just clear explanations and thoughtful recommendations.

Based on the professionalism and clarity I’ve experienced so far, I’m really looking forward to seeing the final installation come together. I’ll update once the project is complete, but so far I’m very happy with my decision to work with Total Bath Systems.

I had a great experience with Total Bath System for my shower remodel. The process was smooth and well organized. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout the project.

What I especially appreciated was how responsive they were to my requests and concerns. Anytime I had a question or a specific demand, they addressed it promptly and made sure I was comfortable with the solution before moving forward. Their communication and willingness to accommodate my needs really stood out.

Initially, I wasn't too happy. The salesman was new, the presentation took 3 hours and an immediate answer was expected with the understanding I had 3 days to cancel. Fast forward, the contractor (TTD Renovations) did an excellent job installing. There had been an issue with truckload of doors and I was promised on Tues the doors would arrive and be installed on Thursday....and they were. Thankful for Justin. He is amazing. Everything he promised on behalf of TBS was done as he said...and more. Because of him and those he sent to complete work what would have been a 1 star review is 5 stars. Thank you, Justin.
This is an update (11/25) to my original review. I reached out to Justin about an issue with our newly installed walk-in shower. Justin did not avoid or ignore me or my email. In fact, within 5 minutes after my email Justin called me and scheduled an appointment with Andrew, who is wonderful-friendly, knowledgeable, professional to correct the problem. The appointment was the next possible based on TBS scheduling in the area and within a week.
While I was not a fan of the sales team, working with Justin and Andrew has been nothing short of a "5" star experience.

From the first phone cat to TBS to the day or the last installation the experience was great. The day of my install my installers showed up early which is always a good sign. By the time I shut the water off they had the tarps down and working. Junio and partner work like a well oiled machine. When they were done they cleaned up and showed me the shower. I was impressed junio did an awesome job! Very pleased that I chose TBS to do my conversion and that I had Junio as an installer.

We just had our bathroom remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the results! The installation team was professional, experienced, neat, and very efficient — they showed up on time every day and kept everything clean throughout the project.
