I'm having an absolutely awful experience with Trinity all around.
Each department is separate and they don't speak to each other. The first example is comical. I need to pay my bill in order to continue the project. The service department set a billing request to the payment department 2 weeks ago. They still haven't given me a bill. The service department doesn't have any connections or way to contact billing. They continued to send messages to billing that are on answered. The simple fact that to departments in the same company can't work together timely, is insane. You would think it would be easy to pay your bill.
There are mountains of problems. It's near impossible to get hold of anyone. Maybe this will get their attention so I can get a more direct line from somebody in corporate to help solve my problems. Chat, calls, messages, emails. It's all challenging.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life with a business.
I am going on 1.5 years of waiting to have solar panels AFTER a contract signature. I started this process in April of 2024 and now it’s October 2025, they finally installed them in August but of course they still aren’t turned on and I can’t get an update on the process.
The salesperson has no regard for providing service and borderline harassed me to refer her to people the whole time when I can’t even get my own solar panels installed. They clearly only care about sales and that’s it. Additionally Trinity hired a team to remove trees from my property and the contract states that they will would cut the tree to the ground….well they hired the cheapest and worse tree company they could find because they left the tree stumps standing 6+ feet in the air because they were too lazy to do their jobs and fulfill the contract. Now I have to personally spend several thousand on top of that to have a more competent tree company finish the job.
When the install team came out to the property I got noise complaints from neighbors because the installers were behind insanely loud while using vulgar language. I was not home when they finished the install and they left my doors to my house open…I have cats that could’ve gotten out but thank goodness my neighbor noticed and came to shut the door. The installers stole my power tool batteries, left panel mount brackets thrown in my garden, and drilled excessive holes in my brick that they didn’t even use. They didn’t seal the conduit that ran into my house, they left sharp wires and screwdrivers all over my yard that could’ve hurt my dog, and guess what….i still don’t have working panels. I seriously can’t fathom my situation being able to get any worse. If I could undo all of this I would’ve never given this company my business to start with. I could keep going on about the rest of the problems but I think I’ve made my point. I understand that from time to time there’s a bad situation, but through all of this not a single thing even attempted to make it right except the project manager that hunted down the person that stole my power tool battery and made them return it.

Our salesman, Tom Malone was a pleasure to deal with! He was easily accessible and answer all of our questions. The installation was very smooth, and the lead installer took careful attention to make our panels symmetrical and appealing. We are very satisfied with our panels!

Chris Santiago is awesome! So glad to have a home that generates its own electricity. The system was designed to match our consumption. With data centers popping up everywhere its nice to know our rate will never increase more than 3% per year.

Excellent customer service here, from my sales rep Adie M. Clarissa at Trinity emailed and texted frequently to keep me updated. The entire process started in late April, with all equipment installed by July 12. Waited until late August to get the P.T.O. from Penn Power and by Sept. 5, I'm online producing my own power.

As a result of Trinity installing our solar panels we are reducing our electricity costs significantly. We are very pleased as Trinity not only did the installation but also took care of all of the necessary building permits, coordinated with our regular electricity supplier, added all of the required equipment and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Trinity.
You can contact me by DM if you are interested in lowering your electricity costs.

It’s been about a year since my solar system was turned on, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, working with Evelyn Lomas and the Trinity team was an outstanding experience. Evelyn was a true pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly attentive. She and the team were excellent at communicating each stage of the process and setting realistic expectations.
Now, a year later, I’m seeing the benefits firsthand—especially the significant reduction in my monthly electric bill. The transition to solar energy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home and finances.
If you're considering going solar, do not hesitate to hire Evelyn as your top-tier solar energy consultant. You will not be disappointed!

*Review edit. Just were informed that the cost of removing the system and re-installing it would be more than the system is now able to provide, and we are still paying it off. We are outside of the warranty period, but not looking for warranty work. We were looking to have the service done that we were promised when we installed the system. If my business made a promise to a customer, I wouldn't care if I no longer did that specific type of work. I would make it right. Trinity will not do that.
Had over 250 panels installed on our business quite a while ago. We had been very happy with their service and work. When we had the panels installed, we were told by them if we ever needed roofing work done, they would come out, remove the panels while the work was being done, and then re-install them afterwards. We are now looking to get roofing work done so we called Trinity. We were told that they no longer do commercial work. We asked who they passed their commercial work on to and they said nobody. We asked who they recommend for this type of work and they said they don't recommend anybody. We asked what should we do, and they said "maybe call an electrician."
When we first did this very large solar job with Trinity, we thought we were dealing with a reputable company. Apparently, we should have gotten everything written out in a contract, because otherwise you are on your own.
We had been displaying signs prominently in our business recommending Trinity for solar work, but those signs are now going in the trash. And if someone asks for a solar recommendation, my answer will be, "we don't recommend anybody."

If I could’ve left a more negative review I would have. My experience with this company has been nothing but deplorable! The salesman who came out initially lied and told me that I would end up having no electric bill after a year which I later found out was far from the truth. I had my panels put on April 1 and 2nd, and I am still waiting to be turned on. I’ve called several times and I keep getting told they are escalating my case but I don’t get any response. They offered me a $1000 sign on bonus than an extra thousand dollars because they were moving to Another company that finances the panels. When I signed up, I was assured everything would be taken care of in a 6 to 8 week. Start to finish. Panels were put in April. We are now in the middle of June and still nothing! I had them installed when I did so I could take advantage of the summer sun and start saving on my electricity and get some credits in the bank with my electric company. The salesman that is now handling my case informed me yesterday that am not his only client. Terrible customer service terrible business ethics. I have already spoken to a lawyer and I’m hoping not to have to go that route, but I am prepared to do so if necessary. I would definitely not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Casey Snyder my rep at Trinity I must say has went over and beyond for me. HIs knowledge and outstanding communication with me has been incredible...Casey has called with install updates , processing information regarding system set up, layout updates ( regarding township regulations ) and system active date. I must say I was completely impressed...Trinity is blessed to have a such a person like Casey that really cares not only about his job but the customers as well....
