Unknown to Blake Brumfield, he inherited a 35 year old thermostat wire providing sporadic operation. Five trips in five days swapping boards/chips/settings/wiring eventually yielded reliable operation. No complaints, just lots of careful contemplation. Definitely a 10 in perseverance. The next time I have trouble, I hope Blake will return.

We love our service contract with one hour. They are always on time, thorough in service and honest in recommendations. I suggest their service 100%

They come twice a year and service our furnace and A/C. Every time their techs are polite and professional and don’t push product. Blake was the most recent tech and he was very professional and relatable. He showed before and after pics and made sure we understood what everything meant. Thanks again for taking care of us and making sure we stay comfortable.

One Hour Air Conditioning is awesome! They replaced my unit last year and suggested I have the maintenance program. Every technician has been very professional. Recently, Mike was servicing my system. Not only did blow out the leaves in my outside unit, he also cleared my driveway and front porch! Very happy with this company and service.
