Wow, quite the whiplash on this review. After an initial 5-star review from what I thought I was a successful project, I now need to downgrade this to a 1 star review. The TL;DR is that this injection insulation either does not work, or it was not installed properly by the install crew, and the worst part is that the average person would have literally no way of knowing. (Hence, my initial review was positive, but has since changed.) I have uploaded many photos of the home taken from random spots outside the home so that you can see how this injection foam does not work, lest I just seem like an unhinged customer amidst a number of other positive reviews. I wish I had done a lot more homework before moving forward with the injection insulation in the wall; the issue I outlined below is a recurring issue nationwide with this product, and many homeowners are out thousands of dollars.
After this work was completed (or so I thought), I had scheduled a different company to come and replace *ALL* of the siding on my home, including soffits and trim, with James Hardie siding. In the course of their work since everything was stripped off the home, it was found that much of my home's substrate was actually a foam insulation board with a foil backing rather than a traditional OSB (this type of substrate was common when the home was built in the 80's). Because of this, it provided an opportunity for me to "cut into" the walls of my home and see what was happening behind the wall where the cavity was supposedly filled with the injection foam from USA Insulation. I was shocked to see that in the first place that we cut open, there was no white insulation whatsoever, but just my normal pink batten insulation that came "with" the house. We continued to cut open several spots on all 4 sides of the house, high on the home near the roof, in the middle of the home near the holes that we drilled, and low on the home nearer to the foundation. After cutting open 12-14 openings in this insulation board across all 4 sides of the home, I was horrified to find that the only place that really had any of the injection insulation foam was right around where the holes were drilled. This whole time I had imagined that the entire cavity was filled, even pushing away the existing insulation as shown in the videos! Not the case at all, and I took extensive pictures.
Further to that, because the soffits were all removed as well as the attic vents on the home, I was able to look in and see that the blow-in insulation that was put in the home did not even get blown across the entire attic--there were bald patches around the perimeter of the home!
Had I not had the ability to see into the attic from the perimeter during the soffit/vent replacement or see inside of the walls from the outside during the siding replacement, I would have assumed this work was done as advertised and been out major dollars
When I reached out to the company to let them know of the findings, the owner Kelly Hart, seemed concerned, but wanted to see photos of the work first, which I sent a few days after once I could get them uploaded to my computer and sent. I also texted them to him with a read receipt, so I know he saw them. Days went by with absolutely no response. I then got an email that said they were in receipt of the photos and that I would hear from them that week. This was weeks ago, and nothing more. I sent another prompt via text and email and gotten nothing. Absolutely horrible aftermarket service bordering on criminal.
I was shocked that USA Insulation had the gall to contest that the work was completed when I initiated a chargeback and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I will actually escalate this to a legal claim, as the amount paid for the service was quite high, especially for appreciable little work to be done.
Buyer beware that even what seems like a successful installation might not actually be what you thought it was, and you'll not have any way of knowing, and the company won't respond despite value evidence.

We had an issue in our house where one of the rooms experienced more extreme temperatures than the rest of the house. They were able to diagnose the issue and fixed it at a later date. The room now stays the same temperature as the rest of the house. Everyone we spoke to was professional and kind. The only complain I have is that it took many weeks from the time of the initial walkthrough to get someone out to perform the work.

We are so happy with the new insulation. Already it has diminished outside noise and we were able to turn the thermostat down 3°. Nice and cozy in here now and in the garage it is so warm now. The staff from beginning to end have been absolutely wonderful and it was a great experience to work with them. Very pleased and very happy.

USA Insulation was easy to work with, there was no high-pressure sales techniques, and Kelly was super responsive to questions I had after quotation. The price was a bit higher than other comparable solutions like RetroFoam, but I am pleased with their service and professionalism of USA Insulation. I noticed a difference pretty immediately where they did the blow-in insulation in the attic. Can't say for sure how well the injection foam insulation is working in the walls, but I figured it certainly couldn't hurt, and I do think it's helped to reduce noise pollution from outside.

The crew was thorough and very honest about concerns they had with doing the foam insulation on my brick house. Rey nice to work with a honest company that puts the customer satisfaction ahead of simply making a buck.

This is my first ever review and I want to thank USA Insulation for the hard work insulating my crawl space in Firestone on Wednesday 08-13-25. Your guys did a great job under challenging conditions; your crew kept in constant communication and worked hard to achieve the goal. I appreciate their commitment and professionalism.

Kelly is quick to respond and come give an estimate. He explained the process, looked in the attic to verify how much needed to be added to bring our rating up to current code, and then showed the video and explained how the spray foam insulation gets installed through the siding.
The team that came was polite and completed the job in a timely fashion. At first there is a wide eyed look when you see all the holes that are drilled but by the time they're filled and patched and painted, you can't even tell. Kelly kept in touch the whole time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
So far, we've noticed the house is quieter with the wind blowing and the temperature inside has been stable. Wish we'd done this 10 years ago but I didn't even know it was a thing to add insulation. Cannot recommend USA Insulation enough.

I had an amazing experience with USA Insulation! They installed insulation throughout my entire home, attic, and garage, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I first discovered them at the Home and Garden Show in Greeley, CO, and from that moment on, the customer service was truly top-notch.
I own a 1950s home that was definitely lacking in insulation, and the difference after their work is night and day. The temperature throughout the house has evened out dramatically—it’s no longer freezing in one room and warm in another. Our heater hardly kicks on anymore, and we’re already noticing the savings on our electricity bill. It’s been a total game-changer!
Caitlin was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning, and Kelly, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home—they even left a thoughtful mug on the counter when they were done!
They also followed up promptly to replace an outlet that hadn’t fully dried, which really showed their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. To top it all off, I received a thank-you card in the mail along with a Starbucks gift card. What a wonderful touch!
I will always recommend USA Insulation to friends and family. I only wish they offered more products—I’d happily support this business again and again!

I had insulation installed in the ceiling of my condo to reduce noise from above. Kelly, Caitlin and the team were great. Kelly worked with me to ensure that the best product for the job was used. The pricing was reasonable and the installation crew were pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company!!
