From the start of this experience with the salesman comfortably sitting in our living room and going over every detail to reviewing with our great installers, Jorge and Ramon. The experience has been nothing short of outstanding. We are overjoyed with the end result and do highly recommend.

Our guest bathroom shower turned out great! Jorge, Uriel and Sam did our install. You can see from the before picture that this is a huge improvement! We ordered the shower 11/3 and it was installed 11/12. We ordered from supplies that were in stock to make this happen quickly. Glad this is an option. The 1 day install is so helpful for people with allergies and sensitivities to strong odors who simply can’t tolerate long construction projects. We aired out the bathroom over night with the windows open and fans on. By the next morning we didn’t notice the strong odors anymore.

The USA team, involved in the installation of our shower, were all amazing. Angie, Jorge, Ryan, Cordell and Steven. You all did an excellent job from start to finish. Great communication and flexibility through each phase of construction. Steven and his team arrived on time and worked very hard, completing the job in two days. They were very respectful, making sure everything was cleaned up and put back before they left. We would highly recommend USA Showers to anyone, who is wanting to remodel their shower. Our shower looks big and beautiful!

Steve was great and on time. He asked many questions and made suggestions based on our answers. Update on installation, team arrived on time, were very attentive to my elderly mother’s needs, and were extremely courteous. Jorge R, Cordell and Ryan did a stand up job!
