We have now had our new windows from Vinyl Window Broker for over a week now and we absolutely love them. They look and work great. The install and communication with the team was excellent and clear. The installation crew was efficient and thorough. We will be recommending them to all of our family, friends, and neighbors who are looking for windows.

We had the windows replaced at our home near Pomona, 25 windows with multiple sliders. The project came out beautifully. We love the new windows. We also really enjoyed working with Patrick, Christian, and their crew. They are a very diligent and thorough team who completed our project quickly, and left us with nothing to do afterwards. I highly recommend them for window replacement.

Great experience from start to finish. The sales rep was professional and gave a fair quote, and the measurement manager was thorough and easy to work with. They even caught a missed window in the original estimate and included it in good faith.

Installation was fast and efficient — four large sliders and thirteen windows completed in just one day — and they left everything spotless. The window quality is excellent and compares very well to others in the neighborhood.

My only suggestion would be offering more factory color options, but overall I highly recommend this company. The only caveat was having them paint the exterior at the factory brown/bronze and hope it lasts through the heat in the desert. The color needed to match others in the complex due to HOA rules. It did take 3 months from measure to completion at no fault of Vinyl Window Brokers. The HOA took over 2 months to approve, they are horrible (HOA).

We didn’t feel pressured to purchase, and we felt the salesman gave us their best price. They rushed the order for us since our home is a short term vacation rental as well, and we had a time frame. We appreciated the great communication from Natalie, letting us know approximately when the windows would arrive, and they met our timeline for installation. The garden window was delayed, but communication was also good, and they installed it and cleaned up prior to our guests arriving to our house. We appreciated the photos so we knew what the new window looked like. All the staff was very friendly, communicative, and thorough. The windows were clean and the area they worked was also cleaned up nicely. We are extremely pleased with the look of the windows- modernized our home, for sure! What we didn’t expect was what a difference it made in the noise level of our house. The outside noise of traffic and gardeners working was cut down dramatically. In fact, our neighbor visited and noticed it right away. We can’t recommend these windows enough- we’ve told our neighbors they need to purchase from this company; they treat you well. On top of all that, they have a lifetime warranty!

My dad lives in Claremont and just replaced his 65 year old single pane windows with Vinyl Window Broker. 10 Windows were replaced that included picture windows, sliders, single hung and awning. The windows are energy efficient and great quality. We got a fair price and the installers did a awesome job, took there time to do it right, and cleaned up afterwards. It took about 8 hours. We noticed the energy efficiency immediately as it cooled down the following day.

We have been thinking about replacing the 16 windows, and 2 sliding doors in our home for many years thinking it would cost fortune! After receiving recent increasing utility bills, we decided to look into having them replaced.

It’s great to feel that I made a great choice and vinyl window broker. From the beginning dealing with Ken and the fast smooth transaction to the very end in the payment process It was all as they promised, and the result was a 10. I like the way they backed everything. Vinyl Window Broker was one of three quotations I received for our home. We were quoted on seven windows; one garage & one six-ft sliding glass door. The quote was not the cheapest of the three, but it was the most quality and well-built product of the three quotes. They installed all of the windows in one day, and we are so happy to get rid of the old aluminum windows that we had which looked terrible. The new Vinyl Windows, which they manufacture in Orange county in their own plant, looks spectacular from the street & they are very beautiful & double paned. I'm so happy we chose their windows, which work and slide so easy with secure locks on each window. The sound and weather insulation is fantastic, because of the superior engineering of the window. So glad we picked his company. My wife and I admire them everyday!
