Real quick install, in and out in four hours. I had five windows and a sliding door installed. The finished job looked great. The only recommendation is clarify with installers if any damaged boards prior to install needs replacing.
I couldn't have been happier with this company. Their quote was lower than the other 2 companies I received quotes from but more than that they kept me informed about the installation dates and the process. If I had a question the phone was always answered.
They spent 3 days at our house and every day they left it clean! There was some wood rot which initially they told us we would have to get a handy man in but, then they said they fix it for us.
On the walk through I noticed one thing that looked a bit
un-finished, they gave me 2 options, replace the piece of wood or chalk it (chalking was all they needed to do). We felt they went over and above. ALL the workers were so nice and VERY polite. we left them alone in the house to complete the job and felt very safe doing that. We have already referred them to our friends who has signed contracts with them after seeing what they did at our home. Couldn't be more pleased. The Youngs

We had our windows installed about 2 weeks ago and could not be happier with the whole experience. Our sales rep who came to the house was helpful in the process with his suggestions. The crew that installed them were fantastic! I really can't paise them enough. They were pleasant to have around the house all day, they were professional and respectful, and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the installation and finish work. The place was spotless when they left. The windows look fantastic. They really upgraded the look of the place. And the quality seems top notch. I couldn't recommend them more.
We have now had our new windows from Vinyl Window Broker for over a week now and we absolutely love them. They look and work great. We had the windows replaced at our home near Pomona, 25 windows with multiple sliders. The project came out beautifully. We love the new windows. We also really enjoyed working with Patrick, Christian, and their crew. They are a very diligent and thorough team who completed our project quickly, and left us with nothing to do afterwards. I highly recommend them for window replacement.
Great experience from start to finish. The sales rep was professional and gave a fair quote, and the measurement manager was thorough and easy to work with. They even caught a missed window in the original estimate and included it in good faith.

My only suggestion would be offering more factory color options, but overall I highly recommend this company. The only caveat was having them paint the exterior at the factory brown/bronze and hope it lasts through the heat in the desert. The color needed to match others in the complex due to HOA rules. It did take 3 months from measure to completion at no fault of Vinyl Window Brokers. The HOA took over 2 months to approve, they are horrible (HOA).

We appreciated the great communication from Natalie, letting us know approximately when the windows would arrive, and they met our timeline for installation. The garden window was delayed, but communication was also good, and they installed it and cleaned up prior to our guests arriving to our house. We appreciated the photos so we knew what the new window looked like. All the staff was very friendly, communicative, and thorough. The windows were clean and the area they worked was also cleaned up nicely. We are extremely pleased with the look of the windows- modernized our home, for sure! What we didn’t expect was what a difference it made in the noise level of our house. The outside noise of traffic and gardeners working was cut down dramatically. In fact, our neighbor visited and noticed it right away. We can’t recommend these windows enough- we’ve told our neighbors they need to purchase from this company; they treat you well. On top of all that, they have a lifetime warranty!
