Wow, where do I start?!. The exceptional care and knowledge provided by the estimator or the incredible service, craftsmanship, and professionalism shown by the install team. Either way there aren't enough amazing things I can say about Western Products and Andersen Windows!
From the moment Braden walked through our door, we were somehow excited about new windows instead of just burdened by the potential cost and inconvenience of replacement. He took extra time and diligent effort to make sure we fully understood the product, financial commitment, and timeline. He did so with enthusiasm that is somewhat rare these days.
The install team, led by Daniel, couldn't have been better. He was maticulous in making sure everything was running smoothly and looking great while being respectful of our home and time. The entire crew seemed to be highly skilled and efficient even though it was freezing cold outside.
The final product is gorgeous and we are extremely happy. We look forward to working with Western Products again for future home improvement projects.

I am very impressed with the installers that replaced 7 large windows on first floor of my period home, NOT an easy project and in sub zero weather in SD! They kept me informed on issues they could forsee and had several options ready regarding appearance and functionality, often great options I didn't think were possible, very professional and knowledgeable and always kept their work area vacuumed and clean! The windows are strong and attractive. Two years ago I had windows installed on second floor with another company and was excited to learn Andersen windows through Western Products had expanded into SD. Head and shoulders above my previous experience. I would definetly recommend Andersen windows and Western Products!

Our salesman, Greg , was very helpful pointing out all the options to us with various kinds of siding. He heard us well and made sure we got exactly the look we wanted.
Our installer Brandon did an excellent job installing 6 inch vertical siding with a herringbone pattern in the front and molding around the wood of the windows. We have a large, tall house and it was installed with care and professionalism.
We are very pleased with these results as we have been with all of the products we have had from Western Products.

I’ve waited almost a year from the installation of our new patio door to leave this rating, hoping things would be made right. Had our patio door installed before Thanksgiving last year, when it was cold with snow on the ground. We immediately noticed the house wasn’t warming up and if there was wind, the curtains around the door would move. While waiting to get ppl out to look at the door, we had to put plastic up to keep the draft out. The plastic was up for two months, and we could see our breath in the house! The door has just never been quite right (could list things, but trying to keep this semi-succinct), and they’ve been saying since winter they needed to do some caulking on the outside. They did a ton of caulking on the inside, since apparently that’s how you fix all the leaks, is jam them full of gaudy caulking. Got them out here a month ago to replace an inside piece on the door that was sagging off, that they said would “fix itself over time”, and they couldn’t do caulking outside due to rain. They were supposed to put in a work order and get ppl out before winter. Never heard back. Called in and left a msg. Got a txt saying there’s no more work to do at our house. I think this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had, at least after spending and expecting so much.

We ordered a new Andersen patio door to replace our 33 year old Andersen door.
We were warned at the beginning that lead times were running about 90-120 days. It arrived shortly before the 120 days point. Awesome!
They were able to install it on Friday of the same week. That was great news. The installer was pleasant and completed the job in just a few hours.
Over the weekend we noticed that the trim hadn't been installed properly. It was uneven, and it had covered part of the brackets for our blinds. We had asked prior to installation if we should remove them, but he assured us it would be fine.
I reached out on Monday morning and they asked for photos, which I provided. They sent someone out and they reinstalled the trim to fit properly, after having us remove - you guessed it - the brackets. The new installer told us they are trained to follow the paint lines and baseboards, even if it makes the trim uneven. We did suggest they ask the customer in the future.
So, we have a new door, they fixed our install issue right away, and all I have to do is touch up the paint a tiny bit along the door frame.
Our salesman was awesome, the door arrived as promised, and while there was a minor hiccup with the install, they made it right with no waiting and no fuss. I can definitely recommend Western Products.

Product is terrific and installers were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up post-install. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and made absolutely certain everything was done correctly.
They replaced a sliding glass door that was original to the house when it was built I. 1968! Needless to say, there was plenty to replace and repair to get the install of the new door, perfect.
