At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. Our co-founders Harley and Aaron Magden grew up in the window replacement industry, learning the business from the ground up. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home.

the install was great, the windows thus far have been an major upgrade to what we had prior. The company itself seems to really care about the customer and their experience, something you do not always get in a world that is saturated with so many options.

Good overall experience. Market prices for similar larger model companies. Installers were professional and quick. Work looks great! Sales person - Tom did a great job of explaining the product and was not pushy or tried to oversell us. I would recommend this company for people who do not already have a local contact.

This place is awful. I haven't even gotten my windows installed yet and regret buying from Window Nation Raleigh. I was supposed to get 5 yr interest free offer and a gift card for booking within 2 days neither of which I received. I have an 820 credit score so there's no reason why it wasn't offered to me. The national call line said it was available when booked. They pushed a tablet in front of me to sign, and I forgot that I was supposed to get 5 yr interest free. Once I realized I didn't get the offer promised to me from the national call line, I attempted to contact the sales manager Justin multiple ways to see why they didn't offer me what I was promised when I set up the appointment to which the response has been crickets. I've emailed, left a message, called corporate which emailed the Raleigh office again because corporate can't help you according to the 2 people I talked to. Still no response. They brag about 30 year warranty, but I don't see how that is of any value since you can't even get a response back BEFORE your windows are installed. DO NOT use this company unless you want to be lied to, given false advertising, and want to feel crapped on.

Window Nation provided excellent service. They were very consistent in their communications. On instalation day they let me know they were on their way and arrived early. They had five guys to install 22 windows. They protected my floors and cleaned up after the install. All the windows were cleaned eliminating any need for me to clean windows. They just did an excellent job.

The work done in a day and the contractors cleaned up inside and outside of the windows. They took down the curtains and blinds and then put them back up. Even removed the window alarm sensors and put them back up as well. The next I noticed how quiet the house was from the outside street noise. When the winter came and went, I noticed a big drop in my gas heat bill. I even referred Window Nation to my neighbor and she got hers done as well. From a very satisfied customer, I highly recommend them.
