Beyond windows…
I booked Windows Plus to replace three basement windows in my parent’s home. Process was simple for me, but for the crew…not so easy.
My mother is plagued by a disease, Alzheimer’s. And she kept interrupting the installer, but he just turned to explain to her and kept his patience. He was so very kind to her, even when she was not so kind to him. And the staff that fielded my mother’s phone calls asking the same questions she had to the installer, bless her!
It is never easy updating an older home, let alone one with additional personal challenges. Windows Plus handled this situation with patience and grace. And I could not be more grateful! You saved the day for sure.
I will always sing your praises and recommend you to anyone. Not just because the windows are stunning and everything we asked for, but because you made it personal not transactional.

I had used a competitor on another project a several years ago. There is a huge difference in the quality of the installation. First, the installation team are Windows Plus employees not contractors. They are very skilled professionals that arrived on time. The removal of the existing windows was much better. They started from the outside instead of the inside, which in my previous experience caused damage to the interior drywall that had to be repaired. They have a very well defined process that they execute perfectly. They left the house very clean.

Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend Windows Plus to anyone considering replacement windows and doors.

Windows Plus is very professional and timely. Service is top notch. Door selection is limited and even with a discount they are expensive, however, they come with friendly installers and touchup paint. Financing is available through a third party, some options of no interest for a limited time.

My installation was converting a tub into a walk in shower.
My technicians were very professional and polite. Arrived on time and was completed in a timely time. Shout out to Dwayne, Branden and Elie (sp). They were tremendous 👏!

The team showed up on time. Very polite. Put down sheets to protect my hardwood floors. Explained exactly what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. respectful of my home. The installation was finished in the a couple hours. Than explained all the features and how to use them. Would definitely recommend them.

I think the true judge of any business is consistency. I’ve been replacing my Windows little by little over the years. When I decided to replace the final two, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to call. Windows Plus. The entire process is very organized. Conner, my product specialist, was very easy to work with. Cori, the scheduler, is wonderful. The installers Josh and Aaron were professional, friendly and went straight to work. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had a great experience with Windows Plus. Our salesperson, Rueben, was super friendly and passionate about the product. Cori in the office was always pleasant and very helpful. The window and door are wonderful! Very nice products, much better than the ones we replaced. Installation was smooth and faster than expected. Will definitely be back when we are ready to replace more windows!

Dallas and Gavin showed up in the morning and were very polite and professional. I pretty much watched them from start to finish. I was extremely impressed by how well they worked throughout the day especially only being two of them and my windows are way above average size. They answered my questions and we had a great morning of conversations. The installation of my windows was awesome and they are gorgeous! I told them both that when it comes time to replace the rest of my windows and doors that I will request them both!! Great job gentlemen!!

Josh and Aaron called early with an ETA and arrived on time. They quickly removed 8 windows and replaced them with 6 appropriately sized windows. They installed sliders, double hung, picture, and casement windows which dramatically changed the look of my home. They were professional, courteous, efficient and they left my home as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived. I am impressed with their workmanship and the materials that were used. Since I didn't replace all of the windows in need of replacement, the remaining windows, doors and siding are screaming at me to replace them as well. I am pleased with Windows Plus and their work and if asked, I would recommend them.

My wife and I are EXTREMELY happy with the entire Windows Plus experience! From our salesperson Kodi, to our In-house contact Cori, to the install team, Brandon, Garnett, Dallas & Josh, they were ALL very friendly, helpful, professional, experienced and A+ overall! Special shoutout to Dallas & Josh for their attention to detail and making our older home issues non-existent as well as going above and beyond in their work!!!
