My wife and I replaced our back door with a patio door. Josh and Gavin were our installers for the day. They did a fantastic job. They covered our wood floors to protect them. They disassembled the door and frame and moved it to the garage for us. They carefully cut the opening wide enough through the drywall to prepare for the installation and then went to work on installing the patio doors. They worked quietly and efficiently making sure to cause the least amount of damage to the rest of wall. We could not have asked for two better workers who understood what needed to be accomplished and went to work to get the job done right. Thank you!

We had 30+ yr old vinyl replacement windows that were terribly ineffective. Stream of air, no spray foam around perimeter of window, so much solar heat gain made our upstairs bedrooms and office very uncomfortable.

Josh and Dallas are top dawg installers and went the extra mile in everything they did. They couldn’t drive their trucks up our steep driveway so they had an extra leg day at the gym going up and down all day. Sorry guys!

Beyond windows…
I booked Windows Plus to replace three basement windows in my parent’s home. Process was simple for me, but for the crew…not so easy.
My mother is plagued by a disease, Alzheimer’s. And she kept interrupting the installer, but he just turned to explain to her and kept his patience. He was so very kind to her, even when she was not so kind to him. And the staff that fielded my mother’s phone calls asking the same questions she had to the installer, bless her!
It is never easy updating an older home, let alone one with additional personal challenges. Windows Plus handled this situation with patience and grace. And I could not be more grateful! You saved the day for sure.

I had used a competitor on another project a several years ago. There is a huge difference in the quality of the installation. First, the installation team are Windows Plus employees not contractors. They are very skilled professionals that arrived on time. The removal of the existing windows was much better. They started from the outside instead of the inside, which in my previous experience caused damage to the interior drywall that had to be repaired. They have a very well defined process that they execute perfectly. They left the house very clean.

Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend Windows Plus to anyone considering replacement windows and doors.

Windows Plus is very professional and timely. Service is top notch. Door selection is limited and even with a discount they are expensive, however, they come with friendly installers and touchup paint. Financing is available through a third party, some options of no interest for a limited time.

My installation was converting a tub into a walk in shower.
My technicians were very professional and polite. Arrived on time and was completed in a timely time. Shout out to Dwayne, Branden and Elie (sp). They were tremendous 👏!

The team showed up on time. Very polite. Put down sheets to protect my hardwood floors. Explained exactly what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. respectful of my home. The installation was finished in the a couple hours. Than explained all the features and how to use them. Would definitely recommend them.

I think the true judge of any business is consistency. I’ve been replacing my Windows little by little over the years. When I decided to replace the final two, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to call. Windows Plus. The entire process is very organized.
