Our experience with Window Wall was absolutely exceptional! The manager Louie was extremely professional. Louie communicated with us throughout the installation process. The installation technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Bismay the lead technician was exceptionally skilled. My husband and I were especially pleased with the care that the technicians had for our home. The technicians covered our furniture, helped move some furniture, vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of the day. We had a bad experience in the past with our previous home with installing new windows , with a different company, so we had a lot of concerns. We are Extremely satisfied with the professional services we have received from Window Wall. Our experience has been excellent from the salesman to the completion of our windows being completely installed, 4 sets of sliding glass doors and 11 windows. Absolutely Zero complaints! We were very delighted with the way Window WALL Installed our windows and door. All our concerns were addressed by Louie, the field manager, and answered to our satisfaction. One thing Louie helped with was finding a way to swap the doors on the sliding glass door, so the left one was the inside door which pleased me to no end. The installers made sure the windows were rain tight at the end of the day even when the rain moved in and made them stop working. If you have a wood frame house, I highly recommend Window WALL due to their method of installation. They tape around all the windows, as it should be, to prevent water intrusion. All the other companies just wanted to cut, cram and caulk the windows without sealing to the sheathing. This will cause water problems in the future. The metal work, to replace the trim around the windows, showed a high level of craftsmanship and care. We were incredibly pleased with Window Wall’s service.
Louie and his crew worked hard and efficiently. Only stopping to take one short break in this scorching Fl heat. The windows are perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Eight windows installed. The garage area had a single window with small antique side panes. They removed all and installed two regular size windows and what a difference. You won’t go wrong hiring these men. So polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable.
From the demonstration to the install, the process was easy and done very well. I chose this company based on reviews, and the fact that they build their own windows, have W2 installers, (not just a sub they hire the job out to) and the warranty. They were competitive in pricing. Very happy with the result! Thanks to Joseph, Luis and Andy and his crew.
Window Wall provided a premium service for a premium price. We are very happy with our new door! I highly recommend Geneva Blue for the color of your next project. The installers were friendly, thorough, and professional. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience. They handled everything! I didn't have to pull permits or do any of the work!
Where to begin — the doors themselves are beautiful and clearly high quality, but a bit overpriced ($17k for 4 doors).
However, the installation and overall experience fell well below expectations.
We chose this company because we were told installation would take one day and that they use their own employees (not contractors). In reality, it took two days to install the doors.
The issues didn’t stop there:
The installation failed inspection due to missing fasteners and incomplete weather stripping on the front door.
While they did come back to correct those issues, I did not expect inspection failures at this price point.
We then had to call again to have the screw holes closed after inspection, which should have been part of the standard process.
When someone finally came out, the original crew hadn’t left the required hardware, and the technician didn’t have it — meaning yet another reschedule while parts are ordered.
At this point, installation began on March 2, and as of April 2, the job is still not fully complete.
For a premium product and price, I expected a seamless, well-coordinated experience. Instead, it has been disorganized, drawn out, and frustrating.
Final thoughts:

They are really good at coming to your home and selling you these windows and will hover over you as you sign the sales agreement. Once that is signed, good luck. In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem?
So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did.
Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them. They will not install noseeum screens and because it was not in the sales contract that they hovered over me to sign, I am out of luck.
UPDATE: It has now been a couple months and is still a disaster. My home is now infested with mosquitos not only because of the screens but the windows have gaps in them for them to come through. I still can’t get anyone to help me so the only course of action I can take is to waste money on my lawyer at this point.
So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. Had the installers come in and install a window in my master bedroom. Love the window and it was completed fairly quickly within about 2 hours! However, when I go to use my bedroom bathroom, I see that the top lid is open and pee on the rim. One of them walked into my PRIVATE bedroom bathroom without even asking and used it and not only that but left it dirty with their bodily fluids on it. See attached pictures.
If they had asked to use the restroom, I would’ve directed them to my guest bathroom-not my private bathroom that has all of my personal items in it. Super unprofessional and a lack of privacy. And now hygiene-that I have a stranger’s bodily fluids on my toilet that I now have to clean and disinfect. So disgusted.
To top it off, he called window wall and put it on speaker for window wall to ask me for a verbal review right infront of the workers, how can I give an honest review while speaking off of the worker’s cellphone on speaker and the worker right in front of me? THEN the operator on the phone sent me a text for this Google review and the worker asked me to put my cellphone on the counter so he can press the 5 stars for me. Like what? No I’m not giving you my phone to write my review for me and he said oh it’s to make it easier for you- like I don’t know how to write a review? He wanted to give himself 5 stars off of my phone. Super unprofessional all around. Will NOT be using them in the future. Oh and they damaged my dry wall as well and sloppy caulking. For 1 window that they’re charging me 4K for, I expect better quality and professionalism.
