Our company was founded upon our owner Eddy’s unique combination of commercial window installation experience and industry engineering expertise.
Eddy’s own knowledge and hard work helped in realizing the creation of numerous great Florida buildings from Brandon, to St Pete, to Clearwater, and beyond.

Had the installers come in and install a window in my master bedroom. Love the window and it was completed fairly quickly within about 2 hours! However, when I go to use my bedroom bathroom, I see that the top lid is open and pee on the rim. One of them walked into my PRIVATE bedroom bathroom without even asking and used it and not only that but left it dirty with their bodily fluids on it. See attached pictures.
If they had asked to use the restroom, I would’ve directed them to my guest bathroom-not my private bathroom that has all of my personal items in it. Super unprofessional and a lack of privacy. And now hygiene-that I have a stranger’s bodily fluids on my toilet that I now have to clean and disinfect. So disgusted.
To top it off, he called window wall and put it on speaker for window wall to ask me for a verbal review right infront of the workers, how can I give an honest review while speaking off of the worker’s cellphone on speaker and the worker right in front of me? THEN the operator on the phone sent me a text for this Google review and the worker asked me to put my cellphone on the counter so he can press the 5 stars for me. Like what? No I’m not giving you my phone to write my review for me and he said oh it’s to make it easier for you- like I don’t know how to write a review? He wanted to give himself 5 stars off of my phone. Super unprofessional all around. Will NOT be using them in the future. Oh and they damaged my dry wall as well and sloppy caulking. For 1 window that they’re charging me 4K for, I expect better quality and professionalism.

Fantastic experience with the WindowWall team. Especially the installation crew.
Ours was a decent sized residential job, 24 windows and a set of French doors. I was present for the entire 7 day install.
The PGT windows are a stellar product. The house is tight as a drum.
The installation crew was meticulous. Careful, clean and patient with my questions. Thanks Jimmy.
I am quite happy with our new windows and certain they are the last I will ever have to buy.
P.S. I saw some previous reviews regarding minor damage. I am an apologist on this issue. This is expected and I was briefed as such. My windows were 30 years old and some quite difficult to remove.

They are really good at coming to your home and selling you these windows and will hover over you as you sign the sales agreement. Once that is signed, good luck. In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem?
So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did.
Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them. They will not install noseeum screens and because it was not in the sales contract that they hovered over me to sign, I am out of luck.
So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. As other reviews have stated, I chose to go with Window Wall because the consultation left me feeling confident that they would do a good job and be good to their word. The sales person specifically asked if I had experience with contractors on our house previously and I told him I had. He then asked if it had been positive because most of the time people have complaints and said Window Wall works to ensure they have none of that. Well, they were the first and only contractor I have had complaints for so far. After paying close to $10k for a door, you would think they would provide a better quality product but that was not the case. During the installation, they chipped a porcelain tile, laughed about it and told our tile contractor who had laid those tiles several days earlier that he would have to fix it. The first door they installed came with several factory defects, scratches in the frame and glass. The second door came with the same defects. They take days from receiving the door to actually installing it for "QA checks" but do not actually open the product. You would think that after having to reorder it they would ensure their manufacturer did a good job. I felt rushed to approve the second door because they said they cannot control what the manufacturer sends them. Additionally, the project manager was hesitant to email me the link to leave a review because he "do not trust you will leave a good review." Rather than being worried about actually doing a good job, they were more worried about the review I would leave. Truly disappointed especially after how expensive this replacement was. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Jimmy and his team were outstanding! They are true perfectionists. Three large windows and a front door were replaced over the course of 2 days and I couldn't have asked for better work or service. They cleaned up after themselves after every step during the process, so there was never any trash or materials lying around. They were mindful of our home and our dogs--both of whom loved every worker! The windows and door are premium quality and you definitely get what you paid for. I also love that I was able to customize my door. I wanted something unique and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with this company, their employees and their products. They have great warranties, too!

I went with Window Wall just based on instinct and experience on how the employees treated me on the phone and during consultation at home which by the way took a few hours. Also, I try to support local, family owned business.
I know that updating 13 windows going to cost a lot but our windows been the same ones since 1994. So, yes, it was exciting to finally check this project off the list! It’s way over due!
I signed with Window Wall back in July and the installation was scheduled on 9/24. That was a long wait but the day finally came.
I was told it’ll be 2-3 days and it was done in 2 days.
Three employees worked on our project. The main installer looked like a young boy who I learned started a year ago and is only 19 years old. I wish I could talk to him directly but he speak no English and so the helper/cleaner had to translate everything. Then another employee who worked side by side with the young man.
I probably would have rated them a 4 If:
1. They covered the furniture which I appreciate but they can do better cleaning. On the 1st day, after they left, pieces of broken glass were left on the driveway which I’m glad I saw before I took my car out or I could have had a flat tire. I swept them and mentioned this to them the next morning when they arrived. I’m sorry I didn’t think of taking picture.
2. I work from home and both days (Tues & Wed) I also have my grand baby with me. I expected it to be loud with all the drilling, etc. but they were also talking and at times yelling each others name out loud. Then, their phones on speakers.
3. When they finished, I felt that I was forced to give a review right there & then. I told them I’m still working and will make sure to do a review later but they told me it’s best right then because it’ll help them especially the young man. Someone from the office texted me the link twice for some reason, they didn’t come thru. I then got it via email. I told them I can rate them but will write the review (this one) when I get a chance.
4. Lastly, when they left, I went back to my office and stepped on little pieces of rocks on the floor and more underneath the rug.
Overall, we’re glad our windows been updated. Definitely added value to our home not to mention, peace of mind.
Them three did a good job. Thank you.

The team was great, curtious, polite and clean. They accidentally damaged the siding and replaced it. The windows and doors were replaced in 2 days with trim. Everything was done well with I sulation and sealed inside and out. The site supervisor came by both days the verify everything was done correctly and to make sure I was informed of next steps. They cleaned up once completed.

On the surface, our window installation went smoothly, especially after paying a hefty price. However, we realize they left a bunch of adhesive smudges on the windows and did not tell us how to clean them off. I wish they would have cleaned all the windows professionally after installing them because as we tried to clean the smudges off, we noticed a large 10-inch scratch in the center of one of our windows. This would have been caught if they had cleaned the windows before leaving. Otherwise, the installers were professional and friendly, and the windows look great from a distance. We called WindowWall to tell them about the scratch and they immediately responded with their warranty team to send a technician out and examine the scratch. It will be determined later how well they handle this problem. If it wasn't for the smudged windows and scratch, I would have given a five-star review.
