We have an older home and our main bathroom was very dated. We had a wall made into a half wall and our tub and shower installed with glass doors and side wall. I can’t tell you enough how happy we are with how it turned out. Grant was through with how the install would go and was available if we had questions. I can’t say enough how pleased we are with our bathroom.

We normally do not recommend anything but will recommend Your Home Improvement Company. They kept us informed on all aspects of our step-in shower install. We give the installer 4 thumbs up. Great job, great price, great employees.

Kelly West came to our home to discuss some much needed window changes. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product he works with. He turned what seemed like a nearly impossible home improvement purchase into a pleasurable process and worked with us to make the project affordable. He made sure to discuss our needs, and was not at all your typical pushy salesmen. He pushed all the savings available into our deal and even gave us time alone to discuss our thoughts and desires without feeling like the company was pushing or trying to influence us into a bad decision. We worked with both Jayce and James on a project for our front door. We had some issues with the first order as some item selected were incorrect but James was able to modify it and get it to what it should have been. Very friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. We look forward to starting the project and working in the future with this company on larger scale projects.

$30K estimate without any itemization details for a $5K or less tub to walk in shower conversion in a small bathroom? Even a sales rep who called to follow up admitted that was crazy. PREDATORY. To add insult to injury, the sales rep who provide the quote asked "don't you want your dad to be safe?" Who does that? THIS COMPANY DOES THAT. A PREDATORY company that is who.

We had a phenomenal experience with the company. They were punctual and clean. They paid attention to detail and left our home better than when they came. Fast install and good swrvice. Absolutely recommended. Our installer Andrew Fyle was very patient and helped explain everything as he went. Great experience.

While scheduling an estimate was very easy, the sales person they sent out was HORRIBLE. He barely measured the window we wanted to replace, then refused to give us a price for the work despite being asked 4 times. He said he needed to review the info about the company and products with us first and it would take 20-60 mins before he could give us a price, becoming argumentative and honestly a little rude before we asked him to leave. Cannot believe someone came out for a free estimate and refused to actually give the estimate lol. Would not recommend.

So our project took place in January of 2024. We had a tub removed and a shower put in it's place. The salesman went through all the options and went over the lay out with us. We had designed a shower that was not only functional for our whole family but was supposed to look amazing as well. They were able to get the shower tomus sooner than originally expected which was great, but when the install man arrived that's when things went sideways. I have gaps at the top of the shower at the ceiling, I have panels that don't line up with the end of the wall, the door in which the salesman calms he got ordered for us is sort than expected, the plumber that came to do the work didn't install slthe shut off valves that were requested, he also installed the shower head higher than what we thought it was going to be and since the door is sort than what we wanted we have to aim the shower head down more or we spray water on the floor, our sliding door to our shower doesn't always stay closed so then we get water on the floor, the sealant that was used is starting to crack. After the job was completed the salesman was far more worried about getting paid( wanting his commission) than he was that we were not satisfied with the project. The design and lay out that we had we were told the day of the install we couldn't do and that we needed to change things around. So the shelves we ordered that we wanted installed one way had to be turned and installed higher up. The handles that we ordered to put in the shower we were told had to be put in differently. I will give props to the solo guy doing the install because he tried to make as much of what we ordered right and fit but could only do so much. I was told that someone would be in touch with me after the project was completed to see how everything went and if there were any questions problems. Well it's been almost a year and we haven't heard from anyone. Tried the salesman a few times only to be blown off. After the shower project was completed they were going to come back and get us quotes for the roof and siding. But after dealing and ultimately not dealing with anyone we are not going with this company. Funny how they bragged their company up to be this amazing customer focused organization but once they have their money it ain't their problem anymore and you don't hear from them. We have actually steered friends and family away from going through this company to have work done so they don't have to deal with the B.S. like us.
