Affordable H&A replaced my 33 year old ducting. They came out the day after I contacted them and went over what they thought should be done, providing me with a quote. It was 19% and 34% less than other quotes (with the same work proposed). A week later the installation folks completed the work in about 6 hours. They carefully screened off the closet where they had access to the attic and lay tarps to not mark my floors. After they stripped out the old ducts they showed me how they were going to build a new box on the furnace and where the new ducting would be routed. They kept me informed each step of the process which was nice to learn what and how the work was done. One item on the estimate was not needed and they promptly credited the money I paid for that item.
In the photos you can see the shiny new ducts and the old gray ducting that was failing in some places and which had been modified by prior homeowners. Photos also how the closet was masked off to keep everything clean.
I give them a 5-star review and definitely recommend their work and communication.

Easy quoting, best price( we got 4 different quotes from different companies), all staff was polite and helpful. From customer service, installers to service call, all very professional. We just had Jeremy Russel come out today on Christmas Day, we were so grateful. He did his due diligence and throughly inspected and everything was good. Affordable Heating and Air were quick to respond, communicative, and easy to work with. They resolved an issue with our heating unit very quickly (even during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend), and were able to get the needed part under the manufacturer warranty. Their technician, Juan, was very friendly and did a fantastic job with the labor involved, and also resolved another issue related to the gas intake which was causing a strange noise.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or AC service.

The installation of my HVAC system went well, but follow-up wasn't very good. I paid what I thought was a bit too high a price, $11,000 for an 800-square-foot home, but I can live with that. After the installation, which included having an installer crawl around under my house, I had two new problems: a dead animal smell coming out from under the house, and the water coming out from my kitchen faucet had been reduced to a trickle. I had the company send someone out, but had to pay for a service call. The service call was not helpful at all. The technician reported that it seemed like a "plumbing smell," and as far as the trickle coming out of the kitchen faucet, he gave me some line of unhelpful nonsense about how I'd have to basically become a plumber and deal with it myself. I am still living with the faucet problem — I'll attach a photo showing the water coming out at FULL STRENGTH. As far as the dead animal smell, of course that's exactly what it was, not a "plumbing smell." It was a big dead cat that, maybe just by coincidence, appeared under my house just after the installers were working there. I'll also try to attach a picture of the dead cat, but I had to pay to have someone else come out to find and remove the cat. So I keep shelling out extra money after the installation, and I still don't have my kitchen back working the way it was before.
