Cheap quality, measurement was awful, My widow was replaced by them since we got the window been complaining but been ignoring my call finally one of the rep called and planing to come and see the problem but never showed up. I was really busy didn't have time to follow up but now I'm going to Report to BBB and taking legal action.

We had our old gutters with leaf guards replaced by AllGood. They are beautiful, bigger, and will keep me off of a ladder! The installation was quick with no mess. Just in time before all the rainfall!! 👍

The crew was professional and efficient. They basically rebuilt one of my windows to accommodate sliding doors. Quality doors and windows installed by pros!!

Allgood Home Improvements was a true joy with whom to work. Missy and Ashley were exceptional and exceptionally helpful.
Any issues encountered were solely the fault of the insurance company and their adjuster.

Update 5 yrs later. Siding has been replaced under manufacture warranty due to a defect. Siding is falling off again and Ashley at all good home improvement will not answer phone calls or emails. There are more issues than it falling off its cut short and is separating.
Had siding and windows done lots of $$$$$. Window install was great installers. Siding side of the company sucks. Started the install on the siding first week of November of 2021 and it’s now May or 2022 and still isn’t finished and siding is already falling off. When Chase came out and gave us our estimate on the siding and windows myself and my wife made it very clear that our home is a block house and I even made the point of asking about furring it out and if they replace the ones that are loose or have rotted. He said yes they do fix them and replace them if need be. He never noted anything about the house being block. When the guy came out and measured for the windows we notified him that the house is a block house. He said that wont be any issue and again never was noted. When the guy came out and measured for the siding was notified it was block and was still never noted. So in November when they came to do the siding they was like oh this is a block house we didn’t bid the job for this. That’s not our fault that their crew didn’t not only at the beginning but 2 chances later. When their subcontract crew came out on the first day to do their job they didn't even have tools to do there job. Then after it was done we had a 25 item punch list of the issues. They came out and was here for several hours and only fixed 1-3 things. So I told them they need to come back out and fix it. Came out and still have a 25 item punch list. Now not only is there a punch list the one whole end of the house siding is off approximately 2-3 inches. At this time Ned the Forman told me that normally when they have a block house they fur it out and then wrap the house with plywood. I asked why this wasn’t done he said because they didn’t know it was block and that it wasn’t quoted. Now want us to pay $5000 for them to wrap in plywood. I DONT THINK SO!!!! Spoke with Ashley and Ned today 5/2/22 and Ned flat out lied to the manager and pretty much called me a LIAR and that he never said that Ned will tell you something to your face but when it comes to you bringing it up to a manager and Ned denies it. If you speak to anyone from their company in person make sure you have a recorder going because Ned will deny everything he told you and will not speak up and claim anything he said. Someone needs to own up to their mistake and suck it up. Now we have a piece of the siding that has fallen off and that they used silicone on smooth plastic which will never hold to hold the top panel on the house. This is all just the beginning of all the issues.

Such great service & friendly hard workers. We had windows installed downstairs & will have more upstairs installed. You can't beat their prices or service. Last year we had doors installed. If you need any home improvements give them a call. They even put up with my dog. 😊

While the roofing products were as promised, I am disappointed with the other aspects of the project. Specifically, they promised tarps around the house. Only the front lawn was covered. As a result, I was able to recover 287 nails from our driveway, deck and back yard. Totally unacceptable!

Would give 0 stars if possible. The absolute worst company to do business with. All of our windows/frames are cracked and foggy. We have the paper work which included a LIFETIME WARRANTY. They would not even come out to look at them. This went on for a year or more. Finally decided to take them to court and they never showed up there either. The judge ruled in our favor. Now not even their legal department will return my calls. This company is garbage, praise themselves on family owned but are thieves!

I was very pleased with our new roof and windows. Dave P. was very knowledgeable on the product and patient with us picking out colors. The installers were impeccable. They showed up early and got the job done the same day. I will be calling them again when I get new doors.
