Requested an estimate to present to my insurance after a storm, but would not provide anything other than a verbal estimate until I signed a contract with them. Why would I sign a contract to pay 20k not knowing if my insurance would cover the full 20k? I could be out thousands of dollars after signing a contract for an unreasonable amount for the repairs. This company is only interested in money, not their customers. I don’t recommend doing business with this company.

If I didn’t have to give a star, I most certainly would NOT have! Buyer BEWARE! Horrible product, and even worse is horrible service!!! After, now….and a few years later….ive called over and over….explained that some of my windows are showing these brown spots in between yet triple pane. Prior to those years….ive called because they never gave me screens for 2 of my windows. Ashley, had promised she would get them shipped ASAP! Has never happened! Called over and over, obviously she lied to me and said… it shows delivered!! Well… they weren’t and still have not been! I was told a year ago atleast now, after we noticed these brown spots, that they would ship me 2 new windows, it’s only on slider part of windows, so I guess we would be able to get new windows in! AGAIN!!! Still have yet to receive them!!! Have called and called spoke with Ashley many times… spoke with a David Feb 2024, spoke with a Jennifer April of 2024, and an Alex whom supposedly wrote up a service agreement, for my issues! The screens I had called back in 2022 and 2023!!! I finally have just given up!!! They lie, and cheat people with a terrible product! And obviously do NOT uphold THEIR WARRANTY and obviously don’t care!!! Next step is the BBB! BUYER BEWARE!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ and or TOUR TIME! TRASH!

This company does not respond well to customer warranty. The 1st time I called for an issue it took 4 months for someone to come and fix my issue. I have another issue now. I have been waiting 10 days for someone to return my call. I get the run around. 1. Can I take a message 2. He not in right now. 3. He's with a client right now I'll have him to call you back. 4. He is in the field I'll have him to call you. 5. Can't leave a voicemail because his office is empty. I can keep going how professional is this company with working with there customers? I would not recommend right now because the office needs some work done to the staffing. If it was me I would have gave to customer his number directly this is about business not personal. Never again.

Great experience, you have done all of my windows and each time you were very friendly, mindful and efficient. I am a satisfied customer so far. I have one more window and my house will be completed.

All Good should be called ALL GREAT! My whole roof from new wood to the roof tabs was completely finished within 6 hours and they done a great job. I am so pleased!!

Very well done just like the windows that were installed a few years ago still working and looking nice.

Was a little bit rough at the beginning with a couple issues, wrong number wrote down causing no communication. Once resolved All Good worked to make they fulfilled their name. We were able to get windows and roof on our house done. 1 day for roofers, another for the windows. Easy to work with the parties sent out. Asked questions and if doable they would accommodate, such as moving window out slightly to provide more window sill inside. All Good kept in touch during the project and even reached out a few weeks since to confirm everything met our expectations. Would recommend using again.

Service from start to finish was excellent. Sales representatives were very knowledgeable, clearly explained the benefits of new windows, and they were both professional and kind.
