In addition to treating you and your property with respect—calling before we arrive, using shoe covers and drop cloths as needed—we guarantee that you'll be satisfied with our work, as set out in a written estimate you approve before we start. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we'll make every effort to meet your expectations. It's that simple.

Terms and Conditions

*If, for any reason, within one (1) year of the date of the original invoice, you are dissatisfied with our work in your home, we'll make every effort to meet your expectations, or remove your equipment (if applicable) and cheerfully refund 100% of your money.
*Sewer Repairs / Replacements and Drain Cabling are subject to their applicable warranty provided upon completion of the work.

We just replaced our hot water heater after a number of years. We decided to go through Lowe’s for the project. The entire system was very effortless and very easy. We were set up with ARS contractors and everything went very well. Mr. Salah was our technician. He handled everything from the beginning to the end of the project. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. The project was completed in a timely manner-much quicker than we were expecting with the clean up being spot on.

Derek and Chase were very respectful and highly educated on what they were doing. They explained to me very well what was going to be done and got the job done in such a short time. I got a brand new indoor and outdoor unit with a new heater and furnace too. They had to remove all the stuff I had it was old and outdated but these guys were confident fixing all the issues they saw! I highly recommended ARS / Rescue Rooter. Employees like that always make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied and well informed.

Great experience with both ARS technicians who came up with a very reasonable estimate to replace my current hot water heater. They took the time to explain my options and were very knowledgeable and informative about what exactly they would be doing in the installation of the new hot water heater. They were prepared to immediately remove the old one and have a new one installed the same day. I really appreciate the great service. Thanks again.

I had an excellent experience with Miguel Benavides, the technician who checked my air conditioning system. He was very professional from the start, thoroughly inspected everything, and took the time to clearly explain the condition of the system. He showed me the current issues and also pointed out potential problems that could come up in the future, which really helped me understand what maintenance might be needed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and inspires confidence. I highly recommend him

Called 8AM to report strange noise my heat pump outdoor unit was making. They gave me a window between 8-12 same day. When I received text/ email that technician was in route, he arrived 20 minutes later. Tech was very thorough and explained everything properly. The two technicians Derek and Chase were very professional. They explained everything in details about the furnace system and the thermostat. Derek took the time to explain the usage of the thermostat twice because as seniors sometimes the need to be told details repetitively is needed. He was very patient and continued to ask if we had anymore questions. They put coverage on my carpet to prevent any damages from removal of the old system which I loved. I would definitely recommend this company and you will get excellent service especially with these two technicians because they work as a team to make sure installation is to the customer satisfaction.
Thanks, we truly appreciate everything on the installation of our new gas furnace as well as changing the light bulbs in our high ceiling.
