I recently had centurion exteriors come out for a estimate the sales rep was professional straight forward and respectful I was sold on there designs, quality, proprietary design and windows ratings for efficiency. once I was comfortable I was givin payment options financing or upfront and estimated manufacturing time and installment time as well as business card and there company folder. A few months goes by When the windows were ready I was contacted and within the week a well equipped and knowledgeable crew of 3 came out and installed 6 new extremely high quality windows in my home I may have had a challenge or I thought as my windows were from 1947 and a couple from 1980s or so and they exceeded all expectations got the old ones out without destruction of window sill window ledge and window trim and got the new ones in re-flashed every window on the outside and laid a beautiful bead of qualk interior and exterior. since then my noise reduction being on a corner lot is almost zero heat and ac are hardly kicking on and the comfort of the thick gauged window safety locks and double window locks keeps me feeling safe couldn’t be more satisfied! Very disappointed with Centurion Roofing company now (Strong house). Had an amazing sales representative RJ, and the team was very nice that came out and did the job. but the lack of consideration for the cleanup was absolutely unexpected and unexplainable. had the team come out 3 TIMES, also found multiple nails in my driveway. PLUS, silicone tubing, nobody came out with metal detectors, they used cardboard soda boxes and their hands. for the cleanup, after I contacted them about the mess they left behind. this is my first ever roof done as a first-time homeowner I feel very disappointed, unsatisfied/cheated. also, roof isn’t fully flushed in certain areas. the disappointment is unexplainable as I have heard nothing but good things from this company. the sales pitch is they’re not the cheapest but deliver on quality. Really feel like that was not the case here unfortunately. still shingles left in my yard, seasonal room, and gutters after the 3rd visit. now I will have to sweep my yard just in case for nails unbelievable. Also, quality never once asked if we should do a walk around.
I did my research, read reviews and really looked into windows before replacing the ones in my home. This company was 1 of 10 window sales pitches I say through! Centurion seemed like a great company! The sales woman we had was pretty pushy which turned me away some but all the positive reviews I’ve read made me choose this company. I don’t know how they have these good reviews. When the installers did the windows, I felt like corners were cut and it wasn’t done correctly. When they left, our windows weren’t completely sealed, the windows were dirty and they left caulk on the windows that we later needed to scrub off. It was overall very unprofessional and disappointing. When someone came back out to our home to seal the windows completely and fix mistakes, we were told we should have had a choice on caulk color but that wasn’t offered and they used a clear caulk. A cheap one at that because months later, we have caulk peeling up and the caulk is looking yellowish (we do not smoke in the home) on multiple windows. The appearance of them is very disappointing for still being MEW windows! Our house is also significantly colder this year than it was during winters with our previous windows but we are also going through propane faster. I do not feel like they are nearly as efficient as the original windows on this home! We have had pretty serious condensation issues on the windows as well causing mildew to start on them. Overall, the product seemed like it would still be good, even after installation problems but after having the windows in winter and seeing all the wear of 5 months, I am extremely dissatisfied and would absolutely not recommend.
Great service from a great company! I am so please with the installation of my new windows. Eric and his worker showed up on time, were courteous of my home and time, installed the windows in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. Before they left, Eric made sure I was happy with the work, and made sure I knew how the windows worked. I will tell and recommend everyone what a great company and products that Centurion has. The process from RJ coming out to the finish work was seamless. We did have to contact the office because communication was a little lacking, but a great experience and would definitely recommend. The day of install of our full roof and porch roof the workers arrived at about 6:30am and got straight to work. The worked fast and after a very long day, 12 hours later we have a beautiful finished product we are very happy with. The whole crew and supervisor cleaned up so well that I looked like they were never there. Amazing, respectful, and affordable work. They made sure my 50 year warranty will last that much and maybe longer! Can't wait to have them come back in 10 days to complete the work with install of gutters.
Great company to work with. We had 6 windows replaced. They look great. They function very well. So happy with them!! We also had our house and garage reroofed with new facia and soffits for a maintenance free finished look. So happy with this company. They had so many professional workers here to accomplish the task. Clean up was completed as the project progressed. Very good experience with Centurion. I totally recommend them!!!

Everything was great from when we started talking to them about what we wanted, until the installation team left. We especially appreciated that they got all the windows installed in one day so we could put everything in the house back in order. Caleb and Mike were our installation team and they were professional and answered all our questions.

Today I had the pleasure of letting Centurion come out and put a roof on my house.they had to go all the way down to the rafters. They got here at 7 AM and they were done by 12 o'clock. They did a great job.
Jeff the supervisor on site was very pleasant.I have a little bit of OCD so he made sure everything was clean, tidy and up to par. He also was very informational, he explained a whole lot of stuff to me.I really appreciate him. Now let me talk about the workers.The workers were phenomenal! Very precise, good at their craft, fast working, and accurate. There literally are no nails left in my flower.Beds or anywhere on the ground.
