The staff is great an professional each an every time they come to my home to service the whole house water system.
I had an ancient system in my house we bought a year ago. The system was not used for over a decade (maybe 2) and it started leaking slowly. I called after hours one night after a very rough day and reached a technician (Ken) who very calmly explained what to do in a few minutes. Solution worked instantly. I had already committed to removing the system and because of that experience, I asked for service to disconnect and bypass the system I could remove it. Keep in mind, I wasn't starting service. I was getting rid of the system installed over 26 years ago. Because of Ken, I called back. 1 week later, another technician, Bob showed up today on time, and was the nicest guy, just like Ken, and took care of it quickly. Two truly great experiences. If you are considering getting a system installed or maintained, look no further! Outstanding people. In this day and age, I never would have expected this sort of quality and care - understanding that I was NOT looking for a new system or repair. Outstanding service and I salute Culligan of Dover for the wonderful people they employ. I missed mention of the customer service rep with whom I scheduled and confirmed the appointment. Please accept this sincere well done and my thanks!!!!!!!
