Direct Remodels

My house was built in 1957. Today, I finally had all my windows and sliding glass door replaced. A huge thank you goes out to my fabulous team- Roberto (lead), Pedro, Joelle, and Miguel. They were respectful of property, myself, and my feral cat! They worked diligently without breaks, even through a deluge of an electrical storm (1.5" of rain in an hour), and cleaned up meticulously after completing the installation.
Roberto explained everything as they went and showed me all the features of the windows prior to leaving.
This group of fun loving, hard working, professional young men worked well together as a team, completed the job in 1 day, and took pride in their work. It shows.
I am thrilled with my new windows!! My only regret, I wish I would have done it sooner!

Hired Direct Remodels to Replace 16 Windows on my Home. Renn the Salesman was great to work with. Replaced 16 windows. Humberto and his Crew really did a fantastic job. I am Very Pleased. Temperature in the House is much Cooler was able to move T-Stat up 2 Degrees this is a Big Deal on Light Bill. Thank You.

We had a great experience from the sales associate, and even better from the team that installed our windows.
They arrived early and went out of their way to make sure everything was done above standard. They assisted with moving the furniture and other things that we could not do ourselves.
They all had great attitudes, cleaned up all debri, and were very precise with the installation process!

What a wonderful company. They were punctual and the sales rep Jared was completely professional explaining all aspects of the company owned processing. The sales rep Jared also was so upfront and about the window structures and helpful with selecting the best and less expensive windows for my needs. I will contact the again for any window help

Direct Remodels installed 8 new Viwinco windows in our home in April, 2026. The windows are great. They slide very easily and seem well made. I will say that the first 2 installers they sent out to install the windows were not great. Their work was very sloppy and they left a mess everywhere. When I would ask a question about what they were doing, they would just laugh and walk away. However, I will say when I called their office and spoke to Tatyanna, the office manager, and explained what was happening, she immediately got a hold of Matt, the installation manager, and he called those 2 guys off the job and sent 2 different guys to complete the job the following day. Luis was the lead installer and he and his partner, were excellent. They fixed all of the first crews mistakes and cleaned up everything! They both answered all of our questions and were very respectful of our property. Both Matt and Tatyanna followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with how everything turned out and Matt mentioned that he had fired the first 2 installers so that no other customers would have that issue again. We really appreciated that level of customer service. These windows have a lifetime warranty and the warranty is also transferable if we ever decide to sell. We can highly recommend Direct Remodels.

Direct Remodels was an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived on time with professional tools and a lot of knowledge and most importantly, with great attitudes. The work was excellent, and their diligence in taking care of my house and property while working was very thorough. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!

William and Wilson did a fantastic job with installing my windows. They work very well together and we're very thorough.

Everything that Direct did from start to completion was above and beyond. Julian made me feel comfortable with the company. He helped me with some issues I had with my HOA. Answered all my questions accepted all my text and phone calls which is a rarity in this day and age. The crew lead by Alejandro was efficient and professional. I asked Alejandro about what time he will be completed he said 2:00 PM. I will be darn they were driving away at 2:00 PM. The only thing they left behind were the windows.
