It was a pleasure working with the entire Earthlight team! We were turned off of solar by the relentless high pressure sales attempts by the big regional company knocking on our door constantly.
Our sales Rep Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and explained our options honestly with no pressure to go with one program or another. The program we chose was more than competitive than any offered by the larger Solar companies we spoke with.
The administration team kept us informed and updated at every phase. I accidentally paid the deposit twice and the finance department caught the mistake and refunded the additional payment automatically- before I even noticed! Who does that these days?!
The installation and inspections went seamlessly with no disruption to my work from home situation.
The communication was spot on at every step of the process. Once the job was done, Dan personally took time to come to the house , not just send a form letter email with generic instructions! He throughly explained the system, warranty and walked using the monitoring app on my phone.
In an economy where it feels like the big companies are trying to grab your money anyway they can…..Earthlight is a breath of fresh air. Flawless and honest customer service! An absolute pleasure to do business with!

TL:DR - Outstanding quality, service, and value — highest possible recommendation.
The details: We had our roof replaced by Earthlight Technologies, known for solar installations but equally excellent at traditional roofing. Since we were away during the work, we relied on their detailed progress photos — and our neighbor’s unsolicited review after we got home.
That neighbor — a former shop teacher and auto dealership service director — made a point of finding me while I was mowing the lawn to tell me he’d watched the crew work all day and was blown away. He went on for 20 minutes about the professionalism of the crew, their attention to detail, and the quality of materials and application. This is a man who has forgotten more about construction than I’ll ever know, and his verdict: perfect job.
The details backed it up. The dumpster sat in our driveway without a scuff. The site was left spotless. Our contact TJ Selig personally walked over to neighboring homes to let them know he’d handle any stray materials himself — and when we got home, TJ came by to walk through everything with us.
I could not be happier. 5 stars, highest possible recommendation.

A good experience all the way round. It helped that I got competitive bids, but in the end, I am very glad I chose Earthlight to install the PV system. Their installers are professional and the panels look great on my roof. Inspection by the town and new meter from UI happened much quicker than I expected thanks to Earthlight’s process and office staff. I highly recommend Earthlight Solar.
