Michael was great, especially compared to the other companies I made appointments with. He took the time to measure everything, climb my roof, and inspect all my exterior damages. He was able to crunch the numbers to provide an accurate assessment of the damages and repair costs verbally and in pdf format which is needed to show my insurance providers. My house was hit by a tornado It felt like he was on my side and it did not feel forced or pressured like the other companies who provided me with quotes and assessments. What impressed me the most was how quickly Michael was able to show me real time photos of my house and what it would look like with different designs and colors. I was able to get discounts by offering to do the preparation demo and he was not upset that I wanted to find savings he in fact he was happy to help.

My sales representative and gave a great proposal and walked me through where the numbers came from. He was funny and able to answer all questions. Provided me with all the documentation I needed and did not get upset when I mentioned I need quotes from other companies like the other companies did.

Exterior Pros are outstanding! Everyone from the start of our contact with them to finishing product excellent. Our bathroom looks wonderful. It was an excellent job Mike who was our installer is A1 my husband, who is unable to do these things any longer was very, very pleased with the workmanship and also any contact we had during the installation. They were polite, prompt, and really knew their business. My husband wasn’t sure he wanted this project.we had a conversion from bath tub to walk in shower. He now is very pleased. We would highly recommend Exterior Pros!.

Having taught Marketing in College, I can say that Sereny represents the best of Exterior Pros and is a big asset for them!

I recently had Exterior Pros replace the windows and doors on my home, and I’m very pleased with the final result. The new windows look fantastic, operate smoothly, and I’m hopeful they’ll last a lifetime (fingers crossed!).
The salesman was phenomenal—very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Contracting and signing went smoothly with no pressure, and scheduling was really easy and straightforward.
The installation crew arrived on time and worked very hard. They double-checked measurements twice to ensure everything fit perfectly, which I appreciated. Communication throughout the project was excellent—they kept us informed about weather delays and rescheduling, and they promptly addressed an issue with the manufacturer sending the wrong-sized windows (which caused a delay but was handled transparently).
On the downside, there were a few areas that could have been better. The crew left some debris behind, including nails and screws in the driveway that unfortunately led to my wife getting a flat tire (thankfully fixable). They also accidentally broke our TV during installation, but to their credit, they made it right and replaced it quickly. A more thorough cleanup would have prevented these issues.
All in all, the positives far outweigh the minor frustrations. The end product is high quality, the team was hardworking and communicative, and I especially appreciate the military discount and their support for veterans. Thanks to the team at Exterior Pros—great job overall!

My entire experience with Exterior Pros was seamless from start to finish. It started with Jacob knocking on my door in early December promoting the services that Exterior Pros offered. I had been contemplating having a walk in shower installed to replace my tub and two days later I had an appointment with Brandon to give me a free quote. He was very personable along with his knowledge of what I had in mind. He explained everything concerning materials, maintenance, price and length of time the project would take. Needless to say, I signed the contract the same day.
Andrew (project manager) came to my home the first week of January to do a final measure so they could order materials and informed me that he would also be working on the installation.
I also dealt with Nancy and Pam that I believe work in the office and kept me informed every step of the way.
The installation of my walk in shower was completed the end of January in about a day and a half and I absolutely love it!!!
I would not hesitate recommending Exterior Pros to anyone and definitely will use them for any future projects that I may want done.

We had an excellent experience with Exterior Pros. It was a smooth process with the communication from them preparing us. The finished project is beautiful and the details they included was matching the siding color to the bases of our house lights. They finished in the time they stated and kept us updated during the whole project. I would definitely recommend this company. We are so pleased with the final result. Everyone that we spoke with during the project was professional. I would love to include pictures but we are waiting for our new garage door to complete the project. I will include one without the new door

Siding project, Matt and Sai and their team were great to work with! First day tear off and wrap, second day new vinyl siding on and windows and doors reframed! Area was cleaned up nicely

Ryan and Joey installed our windows and they did a fantastic job. Ryan is the project manager and came over both days to complete the trim and was very particular about the job he did he was great I would recommend these guys to anyone that has windows or any interior baths . Exterior Pros helped us with financing with manageable payments, Thank you all so much ! 5 out of 5 stars all the way!!!
