Five Star Bath Solutions

5-Star did a great job with my tub2walk-in shower install.

Initial visit/consultation was no pressure and my sales associate (Saul) was very helpful and informative.

There were some issues with the install, but Daniel stayed engaged and they made it back out in a timely fashion to make corrections. By the way, I mention this as a positive, not a negative against 5-Star. When researching installers, one of the things I liked about 5-Star was that yes they had some negative reviews and unhappy customers. However, they also appeared to go above and beyond to reach out to and correct any issues.

Recently had 5-star replace a fiberglass shower unit that was dingy and dated, plus install a new vanity countertop (to better match the shower). Installation crew was great - friendly and easy to work with, price was better than similar competing companies and the end result is great. Very happy with our new shower.

I had a fantastic experience with Five Star Bath Solutions from start to finish.

The process began with Chase, who handled the initial consultation and design. He was incredibly helpful and made the planning phase seamless.

The installation was handled by James, who was professional, friendly, and very courteous throughout the project.

My new walk-in shower looks amazing—honestly, it’s a huge upgrade over the old tub-shower combo. If you're looking for a team that is respectful of your home and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend them!

We absolutely love our new bathroom from five star bath solutions! Cameron did an outstanding job. He was punctual, hard-working, and highly professional throughout the entire project. He took great care to protect everything during the process and insured the space was clean at the end of each day. The attention to detail and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend five star bath solutions!

We did a whole bathroom remodel. Tub to stand up shower, higher toilet, vanity, flooring, mirror, to holder, towel rack, lighting, painting.

From when Marcus came to give us the estimate to the time Brian left from doing the work I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Fair pricing, excellent service. I’d recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Awesome job!!!!

The team did an amazing job on our very large shower remodel! They were professional, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was great on minor adjustments and the project was completed a little bit faster than we expected!

Outstanding to work with from design and final delivery and installation. Constant updates on progress of order, delivery of parts, and scheduling installation. Everything about the two day project was outstanding. Randy and Kayden were at the top of their game.

We had both a tub replacement in one bathroom, and a tub to shower conversion in another. Very professionally done by Randy and his crew. Well done guys!

My bathroom remodel by Five Star was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The young man who performed the work was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up at the end of each day and worked with skill and integrity. The finished product was better than I expected. It wasn't just my bathroom that was transformed, but my way of life as well. I have a relaxing, spa-like retreat that I can enjoy every day. God bless Five Star Bath Remodeling.

The experience from beginning to end was amazing! We had two showers installed, and the crew started on Monday and finished both by Thursday afternoon. The showers look beautiful, and we are very happy with the entire process."
