Five Star Bath of Rockford replaced an old, dated jacuzzi tub with a stunning, spacious shower. Great customer service leading up to the installation. And all the work was completed in one day! Highly recommend!!

Matt made an excellent presentation to us about the remodeling of our shower from tile to acrylic. He showed us samples of the materials used, plus all of the plumbing fixture choices. He also created a model drawing of our new shower on his laptop which helped us visualize what we were buying. The meeting with Matt was a pleasant, yet educational experience. We look forward to the final result in a few weeks.

On January 5th, I contracted with Five Star Bath Solutions to do to Tub/Shower Conversion. A team of 2 showed up pretty close to on time. They explained what they were going to do and how the install would look like. They inquired if that is how I wanted it done, which we did. They worked all day with the rehab and finished around 5 - 5:30 PM. The transition on how our remodel looked was amazing. I was more than pleased with the outcome. You have to let the adhesive sit for 24 hours before using. We let it sit for 2 days, just to be safe. I've used the new shower a few times since the install and wished I had done this rehab sooner. The workmen were great and knew what they were doing.

Let’s just say… my 2-year-old won’t get out of the shower! 😄 I’m also 6 months pregnant, and having a walk-in shower with a bench to sit on has been the best decision. It’s comfortable, safe, and so convenient.
Also!! What really sold me was the transferable life time warranty and the price. Other companies were WAY too expensive . Thank you guys so much for doing such an incredible job.

We just had our shower replaced by Five Star Bath Solutions of Rockford. I would highly recommend them if you are planning any bathroom projects. Matt S., the sales rep who came to our home, explained everything when we were first met. They deliver what they promised: great pricing, prompt service, and quality products that were expertly installed by their installation crew.

My husband and I were so pleased with Paul and Matt. We changed out our Jacuzzi tub/shower for a walk in shower and updated the flooring. Paul included us on every step that impacted our use of the shower. We determined the height of where the grab bars would be best suited for us, the same with the shower head, etc. Throughout the entire process, they made sure we were pleased with things. The quality of the materials that they use is high quality, durable and after watching, touching, and using the products, I now understand how they can guarantee a lifetime warranty. They were a pleasure to work and have in our home. We will use them again for the next bathroom. We would highly recommend any bathroom remodel.

Paul and Matt were AWESOME! On time and professional. They got into the work right away and finished the new shower install not quite 12 hours later.
They cleared all the debris of our old tub and walls and left the bathroom cleaner than it started off as.
