Sterling Floor Coverings International did a wonderful job, top shelf service. Dan the owner was wonderful to work with, stopped by the house few times to ensure everything was perfect. From the first moment that the salesman, Andrew Lyman, stepped into our home, we were sold on using Floor Coverings International for our carpeting project. He's just an honest, friendly, hard working guy who arrived on time, made great recommendations, understood what we wanted, did not pressure us and even gave us a contractor recommendation for another home project that we were considering. Brandy kept us updated on when our carpeting would arrive and scheduled installation as soon as it came in. The install team was punctual, friendly, hard working, clean and professional. The owner, Dan Lyman, came to check on the job install throughout the day and called to make sure we were pleased at the end of the day. We really couldn't be happier with the customer service from each and every person who we dealt with at Floor Coverings International and our carpet was installed beautifully. They even sent us a thank you box filled with goodies for giving them the opportunity to work with us! We know that if any problems arise, they will quickly and confidently take care of us! They are great and we highly recommend them for your next flooring project!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the people who work for this company. Everything was smooth sailing from when Andrew came to my house and measured my floors and gave me ideas and samples to installation. Great advice from Andrew because my floors look amazing. Ivan, Will, and Felipe (I think their names were) were so personable and sweet, showed up on time, and did immaculate work in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant men to work with all around. Brandy kept me informed through Email of the process of what is going to happen and when. Everything was such a smooth operation. I had several estimates, but this company seemed to have their act together more than anybody and I've heard nothing but good things about them. Very pleased with our floor project, would highly recommend Dan and his team for any future flooring needs. We had FCI sand/refinish our 20+ year old hardwood floors and install new baseboards. The home has a new life to it with an updated fresh look. Dan was able to nail the color precisely how we wanted. Communication was excellent, his crew were punctual and professional. Price was very reasonable compared to other flooring companies.

Floors Coverings International just completed installation of hardwood floors in three rooms and a staircase. The men who installed the floors were very polite, professional, efficient, conscientious and timely. They did an excellent job. Andrew Lyman, the sales rep, was very personal and professional.
