We had such an amazing experience from start to finish! Our AC went out and we had technician Colby come out. He did a thorough job checking everything and explaining our options. We did have to go with replacing both of our systems. Jeremy called us to go over the options and helped pick what was right for us. They scheduled us the next day, I loved how quickly they came out! Carlos, Jose, David, and Humbert showed up bright and early and got to work! They were so amazing and efficiently got everything done. They stayed late to make sure everything was working and we didn’t have any questions. Overall, such a great experience with Goettl!

Well at first I was not going to call them,because I had some issues when they installed a new AC for me.But after 10 different plumbers gave me a run a round I decided to call them back and I'm very happy with them.Was a major job thinking and physical and Tee and Zach masters it.Corry did the processing and instead of getting my shower flowing again and ripping walls in Kitchen or bathroom, we decided to get rid of old nasty cast iron tub,and replace it with new one with surround shower. Now after all these years I have new shower and tub.This was a awful time for 1 month, were I should have called these guys first.They were also the only ones to come to my rescue during a heat wave 2 years back when my Ac gave up,they had a new one on my roof the next day.I will absolutely sign up for your membership program,and tell everyone I know how great you guys are.❤️

I had a major sewer repair done . Jose was a superstar!! His knowledge and workmanship was outstanding. Also a shout out to Hector who assisted. What a terrific duo. I will say that Goettl has always sent good technicians. Whoever does the hiring is doing a great job. Again, I cannot say enough good things about these two. Thank you for the great service and I hope you give them the recognition they deserve.

Juan performed an excellent drywall repair to the ceiling after a new AC unit was installed yesterday. Because of the location of the unit in the attic space, a new access had to be created. Juan’s work was meticulous and the clean-up was spotless. Excellent work!!

The team of TTV , I have to say is “THE BEST”!!!!! I am very impressed with your all female team they were very professional, efficient, organized and clean besides all being very beautiful.

These guys arrived and presented themselves in a professional manner—-both in tone and company attire—which lead to targeted dismantle of the curb and the reinstall of a new one. The crane operator was very efficient as the three worked together harmoniously to complete the task at hand. I went from having leaks throughout my roof where the unit was located, to needing a throw and Hot Honey popcorn by Cretors. Thank you Adrian and crew for a successful job and Brandon for a very thorough inspection and Leo for guiding the ground and the roof and the follow up. job well done!!!

Our tech was nice and really good at his job but at the end of the day, we feel we were sold a system that the company was just trying to get rid of and convinced us with a “killer deal” which yes $11k is a good price for a horizontal split gas system but we ended up purchasing a lower seer rated system that another company (second opinion) had told us to not go lower than a 16 seer. Our old system which was an early 2000 system would kick on immediately and the fan would blow immediately, this new system now takes longer to kick on and we feel the house isn’t as cold as when we had our old system. So to say the system works as great as our 20 sum year old system, no. Our old system worked better than a brand new 2025 system. This is a multi day install when the tech said it would all be done in one day. We’re still waiting on the sensors to be installed and the dry wall to be fixed and the system came with no permits when we were told that Goettl would take care of everything including sensors and permits. Not to mention, the old system was a lot smaller than this new AC ground system. We already have an incredibly small backyard, and this system was bigger than our old one. I thought technology was advanced enough to make systems a little bit more smaller and less bulky but I guess not. We’re just hoping for the best for the next 15 years. Second picture is our neighbors unit, which was how small our old system was (neighbor has the same brand as our old one)and it worked so far, better than this Goodman “goettl” brand. We even had space to sit around and hang out with the dogs. We’re feeling very ripped off.
