Rodell was so friendly, we had a stubborn shower head that wouldn’t budge that we needed to replace. They came out less than 2 hours after we called.
He was communicative about different steps that would need to be taken if plan A didn’t work so we knew what to expect. We asked questions and he was really patient and willing to listen, genuinely a really nice experience.

Mind you we are apart of their membership….so response time for a non emergency & how quickly they fixed our problem could have been different if we weren’t members…perks, def worth it.

Mind you... This all happened on a Sunday AND not only was there not an extra "weekend" service charge , there wasn't ANY service charge: SHOCKED ... my too!!
In Vegas, the biggest plumbing names have come with the biggest disappointments. After being let down by the "giants" one too many times, I found myself staring at a bathroom sink disaster of my own making. What started as a simple dripping faucet & misaligned handles turned into a localized constant drip under my cabinet once I tried to "fix" it myself.

I called Goettil Air Cond., & Plumbing since I no longer trusted two other leading companies that I have recently used for other unfortunate plumbing issues. I was sort of fearing the worst again but Instead, I got Ryan.

He stepped in, assessed my DIY problem, & went to work. Within a short period of time, the handles were perfectly centered, the leaks were gone, & everything was back to normal. But here’s the kicker: when he finished, Ryan (Goettl) didn't charge me a dime.

In a city where you usually pay just for someone to show up, that level of ethics & goodwill is unheard of. They didn't just fix a leak; they earned a lifelong customer through pure integrity. If you're tired of the other big-name companies overpromising & under-delivering, this is the team to call. This might sound like a paid advertisement, but it's NOT & I wasn't incentivized, just shocked by how well Goettl operates their business. Thank you!!!

Goettl came out to asses our heater within a timely manner. Josias was kind, efficient, and very helpful. We ordered a new unit and Jose came to install it. The work was completed promptly the next day. Both technicians were kind and informative.

Goettl plumbing came out to replace my tankless water heater and fix some of the plumbing and gas line that was improperly installed. They sent Robert Getman that has decades of experience. He was very meticulously and detail oriented, installed the water heater and brought it to code. I highly recommend Robert and the rest of the team at Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing.

We had a leak in our bathroom shower so we called these guys and they were just great. The service tech, Camren, arrived the very next day right on time. He was friendly and professional, give us a quote that was reasonable and we feel that everything he did was great.

UPDATE: I originally gave these guys 5 stars but decided to drop it down a bit. While the service tech was wonderful and professional, their prices were in the stratosphere. The quote we got for the job sounded a bit high after I slept on it that night, so I decided to get a second and third opinion. I'm really glad I did. Goettl was not only the highest quote for the job, they were almost twice as much as the next highest quote. This didn't just save us a few bucks, it was about $1,000 so we went with another plumbing service in town that had a 4.9 star rating on Google.

Sorry Goettle, I'm sure you would have done a good job but your prices are just too high.

I contracted Goettl to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed in only a few hours (with little impact to my gas and water availability). The craftsmanship is perfect and the system ran flawlessly right from the initial activation. The technicians, Hector Lopez and Caleb Anzalone-Fawcett were polite, efficient and professional. Gary Eisenhauer supervised the operation and also used the work to train the technicians. He ensured all work was done properly and is certainly a very seasoned professional! We’re very pleased with the entire process and outcome and simply can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with the Goettl team! Paul

I have had 2 wonderful experinces with Goettl's Service Technicians. My first experience started with Davey Bell. His politeness and professionalism was very refreshing. His knowledge of the different heating and cooling units made an unexpected expense very bearable. My second wonderful experience started with Jaime Mora and Rafael Rosado. What a fine pair of young men. It was apparent they truly love their job. Their pride showed in their workmanship. Everything they did was done in such a clean tidy manner. I truly wish the owner and their supervisors could see these 3 young men at work just doing their daily thing. They would realize how blessed they are to have these 3 devoted Service Technicians representing the Goettl name. What a Joy and Blessing! Thank You, for the experience. Fantastic service! My initial scheduling for service was easy to do. I needed to change my appointment day and that was easy as well. I was contacted and advised an earlier appointment was available if I wanted it. I was notified 15 minutes in advance the technician was on the way. The technician was professional and informative, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answered all questions I had. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
