I had an excellent experience with Goettl, and I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy Estrella for the outstanding service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I fully understood everything without ever making me feel rushed.

What stood out the most was his honesty, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He explained everything clearly and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers and takes the time to make sure they’re comfortable and informed.

Not sure how to start..I signed up with this company for new ac installation, it took almost 8 hours to put the new ac and they told me they will put my old air filter and grate after installation and promised to finish everything in a day. After 8 hours, they said the heater part of the ac is not matching and they have to order the item and book again. I said okay. Called them 2 days after to book with them to complete installation, they booked the next Saturday (a week after the installation). They called me on Saturday and said the technician will come late after finishing other appointment, I said I will wait. Then they called me back and said technician is not feeling well today and they will come tomorrow. I said fine. Then on Sunday someone came, started working. After 2 hours he said the part they sent is still not working and they need to reorder the part and will schedule with me. I have been waiting for them to do their job, it has been a week, my heater part is not installed, my air filters and old grate ate missing, they opened a hole on my ceiling and nothing has beem fixed yet.

David G. and Jeremiah J. came to do a regular checkup, part of the Goettl member program of my AC unit at the beginning of summer. They were awesome. They were kind, friendly, and punctual. Goettl's office staff is excellent, keeps you up to date, is professional and does what they promise. They checked everything very carefully, informed me of the condition of everything, and answered my questions completely. They gave no pressure at all, were very friendly, not in a rush, and did a very thorough job. Goettl was recommended to me, and I can absolutely recommend it to others.

This was my first time using this company. GOETTL customer service was great. Ken was very nice and got to the point of the problem. Jun came to fix my repairs on the AC unit. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We showed me what he replaced and how to keep my house cool. 10 out of 10 will highly recommend. Great company.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Goettl made our water heater installation stress-free and seamless. The technician was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was installed quickly and correctly, and they took the time to ensure we understood how everything worked before leaving. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. After my 24 year old A/C recently went out I immediately called Goettl. As an Arizona transplant I am so glad we have them here in NV, as they started in the 1930’s in Phoenix, AZ and my late uncle used to work with them as a contractor, so I felt I would be in good hands. I loved the AI digital assistant who initially scheduled my service call, and was delightfully surprised they were running a special with no service call or diagnostic fees. Upon the initial finding Lex was knowledgeable and honest at helping me to choose the best options for replacing my unit. They were able to install my new unit the next day and the installers, Taylor & Taz, were right on time on the dot, got straight to work, were very organized, and clearly had expertise in their profession. They were incredibly courteous, well mannered, and efficient. I love that the Unit was a Goodman brand as they are a US company based in TX, so any future part needs that may arise down the road are easy to acquire. Everything start to finish went smoothly, and I have not dealt with such a truly experienced and efficient company both communication and service in a very long time. I am truly satisfied and Goettl is my go to vendor for all things HVAC and plumbing in the future, and should be your “go to” also!

Rodell was so friendly, we had a stubborn shower head that wouldn’t budge that we needed to replace. They came out less than 2 hours after we called.
He was communicative about different steps that would need to be taken if plan A didn’t work so we knew what to expect. We asked questions and he was really patient and willing to listen, genuinely a really nice experience.

Mind you we are apart of their membership….so response time for a non emergency & how quickly they fixed our problem could have been different if we weren’t members…perks, def worth it.

Mind you... This all happened on a Sunday AND not only was there not an extra "weekend" service charge , there wasn't ANY service charge: SHOCKED ... my too!!
In Vegas, the biggest plumbing names have come with the biggest disappointments. After being let down by the "giants" one too many times, I found myself staring at a bathroom sink disaster of my own making. What started as a simple dripping faucet & misaligned handles turned into a localized constant drip under my cabinet once I tried to "fix" it myself.

I called Goettil Air Cond., & Plumbing since I no longer trusted two other leading companies that I have recently used for other unfortunate plumbing issues. I was sort of fearing the worst again but Instead, I got Ryan.

He stepped in, assessed my DIY problem, & went to work. Within a short period of time, the handles were perfectly centered, the leaks were gone, & everything was back to normal. But here’s the kicker: when he finished, Ryan (Goettl) didn't charge me a dime.

In a city where you usually pay just for someone to show up, that level of ethics & goodwill is unheard of. They didn't just fix a leak; they earned a lifelong customer through pure integrity. If you're tired of the other big-name companies overpromising & under-delivering, this is the team to call. This might sound like a paid advertisement, but it's NOT & I wasn't incentivized, just shocked by how well Goettl operates their business. Thank you!!!
