Home Genius is a great company. While no company is perfect they make every effort to rectify asap. Everyone is very professional and courteous.

We had our metal roof replaced by Home Genius and they installed a beautiful onyx black shingle roof. The quality is great and we are thankful to have the warranty on it and not have to worry in our lifetime. Thank you to Jake for selling us a quality product at a good price and Dylan for ensuring that it was installed properly!

Roof was installed without a hitch. I'd recommend these guys for your roofing needs.

We should have know better. Their sales people and site manager were both very nice. But we were decieved throughout the entire process, they made load of promises on the front end they did not keep, and their communication with each other and us was, the keep this professional, was at a grade school level. They promised the world and delivered an over priced basic labor skilled roof. We are fairly certain they stopped at Access labor [shout out Access no disrespect you provide an excellent service] the morning of because their project manager, who was supposed to come go over the job and then come back when it was done and the crew was not to leave until we were 100% satisfied....Im just going to say this and stop, and I mean no disrespect to their labor crew they did a fantastic job...the install was fantastic, but it wasnt what we paid for the colors were different then the samples looked, chalk it up to light whatever, thank god.Im bilingual somwwhat...here's the bottom line. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. We had water damange they picked the house to peices, quotes us 50 grand and we said no way. They came back at 30 and promised the same thing they did at 50 and that was to fix the water damage, some structural issues and get the house to code. Well, thats not what happened. They basically nailed two 2x6's to a broken joist it took literally 20 mins they were here 2 hours total and again had no clue what the job even was. The entire roofing crew and both so called project managers didnt even know what the job even entailed we had to completly explain everything, they didng fix any water damage and left with no follow up. DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR HOME. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE BASED ON THE WEST COAST AND HAVE TO BUSINESS ON THE EAST. THEIR CORP OFFICE HAD NO CLUE WHO EVEN IS WORKING FOR THEM. AND THE GIANT RED SUPER FLAG WAS NONE OF THEIR SALES PEOPLE HAND OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER YKU HAVE TO SEND EMAILS TO PERSONAL GMAIL ACCOUNTS. I THINK I CAN STOP HERE AND YOU GUYS GET IT. Oh and they did this to us on christmas. I mean what a moral and ethical case study this. Oh and I have an MBA and did this for a living so I would know what Im talking about and when I tell you that this was the single worst botched job by any company corp or residential ive ever seen in my life. Im going to try to get this out everywhere so this doesnt happen to another 75 year old woman. Im so tired of everybody just letting this kind of stuff. Ive been nice and not used anyones name, but I promise all the parties involved that when you attack my moral compass and I have Im Jesuit educated so I promise business ethics and morals are impeccable, but when you attack my moral compass and take ad advantage of a 75 year old woman right in front of me, I promise the vengence Im coming with will be intolerable for all you if you dont make this right because they breached all kinds of contract clauses, not to mention all the mental anguish you have caused and uneccessary stress to someone who has a heart condtion. Get ready,Im comin, get ready, Im comin...you saw American Ganster right. God bless. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I stick up for those that get burnt....and I thrive in the heat....you can't burn whats already set you on fire.....your burnt and dont even realize it yet because your too busy trying to burn everything...and your burnt jokes on you....Its ridulous what they did, they know it, and thats why they are doinf what they are doing. None of that will stop me from exposing them everywhere on everything everywhere, and this is me being nice. I really tried, but you guys please for the sake of this maybe saving one elderly person they target....pass this around dont answer the door and be a human being and be nice like we did. They shapeshift into wolves and lie, just flat out lie, write up the contract different then they told you, then rush for signitures. It felt very buy here pay here lot. Very very angry, lawyer up, not paying, better businesses bureau plugging...thats over...next stop every outlet they advertise on. Im going to run ads to not buy....its that bad. Im angry frustrated and frankly this is criminal.

The crew arrived early, got right to work. Best part,no huge piles of waste on the ground. Cleaned as they worked, even using a magnet to insure no nails left on the ground. Finished the job by 4:00. I also had a shed done as well. Great crew, very professional. I was impressed by Jeremy, project manager. He arrived with the crew,and did a final walkabout at the end.

Everyone was there when they said they would be and the job was completed on time. Our Project Manager, Andrew, was friendly and very knowledgeable and he stayed in contact with us constantly throughout the project. I highly recommend Home Genius.

I am very satisfied with my new siding it looks beautiful. The crew was really special. They were laughing and enjoying their work. My project manager Dylan was a great guy and made sure the project went smoothly and the crew had what they need. I will be reaching out about gutters in the future.

I am very pleased with my new roof and blown in insulation. The salesperson Elliot did a great job asking questions to determine what I needed for my home. The project managers Anthony and Dylan did a great job explaining to me what was going on as the work was occuring. I am thankful to have a job well done and a beautiful new roof over my head!

These guys were amazing! They were very professional and punctual. They got everything done fast and was done well. Definitely a good company to work with.
