From Natalie, to Eli to Halley, was impressed w their staff. Natalie knew our budget was tight and bent over backwards so we could afford to buy TWO machines!
It absolutely wasn't the cheapest machine avaliable, but the lifetime warranty and glowing reviews let me know it was worth the price. Moreover, it wasn't the most expensive option either. And it was still better made than the more expensive one.
Natalie really knows her stuff. Did a great job of figuring out how to make everything fit. Eli rolled in did a fast install that looks great. He answered questions as he went. Zero complaints. Finally Haley followed up. Asked about any concerns or questions.
I got 3 estimates, read reviews etc. Very glad I went w these guys.

Mark Jorgensen was an exceptionally knowledgeable and talented salesman. The sale commenced with the excellent service from the young lady outside Atlanta.I was an historian for the Park Service in Atlanta. I should recall the name of the installer but since my medical emergency two weeks ago I am a little slow. You have an outstanding team. The trick wil be to keep them . Pay them what they are worth and a Christmas 🎅 bonus should be in their stocking!

Excellent experience. Patrick was here on time, very patient and informative. He sold us the stair lift which we probably would not have bought except for him. The installers, JR and Dave, were also here on schedule. They also were very informative in the operations of the chair and showed a lot of patience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly and as a result we would not hesitate doing business with HomePro Mobility again.
