Joyce Factory Direct

Our home needed new windows badly and I dreaded the search. Talked to friends to see if they had any recommendations. My good friends in the Cleveland area recommended Joyce for new home windows so I did some research. There are so many window options and you never know what company is good or bad.
It turns out that Joyce offers factory direct windows, offers a lifetime warranty, and has been around for 30 years. Setup an appointment with the sales rep who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We looked at all our options and decided to go with Joyce since our friends had such good experiences.
So far so good. 23 windows installed, Tyler Piler, the manager of the installation crew, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TYLER AND JOYCE WINDOWS.
The house is already better insulated and more quiet. Uninsulated 40 year old windows waste so much energy and you’ll end up getting your money out of the windows when you sell (hopefully). NOBODY wants to buy new windows for their home as the PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. BUT, if you need new windows, understand that writing that check will make you want to hurl but go with a company you trust and ask your friends. Most window companies spend more on marketing than they do in window R&D.
I’m happy with our choice and thankful my friends recommended Joyce. Will eventually add pics.

Matt was awesome! Listened to any of my concerns, asked us what we preferred and where we wanted things to be ex. Shelving & grab bar or also which side of the shower we used so he could correctly set the doors up. He ran into a couple issues while installing our new shower (old house) and took everything in stride. Highly recommend Matt very friendly demeanor and doesn't mind answering any and all questions you may have. Unfortunately I can only rate up to 5 stars but he went way beyond my expectations and he's very particular about his work and highly detail oriented. 10 + stars despite my lower rating on Google😁

We had a screened in porch constructed by Joyce MFG. It was a very pleasant experience. It started with the appointment with their sales representative, Tony who was very informative. The process continued with the Project Manager, Mark. Once again very helpful and continued to update us on the progress of the project. The construction crew, John, Aaron, Jim, and Jerry preformeded every aspect of the construction with professionalism. The outcome was what we were hopeing for and we received a beautiful addition to our home. The material used was very high quality. We would recommend Joyce MFG to all of our relatives and freinds. We were in need of a new entry door; I called the office and the Sales Manager, Elijah Clem came to our home to do an estimate to replace the door. He was very thorough in explaining all features of the door and the installation. He was very helpful with our choosing the new door. This is certainly a five plus review for customer service. I didn’t think it was going to be spectacular but it was the Joyce team was spot on and Paul the insulation guy was craft man very skilled it he did it all by himself

Dennis was great! Our windows in our new house were very old. He is very knowledgeable in his field, he listened to our needs and budget, and helped us consider what would fit best within our realm. We would definitely recommend Denis too help invest in window updating needs.

We recently had our bathroom redone by Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths. I am disabled and needed a shower with a pull down bench and a hand shower. They were great at completely meeting our needs. Nick Cuffe was excellent. He worked by himself and pulled out the existing tub replacing it with a beautiful walk in shower complete with my pull down bench. I can now sit to take a shower without affecting the rest of the family. He answered all our questions, was very thorough and respectful. Thank you Nick!!

Dennis presented himself as well informed, charming, and disarming in a positive way. He made the process as painless as possible. He was willing to work with us to get a product we both wanted and one that stayed within budget.

Our installer Matt McGraw also did an incredible job, and kept us well informed along the way. Very satisfied with the final results with the tub/shower replacement. Would recommend Joyce and especially Matt to anyone looking for bathroom renovators.

We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodel that Joyce completed for my dad! It looks beautiful and is so functional for him. We needed to have a bathtub refitted into a step-in shower with handicap accessibility features and they worked with us step by step on every part of the design to make sure it fit our needs.
