Greg was great. Very personable guy. He worked very hard to keep things clean, neat and tidy, plus worked around another project we had going on the same day. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Greg and Joyce for your repairs and remodels.

We got a bathtub, shower head, wall and ceiling panels, blue board, and new trim molding all around.

I spent two (2) years pricing window companies. From my initial interaction with Tony, to the updates while my order was in process from Carrie, to Chris and Tyler as the install team, Joyce has exceeded my expectations. When I was deciding on their quote for custom windows, I reviewed Google and wondered if the many 5-star reviews were bought in some way. They were not, I can confidently recommend this company.

A special note of thanks to the install team, Chris and Tyler, who worked through two of the hottest days in recent memory. No complaining whatsoever, just meticulous work. The one day they were 8a - 7p. Next morning on time at 8a.

Tony (sales) also checked in the day prior to the install and again on each of the install days. Very professional.

Overall, in a sea of shifting pricing and large swings in total amount $ for windows, start and finish with Joyce.

They had put a walk-in shower and for us which my mom just loved, especially if she was getting older. They also did our front door and storm door. What you need to know is my mom is very particular about things and she loved everything from the friendliness from the time the person came out to the people that did the job. I also had all the windows replaced in a house and once again I love the quality of the material as well as a job that the individual state installing my windows. I would highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars I would. We were told our shower would be custom from floor to ceiling and we have a one inch gap between the shower and our ceiling. They also said it would take 2 days to complete this project and it ended up taking 3 days causing me to have to call off from work. When doing the work not only did we have the gap at the top of the shower but there are multiple dents in the back paneling and the shower creeks when we step in it. The contractor that installed the shower also put a 3 inch hole on the other side of our wall and caused cracks along the baseboard of our shower and down the wall. He “fixed” it by using OUR spackle and OUR tools then the spackle just fell out of the hole due to not being properly done. We’ve contacted the project manager and other managers and after not being happy with solutions and empty promises I asked to speak to the vice president. My husband and I have called his cell and office multiple times and leaving messages but he has yet to return our call. I can’t believe for this project and product we are paying 12,000 dollars. We have been unable to use our shower since December due to feeling we can’t even trust if it was installed correctly. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I’m happy to leave a 5-star review for Dennis. He came to our home, walked us through the bathtub-to-shower remodel project, and provided a clear and fair estimate. Dennis did an excellent job explaining the entire process, answering our questions, and making sure we understood what to expect from start to finish. His professionalism and knowledge made us feel confident moving forward with the project. We really appreciate the time he took to help us plan everything and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

I had a great experience working with Dennis while getting a quote for a new shower in my upstairs bathroom. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to walk through the options, explain the
process clearly, and answer all of my questions without any pressure.

I appreciated how thorough and straightforward he was. It felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I understood the scope, pricing, and timeline before moving forward. The consultation was efficient but not rushed, and the recommendations felt practical and well thought out.

We met with Tony A about our shower replacement and we are very happy to be working with Joyce. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward with our project.

Matt did an excellent job installing our new bathtub, shower and commode. He was polite and courteous. I am very fussy and get nervous when people are working in my home. Matt was very cautious when moving material in and out of the house. He cleaned up well at the end of each day. There was a slight delay due to the fact that the first bathtub delivered was damaged. But they had a replacement for us the next day. This set back the job a bit time wise. Matt knew we were going out of town and worked into the evening on the last day to complete the job. We are very pleased with our new bathroom. It's beautiful!
