Was supposed to arrive at 9:00 am, called at 9:30 and they had not left yet. Arrived finally at 11:30. Replaced window quickly and cleaned up. Billing system has issues but overall the experience was good

I just finished up an initial consultation with K-Designers to discuss a possible bathroom remodel. I came away feeling very positive about the experience. Ryan was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully to our ideas and concerns. Ryan also offered helpful advice. Everything was explained clearly and I felt completely at ease throughout the 2 hour consultation. No pressure at all. Great first impression and I highly recommend K-Designers based on the experience so far.

I worked with Pete from K Designers and he was absolutely amazing to work with! Being a single mom and working with someone how doesn't pressure you and actually listens to you(insert chef kiss). I needed a new bathtub and he walked me through the process and took time explaining anything I had questions about. If I ever need anything else I will be calling Pete from K Designers!

Five stars for installer Denny! Worked without a partner and was quick, efficient and left the space spotless. Great problem solver with an unexpected issue. Came to my home on a Saturday morning, his day off, to make an adjustment on the spigot temp control. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Thanks Denny!

Joey was phenomenal! Worked hard, asked us questions throughout the installation to get our thoughts on different things. Super nice guy (he even tolerated our 4 crazy dogs! 😅). I highly HIGHLY recommend K-Designers!

We live in a very old home and our basement shower renovation was complicated. Many plumbers had walked away after seeing the project.
K-Designers came up with a fair estimate for the work and beautiful US made materials.
Dave the lead plumber found the project to be like nothing he had seen before. His knowledge and problem solving were excellent. The finished product is beautiful, functional and finally up to code.

Shawn, representing K Design, did a fantastic job in explaining their window products and installation process. Shawn had samples of their windows to show how and why they work so well. I highly recommend K Design.

For the installation of the windows I was notified about a week and a half of the installation date. Val followed up with a four days in advance and told me his approximate time of arrival. When Val arrived he was very kind and explained the process of taking out the old windows and putting in the new ones. Val is a very efficient worker and it was apparent that he was done this type of work many times. The job site was made safe yet efficient. After the installations of both windows was completed, Val showed how the windows can be opened, closed and removed. He pointed out that the window in the tan room had developed a problem with its J Stop that likely occurred during storage. He showed that if.that window is kept closed for an extended period of time, that defect should correct itself. He added that if it does not correct itself, K Designs would replace the window. Another instruction added by Val was that because the caulking applied around the outside edges of the windows will need a few days to dry, that area should be kept relatively clean, including not mowing the lawn. Finally, Val had me sign and date a number of documents. I was VERY satisfied and impressed with Val’s work!

Noah and Kurt were efficient and actually fun to work with. I'm excited to have the work begin. As you can see below, work is finished. The process was excellent with no complaints, work person courteous, kept me well informed and cleaned up exceptionally well. All done in two days. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I met with Noah and had the best experience! He made the process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and was amazing when it came to figuring out financing. I've had some horrible experiences in the past with home remodeling but I would recommend K-Designers to everyone!
