Very pleased with my new walk-in shower and it was all completed in one day to boot! The installation crew was friendly and more importantly, skilled. They did a great job right down to the cleanup. Mad City really delivered, and the two generation warranty is a sweet deal. I cannot wait to walk in and pamper myself.

Josef & Cody were professional & very nice. Did a nice job putting new shower in. Did the job in one day. However the subflooring wasn't done right around where the toilet was suppose to be, so Tom the plumber had to come & fix it the right way.

We were really satisfied with Mad City Windows and Bath. The salesman explained all phases of the installation as well as all specials offered. The windows were installed on time, in 7 hours. The windows made such a difference in our home during the coldest weather. This Spring the difference is so amazing.

Not a great experience with the office or product but it was all quickly resolved. My 5 stars is coming specifically because of Quinn & Brian the installers. They were professional, explained every detail and were thorough. 20 minutes after they left the door broke, they turned around and came back to fix it. That delayed them from getting home earlier and they even face timed me to see the problems the second time the door broke. By broke, I mean it would not close because a trim piece was coming off. Quinn and Brian need a raise for dealing with this project. MadCity you should keep them happy, you have two GREAT employees who are dedicated and good at their job and are very pleasant. They were the calm in my storm. The pictures are the before, after and with no door. After 24 hours, the door is installed and working well.

Was told get $200 for materials for stainless steel screen replacement as windows came with fiberglass.Were rold save old windows ans only saved two I agreed to correct their mistakes at no charge, as experienced in window building. After few weeks called and asked when check was coming, answer NOT GETTING'IT, unless I withdraw my first review SO DO NOT TRUST MAD CITY they are SCAMMARS

Windows have ice inside frame when it's cold. Bugs coming in the windows up stairs, Rep came with the same excuse saying its condensation. Complained about the messy caulk on the outside. Wouldn't even look at it. Tried to show pictures but he wasn't interested. Opened and closed the windows and said there was nothing wrong. $12,000 wasted on crappy windows. Their warranty is a joke.

If you are lucky enough to get the salesperson Matt you will be in the best hands. He is a God fearing person. He's not going to sell you an overcharge you if he knows you can't afford it he'll say this will do the same work. He is exceptional. Actually to be quite honest, he's the best salesperson I've met in my whole life and I never give out compliments often and I never do reviews this is my second review ever. I hope you're able to get one of mad City windows and a bath. When Matt tells you that his boss is awesome and all his colleagues are wonderful too and they hang around like family, the company to go with. And look they've been around for years. I would highly highly recommend.

I had my kitchen cabinets updated with Mad City, as they did turned out very nice the downfall was much worse, work not being completed 6 months out! When I signed up for this I was lied to, they advertised at the time “ Veteran Discount” significant percentage. I was “told” the finance company does the discount, straight up lie. Never got the discount which would have dropped a nice chunk off the cost. I’m on disability VA and SS, Lying to a veteran?? I was also told I wouldn’t pay until job was finished, they had me sign when the job still had work to be completed I’m 6 months out and still not completed. Yet when I complain to the finance company and they call Mad City they have the “nerve” to call me, say “ they were just going through their past orders and see I had some things that needed completion” this last time I said “ YOU” just lied straight to me face” it was the finance company that called you…. The phone call went silent. He (Tyler) Rochester NY office didn’t know what to say…. Caught straight up in a lie. I told him I was so done with them, I got upset and hung up the phone. They didn’t even call back to apologize rectify this absolutely not! This company should be forced to be shut down. I will continue to submit these reviews until they make it right. My kitchen is the heart of my home and to look at what is not finished is beyond upsetting. I do not recommend this company. What is even more bothersome is I put their SIGN out in my yard to advertise their business thinking they were an honest company 😖😥

To start, I never requested a quote from them on Angie's list. I chose several other companies. Not sure how they got my info and started calling, but I received 15 calls in one day. The next day I decided to answer. The call was super high pressure. I told him that I was not interested in a quote from them and he continued talking and trying to "sell" their services. I told him if I changed my mind I would reach back out and I forcefully had to hangup after I told him several times I needed to end the call. Since then, they continue to call and text. I have been blocking the numbers but they keep coming from different numbers. I don't even know what else to say. I would prefer to keep the leaking damaged bathroom at this point, LOL.
