This company will rip you off. Horrible materials, poor workmanship, and broken warranty. They do not back up their work, I have been waiting a year for them to complete the job. In addition they poked a hole through the floor installing the shower. They do not respond to calls, to letters, but they did respond when I called in the state attorney general. Which allowed me to find out that this company is pretty known for doing poor jobs. The guy they sent out to look at it said he was spending the day checking poor jobs. And even bringing in the law I am still waiting for them to show up. BEWARE!!

The sales rep was very pushy at the end and I was ready to ask him to leave my home.
I knew I really needed new windows so I prayed. I am disabled and am missing my left arm. When the sales rep said all the windows would be cleaned I was excited. I was also excited about the guarantee that no matter what the job would be done in one day.
The job was going well, at the end we had nine new windows and were told we had to wait 3 weeks for the last window which had been input to computer with wrong size.
We waited 7 weeks for the last window . A week after the last window was installed we were told the windows would not be cleaned.
I felt very disappointed that there was such a lack of integrity.
They finally sent Rich to clean my windows and all I’m praying for is that my heat this winter is kept in my house.

Unfortunately, my sales person was pleasant during the sales pitch process but when I refused to sign the day of the estimate, her attitude quickly changed. First, the guilt trip was applied. Her saying things like, well she must not be very good at her job (not to make the sale immediately). Second, the pressure was applied. Why would I wait and miss the discount applied if I signed then and there. ETC. None of this was conveyed in a pleasant manner. This went on for a few more minutes. Even if the company charged 1/2 the price of competitors and had equal quality, I would not choose NewPro because of way this "estimate" appointment ended applying guilt and pressure.
I would say the wait was worth it the installers did a great job I had a couple concerns which was addressed. The plumbers John and his apprentice did a great job very knowledgeable. NewPro rep Damion did a remarkable job a true craftsmen very pleased with his work.
Newpro did a wonderful job on our new picture window. A special shout out goes out to Ivan who installed our new window. He was there from 7:45am til 9:00pm he installed the window and cleaned up extremely well. Ivan was an extremely nice person and if anyone gets him to install your windows just know you are in good hands! Great work Ivan!
Working with NewPro was quick and easy. The job was done in one day and is absolutely beautiful. Damion did a beautiful and professional job, which included removal of the old tub, reframing sections of the wall, and replumbing for the new walk-in shower. Again, a beautiful, one day job with very little mess.
Damion was absolutely awesome. He arrived on time, very polite and did his work in the extreme heat without missing a beat. The quality of his work was exceptional.
Extremely professional. All my floors were protected going up the stairs to the upstairs bathroom. Most beautiful shower I have ever used. I will do Business with New pro again.
Very thorough and made my project affordable with long term financing. My installation was done by Brian who paid a lot of attention to detail. I am very happy with the company and Brian my installation technician. Great job.
NEWPRO was absolutely amazing from the beginning when sitting down with the project manager to any communication needed before the installation. The day of the install went great. They were on time, efficient with their time and so professional. As in any renovation project there were a couple bumps in the road that were immediately taken care of. The men doing the renovation were great and so neat! I spoke to other contractors that were much more expensive and it would have taken them weeks to complete this project. NEWPRO was in and out in one day which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!!
