THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CALL BACK! RUN!
They made several of us sign a contract to do our roof, we asked if the ac unit would be taken care of.. they even had pictures! Then a month goes by, after making a deposit, I hear from a neighbor that they are canceling a job. No one called me. I then called 3 times for a refund, no one ever called me back!
Thankfully I used my credit card instead of cash, and I was able to dispute and get my credit card company to refund. Still 3 months out and NO ONE called back or contacted me about a refund or even a simple apology.
I should have believed the other reviews… Do not use them!!

On September 16, 2025, I met with a Paradise Exteriors sales representative who first quoted me $113,000 for window and door replacement. After a few “calls with the owner,” the price was lowered to $82,000 on the condition that I sign the contract and pay a $5,000 deposit that same evening. I was assured that under Florida law, I would have three business days to cancel without penalty.
The following day, I emailed the sales representative to cancel. On the morning of September 19th, within the three-day cancellation window—I hand-delivered the signed Notice of Cancellation to their office. Mark Hildreth, Vice President of Operations, signed and misdated the document for September 20 instead of September 19, which would have made it appear I missed the deadline. When I later checked the form in my car, I noticed the incorrect date. I immediately returned to the office, where an employee tried to white out the error; I insisted on a new signature and correct date.
Despite complying fully with Florida Statute §501.025, which requires refunds within ten business days of cancellation, Paradise Exteriors failed to return my $5,000 deposit. When I called, they said it was in review and they actually have 14 days. I reached out to the sales rep and asked to investigate it , I spoke to an employee at a booth they had set up and had him send a strong message back to the owner. None of that helped me get my deposit back, until October 15, 2025—more than three weeks later—I had an attorney send a certified letter. Only then did the owner personally call and hand-deliver the refund that evening.
Based on my research, this appears to be a recurring practice. Public complaints show other consumers waiting for refunds after cancellations. Paradise Exteriors currently has 37 BBB complaints in the past three years.

Last March had 7 windows, a front door and replaced SGD with French door. As with any remodel or construction it wasn't fast enough. I am quite happy with the results. All the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Cut down on street noise and neighbors dog barking noise too. I was hoping for a big drop in electric bill but we have 3 adults working from home now so it's not as much as I wanted. Glad I changed to impacts.

Paradise exteriors canvassed our neighborhood and decided to schedule an appointment with them. After speaking with their sales rep Jay Spoelting, we were very impressed and decided to purchase energy-efficient, impact windows for the rear of our home and they are amazing! So much quieter! We no longer hear the traffic on the busy street in our backyard! They are also beautiful and the installers did an amazing job! Finished the job in less than a day and cleaned up everything and even repaired the walls! Highly recommend Paradise Exteriors! Thanks guys!

Paradise installed 6 cat5 hurricane doors for us. They provided a fair price then matched a lower price within the 10 day period provided. There were a few install problems - a door knob and water on a threshold which created concerns. I got little satisfaction from the individual set out for the company inspection and called Eric immediately. Eric came out to appraise what I was taking about. He then sent out Sergio Del Solar to address all my issues and to complete the molding screw covering. Sergio was fantastic. He took his time to understand what my issues were and rectified each one. Then provided alternatives for me to choose from to cover the molding screws. Sergio’s work was impeccable- he is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work.
I feel Paradise provided quality doors at a more than fair price and thanks to Sergio - to my install expectations
