Pinnacle did a great job replacing our roof. They also did a excellent job of explaining the whole project and stayed in communication once you decided to have the project completed. They were very fast and quick with the installation and fixed additional problems found while doing the installation. This roof will last the rest of our lives 🙏, thank you Pinnacle for a great job!

We hired pinnacle for a new roof 15 months ago. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the guarantee they offer. Our roof was pretty old and had some difficult spots. They worked hard to give us a durable long lasting roof. We got quotes from 3 other roofing companies before pinnacle and Pinnacle was the most expensive but you get what you pay for. Pinnacle was also the only company to give a very detailed presentation of the materials, options, timeline and what to expect overall. The salesmen spent a lot of time with us and heard all of our concerns and answered all our questions. They were able to offer us financing with good credit, couldn’t have done it without that! The payments are manageable and problem free. We couldn’t be happier with the results. After 15 months with lots of storms and rain we have not had any issues. Everything is holding up very well. Even the flashing around the chimney had always been a huge problem area with leaking
and they took care of that perfectly. The staff has been quick to respond/resolve any questions or concerns i had. 10/10 recommend. Very professional and very kind.

I was so impressed with the work done on my home. The team was awesome, friendly,
Courteous. There was a lot going on with the yard being full of material. When they finished the yard looked as if nothing had been there. When I was given a time for the work to start and finished it was completed just as they said. I even looked for things they told that would be done to see if they really did it. Guess what I fiound? Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. My neighbor told me that they loved it. A friend told me that she was jealous. I love the way the house looks now.

My husband’s and I could not be more thrilled with our new Pinnacle Windows. The old place needed a face lift and the windows did the trick. We have already called them back to do more work.

Just completed total house window replacement. Service was impeccable! But I didn’t expect anything less. Pinnacle was the company in which only a couple of years ago replaced the siding & gutters on my home. So it was not surprising to anyone when I decided to call them for window replacement & chose to use them. It was a total transformation!

Just want to thank Terry Thomas and his Igor crew for the fabulous job they did on replacing my windows. Pinnacle is the truth as long as you get Igor's crew. They showed up and went straight to it. 30 minutes later they had 3 windows out and one installed. When they arrived they told me they would be done by three. I signed the paper at 2;49. Incredible. Thanks guys.

We had our entire house done. First was the roof, windows, sidings, and lastly gutters. The transformation started on April 8th and was completed on May 13th . Robert our salesman was awesome. Very informative and detailed assisted in every way possible. Greg, and Garrison were very helpful in their roles as well. Greg came in took his measurements and kept it moving quick and thorough there was no doubt that he knew his job. Garrison was as attentive and responsive as much as he could be which is understandable when you have different sites to attend to you have to juggle yourself and be available to everyone and that is well respected and appreciated for his flexibility,. We are happy with our home. Most of all it's the eye stopper on the block no one recognizes our home unless they see our cars in the driveway and everyone comes to a slam on brakes when they drive by. Thank you all for helping us with this makeover the communication from the girls in the office were phenomenal and very much appreciated. I can honestly say the only challenging moment was the miscommunication with the gutter guards and not having the pictures of the 2 holes that were found on the roof from your team for proof that there was a problem. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them for your home improvements. Thank you all for doing an awesome Job!

Terry and Gabriel came to our house. Gabriel did an excellent job hanging our new windows. He replaced 5 and was done very quickly. Terry the site supervisor came out to check on them and he was so lovely to talk with. He was very professional and knew his business. We talked for a little bit and he was very personal too. With a team like this, I see Pinnacle doing very well in their business. Look forward to our next window installment. Definitely using Pinnacle again.
