I wish there were more than 5 stars. These guys were GREAT. Very personable and professional. Got the job done right the first time. They fixed my heat pump and replaced a mini split. I really can’t think of any way or anything they could have done to make the service better. I want to thank Will, Mark, Luke and Sean for all your help.

I originally became a Platinum Plumbing customer about seven years ago, and I've found everyone there to be friendly and knowledgeable. We've probably had at least five service calls over the years for different reasons, ranging from tubs to toilets to drains. The service has always been prompt and efficient, with reasonable prices. I'm happy to recommend Platinum to others.

Yesterday Steve at Platinum Plumbing came to my home. It was the fourth company to give me a quote on a major home plumbing/sewer repair - and that's the quote I went with. Today Steve and his crew completed the job and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience - fast, expert, thorough, careful, reasonable, and oh so kind and respectful. I'm thrilled to know the folks at Platinum are available 24/7.

This is the second time I’ve used Platinum for some issues with my hose bibs. Both times the technicians and office staff were extremely friendly, responsive, and prompt. Jacob went above and beyond explaining the work and suggestions for other plumbing and HVAC matters. Highly recommend!

We needed a same-day appointment due to an HVAC problem, and scheduling was quick and easy. They were able to send someone out the same day. Will, our technician, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it right away. He was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent solution. The price was very reasonable compared to other services we’ve used before. I definitely recommend this company and will gladly use their service again in the future!

Platinum Plumbing and Heating is great. They replaced my Trane heat pump, the installation was perfect and it only took 1 day (7 hours). Mark and the installation team were top notch. Sean on the sales team was very informative and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We have had Platinum Plumbing & Heating to do work at our house this summer and last summer (for two different issues, not related) Our home is on the older side and in fall of 2029 we became the second owners. Both times we had Mike Y as our technician who came out to do the work. He's amazing! Super knowledge, friendly, explains everything thoroughly and answers any and all questions you might have. And best of all, Platinum's service technicians arrive in the timeframe they say they will! They will always be the service we call for any plumbing or heating issues in the future! Was doing some straightening up last Friday and noticed water in the basin under my water heater. I placed a call, spoke to Brandi, who allowed me to ask some baseline questions and promptly had someone in route to my home. I was notified of David's eta. Upon his arrival, we discussed my water and breaker settings. He explained to me what he was about to do and began to get that water out. Right from the basin and water heater into my sump pump. Absolutely no mess. Meanwhile, Will arrived with the new water heater. I didn't even hear him bringing it in. Quick work. Seamless replacement. Explained to me the configuration/set up and took out the old tank. While here, they also help me identify that I had the wrong battery type in my outdoor thermostat that was causing an improper reading. My fault. They moved my furniture back and left not a footprint. Reliable, thorough work. Thank you Platinum Plumbing!

I used Platinum plumbing for a water heater issue. The technician Jacob was awesome. He explained what he was going to fix and and what the issue was. He kept me informed the entire way and he did awesome work and is an awesome person. It was so nice just to have a regular conversation with him. He's a family man and that's how I think of Platinum in whole as a company. That's why I love platinum, awesome people with awesome results. 5 Years ago I had a back up battery sump pump and lines put in. Keith was awesome as well and the unit is till working great. Strongest recommendation for Platinum.
