MASTER LIMITED LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
The contractor guarantees all installation work to be free of defects in workmanship for as long as the buyer resides in the home. This warranty covers only the contractor's installation services and assumes the products will be used reasonably and maintained properly. The warranty excludes minor color or texture differences and limits coverage to damages beyond normal wear or certain environmental impacts.
To claim the warranty, the buyer should contact the contractor at 888-736-6335 (Option 2) as soon as a defect is noticed. The contractor will inspect the issue within a reasonable time and, if warranted, may repair, replace, reinstall, or refund the cost, at their discretion. If a replacement product is unavailable, the contractor can substitute with a similar product. If a refund is issued, all warranties terminate.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty is voided if the home ownership changes or if the buyer fails to meet payment obligations. Non-warranty service calls may incur a charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by natural events, structural issues, mold, or inadequate maintenance. The contractor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered. Warranty rights may vary by state due to legal restrictions on warranty limitations.

I have two issues which took advantage of a 78 year old.
1 The installation of a door left damaged stucco damage that was not repaired at the time of install. I was told they could only use an off white stucco repair could be applied, but I was responsible for painting it to match.
2 The energy efficient shown by sales person with a heat lamp and a dual pane window is A LIE!!!!. When using a thermometer and the sun shining on the window the inside and outside temp were the same!!! not energy efficient

The Service is certainly not the best. They schedule fixes 5 - 6 months after the call to schedule was made when you need something they installed to be fixed.
They also claim a lifetime warranty of the products they offer, but here is the catch. They can't warranty the product that is discontinued by the sublet manufacturers they do business with. So if you purchased a defective product that had been discontinued, such as windows, doors or siding, it can't be replaced under warranty anymore. If it can be fixed they will find someone to fix it for a fee after spending so much money purchasing the product they installed, which was supposed to be warrantied for the lifetime of the it. If it can't be fixed, well then be prepared to purchase another. Just be sure it's with a company that can backup their product that won't be discontinued.
Power H.R. will say that it's not their fault because they didn't manufacture the product and maybe so, but it is their fault for not doing their due diligence on the sublet manufacturer they choose to do business with, such as the quality control of the product that's being produced and the track record of the manufacturer and their products. These manufacturers make cheap defective products so they save and make money and avoid replacing the product that's supposedly warrantied for life, by discontinuing the manufacturing of the defective product. And, they do it all over again. What a frickin racket. Beware of Power Home Remolding and who they sublet doing business with. The value is not what they claim it to be.

I spent over $40k for siding (that probably was not needed) in Sept 2022. I had one panel fall off Nov of 2025 and when we called they said they cannot send anyone for 2 months then when it was time there was snow so they couldn’t go up so got delayed even more. Fortunately I placed it back after it fell off so was not worried. But now April 2026 I have another panel that ripped off and hanging on and rubbing against the siding and they are telling me they cannot even send some out to take it down and can’t have anyone out for a week so I have to go 7 days without it being fixed unless the wind finishes it off. Do yourself a favor and never ever use this company. Wish I could give zero stars as I think one star is too high.

Power was majorly overpriced. Shotty work. Had windows and front door install. Less than a year knob on the door is loose door seems lightweight... We dont feel safe or secure. Next the wi dows... I have 2 windows that dont lock... when I requested someone come and resolve the issue.. I have to wait 3months for someone to be in my area... awful customer service. Wait time was like 40min for someone to answer the customer service line... Oh but when I press to get an estimate they answered expeditiously. So sad 3 out 10 highly do NOT recommend

When the sales representative came to my home, we felt pressured into buying his product. We installed 20 windows all together. I drained my savings, because I did not wanted to put a lean on my home. We are elderly people, both of us are 74, and he knew that. He sold us the windows under the pretend that they were energy efficient rated and that we will be getting a good chunk of the investment when we filed our taxes. Guess what. HE LIED TO US. When I called the office to request the proof of the energy efficiency, I was told that these windows did not qualified for the tax break. These deceitful practices to lie the elderly people to take their money HAS TO STOP. The economy es very poor today and we do not have our little nest to lean on because of the LIES OF THESE PEOPLE TO OBTAIN THE SALES. We thought that we could get at least a percentage of our investment back but I was told by my tax preparer that this is not going to happen and that we were taken by FALSE PROMISES AND LIES TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT. And they don’t sell great windows because my house still feels drafty and my heater keeps going on and on. Where is the savings in energy that they promised? MORE LIES AGAIN. It is a shame that I did not check this site before purchasing because I would have find out the kind of people I was going to deal with, DISHONEST AND LIERS. Get smart, investigate before you purchase, do not give to pusher sales reps. Get them out of your house if not they will convince you with their false statements and promises. I will have to investigate these practices further and sue if WE can, because he took advantage of our advanced age. A VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY CUSTOMERS.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was good at first. We originally hired them to redo the windows in the house. We weren't 100% happy with the installation because they left the old window framing and covered it with the new vinyl frame. So the windows are a bit smaller than the previous ones that came with the house. The windows looked good, and they installed them in one day. The nightmare started with the roof job. We decided to do the roof because we didn't know how old it was, since it had been done. After signing the contract for 18k, a few weeks later, we ran into some tough financial times. Luckily for us it was temporary. We contacted Power to cancel the installation since the material hasn't been ordered yet. They told us that if we wanted to cancel the job, we would have to pay a fee of 50% of the installation cost.
Which would be 9k. I don't know anyone who would just throw away that kind of money. So our option was pretty much clear: WE HAD TO DO THE WINDOWS. Especially since they pushed us against the wall with a knife to our throats. So, before the guy left, this was the second visit. I told him never to come back to my house; they would be considered trespassers if they did. They never did come, so after a year or two. I noticed that we were getting field mice in the attic. After walking around the property, I noticed that on the right front corner of the house, the soffit was not properly installed. We contacted Power, who refused to come out and fix the issue. They also stated that it's not their issue that it's our issue. After going back and forth with them several times they kept refusing. So after this snow storm we got a bad water leak in the corner of that house where the soffit wasn't properly installed. They said we don't need photos; we are not covering it. This company is run by criminals. They don't stand behind their work; even when their poor craftsmanship causes issues, they refuse to take accountability. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. If I can give them 0 stars, I would.

I have never had a company do such a wonderful job from beginning to end. The entire team is so wonderfully trained that the consumer can definitely feel confident that the job will be done very well and that they will leave everything in the best of condition.
