The entire Precision team was very professional and told you step by step of the process. Scott & Chris was our installers , they worked very hard and steady until the job was completed, they was very respectful of our home and cleaned up any mess that was made . I can’t say enough of how great our experience was with Precision Siding & Construction. Thank you we love our windows .

Precision has great and efficient service contractors/specialists. I had all my windows done (11) on my house grealy done in one day. They are serious about maintaining good service and take feedback well. Their standard windows are top of the market. And they can negotiate pricing with competitors. Solid Company 👌🏿. Good find on my part.

Overall experience for my family was amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly. The installation day was worked around my schedule and was a quick processes from start to finish.Windows look great and I couldn't be happier with there work. Pictures below are before and after

The guys here installed our windows and did an amazing job. They completed the job way faster than I thought it would take. We had the old single pane dumbbell windows and are so happy with the new windows. Took a before and after pic I’ll post.

Joe and James did an outstanding job installing windows for our whole house as well as a sliding glass door and screen door. They are detail-oriented, explained what they were doing and were neat and tidy in their work. My husband and I highly recommend them. On December 10th 2025, I had to pleasure of working with Terry and Jennifer along with her crew of installing my beautiful black frame windows! The quality of the windows is exceptional! They were very professional! They answered all of my questions! They cleaned up after install! I’d recommend them for my next job!

I believe my friendly installers names were Joe & James. Both gentlemen were very detail oriented. They helped me move furniture out of the way of the windows. They made sure the job was done well & in a timely manner. After the job was completed they did an awesome clean up job & even vacuumed around the areas that they had been working around. This company has been a joy to do business with from their sales person to their scheduler, all the way to their installers. Thank y’all all so much. My new windows are beautiful.

Very disappointed! Showed up late. Left trash, nails & screws everywhere! Destroyed bushes & anything in there way. O respect or responsibility.
Just a rushed job from a very low quality company.
I wouldn't recommend anyone use this very overpriced, for the low quality of work company.
The salesman Burke, swore to us you get what you pay for!
That's why they cost so much.
We were robbed because we received a really low quality of work muddy hand prints on siding, hurried & half way job.
Damaged bushes, garage seal, spliced siding where they made 3 inch mistakes in cut's. Caulk to cover up mistakes.
Scott Novak VP was made aware of this situation.
This company is in a hurry to get your $ they don't care about anything else.

11/13/24 still finding damage like my new Anderson screen door. They took the screws out securing it to the house & just hammered in finishing nails to wedge the door frame in.
I wouldn't let these people work on a dog house.
Worst contractor I have ever used.
2 nd opinion on most of the siding issues is incorrect prepping of the house just rushing to finish the job.
Absolutely no pride in there work at all!
