I can say that the consultant was respectful of my time and product needs. He was also very professional. After telling me about his company’s history and process I asked him to cut to the price because I had a budget in mind and wanted to know if he could meet that budget. After cost, discounts and other considerations I actually went above my anticipated budget based upon product quality and added home value. I have no regrets.

Daniel, our sales rep, was amazing! He explained everything well and was not pushy. The price for our floor install was maybe higher than most but we were sold on details that the company promised. Our installers were kind and did a good job. It stops after that! Enough material was not ordered so our floor install that started on Monday could not be finished until Thursday when we had family coming in from out of town. Needless to say it was stressful because we needed to clean the dust from floors being installed and move back furniture. Calling Premier Home Pros to talk to key players proved to be disappointing. I won’t mention names, but the gentleman was not emphatic, did not apologize or offer any response or resolution to the stress we experienced those days trying to prepare for our family. Matter of fact, I sent an email on asking recommendations on how to care for our new floors because none was given and no response. Although the floors look nice, we are leery about recommending this company, because of the lack of customer care we felt. It appeared our money was cared about and not us as customers.

My salesman Elias was fantastic !! explained everything to a T didn’t leave any stones unturned he went through the whole process to make sure I understood everything about the Flooring I was purchasing and why it was a better route to choose in the long run …… it was a little more expensive but all and all the best choice for my home!! Besides the fact that he is a great salesman he was just a really nice guy.!! Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product he recommends and his company . Tomorrow is the big day !! No more carpet for us !!! Thanks for everything I also want to add how much I appreciated not being rushed or pressured into making a decision !! It was very nice to have a conversation with Elias and not feel like I was being rushed or pushed into a decision , Especially with the way prices on everything have changed so much in the last few years, it was a huge relief that I had a little bit of time to chat with him and make sure that financially I was making the best decision .

Tony came out today to give me a quote to remodel my walk in shower - he told me I probably wouldn’t feel the need to get other estimates after he told me about his company and product, and he was absolutely right. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, answered every question and was honest if he wasn’t sure of the answer. My grandmother and I feel confident in our choice and are looking forward to our installation date.

Our installer was incredibly knowledgeable and although we didn't get what we originally wanted (due to the size of our bathroom), his recommendations were extremely appreciated. He walked us through each step, and positioned everything so that it will be functional for years to come.
